Pros: Mostly good
Cons: Loss my AARP discount by using booking agency.

Pros: Everything was just fine. Just continue to provide this great service.
Cons: Can't really remember.
Pros: Quiet toilets.
Cons: 1) Pillow options were all big or bigger. 2) Parking was ridiculous with Pike trucks taking up more than their share of spaces with oversized vehicles.
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
Cons: Not really.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent!
Pros: Breakfast was delicious!
Pros: Hotel employee was really nice.
Cons: The beds are not that comfortable and need new mattresses.
Pros: Quiet, nice breakfast, staff was great.
Cons: The restroom faucet should be at least 2-3 inches longer. And the sink didn't drain.
Pros: The complimentary breakfast and sleeping accomodations were great
Cons: Staff didn't seem knowledgeable with 3rd party bookings and I was charged double which tied up my credit cards which wasn't fun when you need your funds when traveling away from home. The card was not supposed to be charged until check in and was charged anyway then when I wanted to put it on a different card the clerk seemed puzzled then he said my card had not been charged when in fact both cards were charged. Even on the way back through Forest City we tried to speak to an attendant who said none of my cards had been charged although clearly they had. So we've had to deal with less funds than we thought for our trip. Not to mention having to wait an additional 45 to 60 days for the banks to investigate the situation before I have the funds released not a very pleased patron. This almost coat me a reservation that I had booked on my way back bc of unavailable funds due to your staff double dipping. Very disappointed.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, pool
Cons: Bed was extremely hard!!!
Pros: OK for the most part
Cons: Bed was hard as a rock
Pros: I just needed a place to crash that was close to the highway. This place was amazingly clean, friendly and convenient. It might have only been a 2.5 star but it was cared for like a 3.5-4 star.
Pros: I liked that it was halfway to my destination.
Cons: The breakfast was not very good. Turkey sausage was like cardboard, I could not swallow it. Cinnamon rolls were undercooked and those omelettes with the processed cheese did me in. Sorry, next time I just might grab a banana! I didn’t like the cloudy green haze in the pool, so I did not use it:(

Pros: The lady that checked us in was friendly & helpful to take care of the missing necessities in our room. The breakfast was exceptionally good!

Pros: Everything was great. No complaints at all. Would stay there definitely again in a heartbeat.
Pros: I arrived very early in the morning and the staff, Deritta, was very nice
Cons: The room was very damp and humid even with the A/C on. It made the bed damp and everything in the room damp. After two hours of trying to sleep, I had to leave. It was very uncomfortable and totally unacceptable for the price of the room.

Pros: Staff was great. Came to check issues with TV immediately. Breakfast was wonderful.
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast

Pros: The breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom fan and refrigerator were very loud.
Pros: Nothing particular had a bed. Was hard appeared clean.
Cons: Counter clerk could have been more friendly.
Pros: We liked the friendly front desk clerk.
Cons: They only give u 22 bath towel so we had to ask the next morning for 2 more. The noise level was horrible you could hear people arguing and fighting outside in the parking lot. Kids running up and down the stairs and sidewalk. The floors were nasty.
Pros: To be honest, nothing at all.
Cons: Room was in need of repairs, cover on the AC Unit kept falling off and you couldn't close the bathroom door and there was some kind of cleaning fluids (oily & slick) still on the wood floors. The biscuits at the continental breakfast were do hard you couldn't even eat them.
Pros: I loved the location. It was right by the grocery store, restaurants, and gas station. Everything was great. The room was clean. Not too much noise around. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home with me. The breakfast was fresh and filling.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Pros: It was good.. Had the pancakes and coffee..
Cons: Everything was fine. Had no complaints..
Located in Palestine, Rest Inn Motel is within a 10-minute drive of East Arkansas Community College and Gallery of Forrest City. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Checked us in at 1 am without trouble. Wifi works!
Cons: Simple breakfast, cereal, coffee etc. A little more would be appreciated.
Cons: every thing
Pros: No breakfast was offered, but didn't expect it at that price. I just needed a clean (low priced) basic place to shower and rest a few hours before returning to work, and the inn was perfect for my needs at the time.
Cons: I wish the water pressure in the shower was stronger, but it did the job okay.
Pros: The location and the rate
Pros: The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
Pros: Rest Inn reminded us of the motels on our Route 66 trip - basic, inexpensive, but everything one needs for a good night's rest. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The Rest Inn was just off Interstate 40 close to gas. Restaurants were limited. We ate at the nearby Love's gas station. Natty's Buffett is just across the interstate. Overall, the motel was an excellent value! Everything met our expectations. Nothing was a problem. No complaints! The Rest Inn provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Nothing was a problem. No complaints! The Rest Inn met all of our expectations. There was no breakfast included, but for the low price we paid, I wouldn't expect one. It's no luxury hotel, but it provided everything we needed.

