Everyone was friendly , the breakfast was amazing, bed comfortable and quiet! I booked this literally last minute after I escaped from a gross hotel on my tour. They welcomed me with open arms and even left a surprise bottle of Prosecco in the room for New Years. So helpful and friendly. And as a woman traveling alone it makes a huge difference. And the breakfast was so good I could have eaten it 3x a day.

The Artemisia was a gem. Great location with walking distance to many great restaurants, the old city and main shopping district of Palermo. The staff were excellent with help and advice. We managed to park our car right outside and being a Sunday, it was free. Then when paid parking kicked in on the Monday, again the staff were extremely helpful. The included breakfast was varied and very satisfying. All in all, one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in on our month in Italy.

Clean. Cheap. For Palermo, still central but easy to drive to.
Meh breakfast. Every time the rooms around us went to use the bathroom, we heard their water turn on like there was a torrential downpour in the room. Quite annoying.
