Benvenuti nel Giardino di Oliver! located a few steps from the sandy beach of Mondello and 15 minutes by bus from the center of Palermo, the house is ideal for those who like to stay close to the sea, perfect for groups up to 8 persons 12, it is also possible to add beds for children up to three years. The house is located in viale dei lillà, in a 900 century villa completely renovated. From A shared garden, where you can keep bicycles, an entrance and a staircase leading to the apartment. The apartment is 220 square meters and has two entrances one on the lounge area and the second on the living room. The main entrance leads to a first lounge with a sofabed and corner bar where, on request, we offer to our guests a selection of Sicilian wines, the hall leads to a major dining area and a lounge,elegantly furnished. The lounge area has three sofas and dining table can accommodate up to 16 people seated. From the halls leads to a terrace furnished with colonial furniture where you can have breakfast or dinner. From the dining area there is access to a living room and to the kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen is fully furnished, gas machine, electric oven, fridge and freezer. The kitchen leads to a small terrace and a spiral staircase leads to the solarium furnished and equipped where you can have sunbathe or enioj a barbeque. The house has two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with an extra bed and a small single room with 2 beds. All rooms have their own private bathroom, 3 are equipped with a shower and one has a bathtub. On request we organize cooking classes gastronomic tours,streetfood tours, guided tours of wineries, themed dinners and wine tastings. Our cooking classes are designed for those who like to know the local gastronomic traditions, a journey through the history of Mediterranean cuisine. All meals are made with local, organic ingredients and seasonal vegetables.The classes are open to everyone is not necessary to be great cooks to participate, you just have a passion for fine cuisine and good food. From appetizers to desserts will take you on a journey through the colors and flavors of our land.