Cons: Hard to get to with the road construction.
Pros: Was quiet other than ac, was nice and secluded from traffic. Staff was accomodating on check in. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of electric outlets for items and the entire insides had fresh paint.
Cons: The toilet bowl and seat had fecal matter on it, not cleaned. Had trash behind night stands, prior guests soap still in shower, no Kleenex. All else inside was satisfactory. The breakfast had no coffee machine, milk machine, juice machine. The milk and juice were in gallon jugs and were both warm(ate at 8:45am) the syrup for waffles was spoiled. The ac unit sounded like a freight train when compressor came on.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Had humidifier going and clothes and bed sheets got wet. Young man behind counter drunk. Could not provide receipt. Found bugs on floor. I would appreciate some type of reimbursement.. I checked reviews for a week before confirming and it did not live up to your ratings.
Cons: Check in to a hotel first room had nothing in it second room had people in it third room water in the tub won’t shut off all the way
Cons: Dirty wash cloth, no soap asked and not delivered.
Pros: Price was ok. Manager was very nice. Location was easy to find. Outside lighting was great. Plenty of towels.
Cons: It wasn’t the cleanest place. Mold on ceiling. Dust in drawers, and dead bugs on bathroom floor. Toilet didn’t flush properly.
Cons: It’s wasnt clean , smell old mold, spiderweb hanging everywhere in the room.
Pros: We liked the value for the money, as well as the cleanliness. It also was easy to get to.
Cons: I cannot think of anything offhand.
Cons: I didn't like the musky smell in the room. My dad had to clean the ac units air filter. It wasn't clean. Sheets were stained. Pillows were like rocks. Took forever to check in. Desk staff weren't pleasant to talk to. Weren't helpful.
Pros: The front desk clerk was very friendly and hospitable I don’t know if he was the manager but he was a nice man
Pros: The price-it was cheaper than the surrounding hotels
Cons: Dirty shower curtain; clogged shower head
Pros: How clean the facility was, and how quiet it is around the property. Ok
Pros: What we liked was the main manager moved us to the days inn
Cons: We didn’t like that all that was only second floor rooms available because of a fire damaged the lower rooms also getting laughed at by the night clerk because I couldn’t climb stairs due to a disability with my knee and we also have a 4 month old baby

Pros: The staff was soo nice!
Cons: They are trying but the facility needs some repair. Very clean but a bit
Pros: I was pleasantly impressed with the whole situation the staff room for breakfast it was a good experience
Pros: The free breakfast.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner.
Cons: The staff was horrible. The bedding was clean. The carpet was nasty!
Pros: We had our 9 month old daughter and my wife who both has asthma and someone smoked weed the entire time that was a turn off. Then we were placed under some serious stompers you'd thought giants were up there. Then last but not least the beds were niiice and soft and tall a little too tall I had to hoist my wife in bed and we weren't there a good ten minutes and my baby girl fell off the bed so we put a mattress on the floor to prevent that from happening a second time. Other than that it was quiet clean spacious and comfortable a lot of reviewers sure did lie about this place being a dump.
Cons: The room had not been cleaned properly in awhile, there was food and stuff down beside the bed. When we got to the room at 11:00 at night after traveling all day the a/c wasn’t on and hadn’t been on, it was so hot in there. No elevator either, which for us was ok but if we would have been staying longer where we would have had more bags it would have been a issue.
Pros: There was nothing good about this hotel.
Cons: It was filthy and in very poor repair. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible.
Pros: Breakfast was a joke. Doughnuts, stale cereal and swiss cake rolls???
Cons: Non smoking smelled like smoking and my daughter has asthma.
Pros: Everything was wonderful, except for the hair dryer was not working (Broke)
Cons: Broken hair dryer
Pros: Breakfast was good. I liked having 3 beds to a room.
Cons: I am pretty sure we were bitten by bed bugs during our stay.
Pros: I always look for inside corridors. I like that about it. Beds were comfy. Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: It needs updating some. A nice remodel would go a long way.
6.0 Good (168 reviews)

Pros: The hotel was nice, clean. Coin laundry available. Beer store 2doors down. Walmart 4 miles away. Dunkin Donuts next door.
Cons: I paid online with Applepay. At arrival Was asked for $100 deposit for the room. Not mention when I booked or when I called. If I hadnt come up with the money we would'have been screwed. No refunds. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.
Cons: bed bugs
Pros: Close to freeway
Cons: Room had broken window that was taped up. Generally poor, run down, dirty and not at all as advertised.
Pros: Nothing didn't have tissue
Pros: Close to interstate
Cons: Room lock part was missing. Bathroom door had hole in it, burn marks all over bathroom. Beds uncomfortable, but room was clean and no bugs.
Pros: Price and location
Pros: While they defiantly are showing their age the beds where comfortable, rooms are clean, and the staff was freindly.
Pros: nice inside the room
Cons: Bugs bites all over the hotel yard
Pros: I was really worried with the price I paid that this would b in a bot so great area or that the room would be run down it was so quiet comfortable and the shower was extremely well I loved the soft comforter
Cons: Killed probably 20 mosquitos in my room. Dangerous if nothing else. Suspect they were coming out of air conditioner. Complained and the young girl explained there were woods behind property. They have a major problem!
Pros: The price. But, aside from that, it was apparently recently renovated. So, the room inside was basically new in appearance for the most part
Cons: The lights didn't all work reliably. The tub had a huge hole poorly patched. The toilet shot water(and contents) into the floor when flushed. (or, onto your tush if seated). Security latch was ripped off of door frame. Night clerk was very unfriendly.
Cons: Door locks are all broken. Didn't feel very safe

Pros: The restaurant next door. The coffee was good! Room was clean. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: I didn't have a problem with anything.
Cons: Yes when I got some of my funds stolen out of my room and went to the staff and there was nothing done about it
Pros: The beds were clean and had new towels
Cons: The curtains and carpet were nasty dirty if it was not because I was tired sleepy and could not drive any longer I would have stayed somewhere else
Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: Was not really anything I didn't like
Pros: The shower had a faucet that had to be 40 years old, and it sprayed everywhere. Surely, the owner could replace the faucets, etc., they don't cost very much. The staff, however, almost make up for the crappy room! They were very nice!!
Cons: The shower was very bad, the faucet and handles were very, very old and sprayed everywhere. Also, the fitness room was the worst I've ever seen, only one piece of equipment worked, the water faucet did not work, and the air conditioning was broken!!
Pros: It had a restaurant attached to front of hotel.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower and bathroom floor was dirty.
Cons: Small selection at breakfast
Pros: Bed was dirty sheet was dirty the floor microwave the whole room was not loveable' I got my money back will not ever stay at this property again.
Cons: I reserve a queen two beds and went I got there they didnt have i.
Pros: Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons: The facility needs routine maintenance in some areas.
Pros: Not much
Cons: The hotel is in very poor condition, the pictures are far from the truth the breakfast is a joke! Cleanliness is far from it! I would not recommend staying at this hotel!
Pros: I was traveling alone and they put me at work he back of the hotel. That part was isolated and secluded, run down, and unmaintained. I left at 3 am because I felt unsafe. Definitely not a recommendation from me.
A stay at Diamond Inn places you in the heart of Forrest City, within a 5-minute drive of Gallery of Forrest City and East Arkansas Community College. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The colorful bed spred. The price was budget friendly.
Cons: The Luke warm shower water.
Cons: The room was not clean. The door opened outside and did not seal, so all kinds of bugs came into the room. The carpet was tore down to the nails. I found pills on the carpet. The only reason we stayed was because we slept with a loaded pistol
Cons: Staff was rude and the room had bugs in the bathroom and in the room . I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The staff was rude and did not care once you booked.
Pros: They had an opening when I needed one.
Cons: Breakfast was...lacking...Badly. Eggs are not expensive, they just take a slight amount of effort to restock with fresh eggs every 45 minutes or so. I was upset there were no eggs, just milk, cereal, toast, muffins. Whoever owns this place is definitely not proud or enthusiastic about it.
Pros: It had a bed
Cons: They could not find my reservation, even with my reservation number, it took 30 or more minutes to get checked in and get my room key at 3 am!
Cons: Front desk gave me keys to room that had someone else in it. N when I was given another key to a different room I rated poorly.
Pros: I didn't like anything about the hotel.
Cons: The room looked clean until you walked barefoot across the floor. The carpets are dirty and the curtains had holes in them. I would not use this American Best Value Inn again. I will take my business to someone else.
Pros: Unfortunately when I pulled into the parking lot I knew I could not check in. The hotel was very run down and people hanging outside. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and I'm expecting it to be very basic but not unsafe.
Pros: No hot water
Cons: The TV didn't work, there are flies in the room, the water pressure was poor the carpet by the door was torn and missing, there was a large gap in the door where I assume the flies were coming in. Staff was not helpful in resolving any issues.
Pros: Efficient front desk
Cons: Room had about 1/6 of one roll of tp when we arrived Tv remote did not work & channel selector on tv did not work, so we had one channel to watch after a 12 hour drive that day We were at breakfast at 7, but most breakfast stuff was empty
