Newcomer and already one of the best hotels in Greece. Solid structure, rooms of urban comfort living in a holiday setting , subtle luxury, This Is The Future in hotel concepts ! Sunstruck till late afternoon, the atmosphere turns idyllic in sunset and night hours .Genuine tranquility, the place is at the end of the road ,pretty isolated. Amazing coastline, sea ideal for swimmers, protected by the typical northwinds of greek summer , its charm enhanced by the mild watersports activities of the school nearby. Not many resorts offer that. Efficient room service, Attentive staff eager to meet every request. Excellent, well -cooked food. In all aspects, h o l I d a y s as it`s always meant to be !!
Located on the most beautiful beach in Kos and the only one you can swim if there are winds blowing in the island!Congratulations to the chef!!!
Great, spacious rooms. Amazing sandy beach. Good food. Very helpful staff.
Location, Facilities , Cleanliness Hotel was over crowded and staff could not cope with the high number of guests especially in the restaurant
A totally relaxing experience, very friendly, helpful staff - wonderful holiday
Perfect for couples, beautiful beach, nice and quiet location. They should offer an full board system, we missed candles when dining;)
The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful. The food is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. There was initially some confusion with our room: we were given 3 different rooms till we got what we ordered (King size + sea view) and we had top wait. We got free drinks while we waited, and later we got a complimentary wine bottle as compensation.
Great new hotel, nice place next to beach, nice buffet restaurant Few small problems that I belevied are because the hotel is very new
A place to come back, peace & hospitile, all credit goes to staff, nice sandy beach which is rare in Kos.
Magnificent swimming pools, kind and always willing to help staff, smiley faces, superb dinner with a satisfactory variety of food.
Thanks to Hotel management the service is on the very high level. It' s kind of hospitality when you feel yourself like at home. Well done!
- extremely friendly staff, pretty good food for a halfboard, good value, quiet location - you need a car to reach the place (they might offer pickup service from the airport); the beaches around the hotel are ok, but not great
The design, comfort and serenity at Lakitira Suites were all excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. All the facilities (swimming pool, bar, bedrooms, bathrooms) were of a very high standard, all recently refurbished and extremely clean. It was a hugely relaxing experience and would be suitable for all types of visitors, families, adult groups, honeymooners and the elderly. It is easy to find and at a discreet distance from the charming beach village of Kardamena. Certainly one of the best spots on the island to be staying at and within easy reach of all the other beach resorts and historic sites by car or scooter. We had a wonderful few days. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is to vary the restaurant food more and perhaps extend it until 11pm. It was good to enjoy the greek buffet each night and a good range of dishes - but it was slightly repetitive each evening. The barbecue and live entertainment (accomplished guitar and solo singer) on our final night was excellent set around the pool with a very good choice of fresh grilled fish.
Friendly staff and nice pool/grounds Not 5* as it tries to promote itself. Total lack of flexibiilty in anything - you only get what's in the brochure and at the specified times; there's no deviation for anything, for any reason, AT ALL!
The flexibility of the staff and food was of a very good standard
I like it becauce it was quit and the beach was nice it was ok
Thought when we got there that it had everything that we we looking for. Was not told it was the end of season and many things closed before the end of our stay. Staff very abrupt and they made no mention of this until it was no longer available, eg: children's slide pool, water sports aavtivities etc .
animation staff, Lee kate and thomas :) the manner in which some bar staff spoke to us
Excellent service from the staff good selection of food and drink The nearest village is Kardamena - not the best location on Kos Island!
The kindness of the staff and the value There should be more ramps for prams or wheelchair
Lovely hotel staff were great and the food is amazing, it has to be bacause you can't go anywhere else it's not within walking distance of anywhere you need to rent a bike or get the bus.
very nice family hotel. lovely rooms and views, beach close by. food lovely. everything you wish for an all inclusive hotel! pool could be more child friendly. was not keen on saltwater pools, howver you do get used to it.
the hotel was wonderful, its setting is perfect with sweeping views over the Agean ocean and the islands of greece. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, we stayed in a family room which was fantastic quality and value for money. The food is good and very well presented.would definatly holiday there again. N/a
Good food plenty to choose from , freindly staff nothing too much trouble
The hotel is great, friendly staff, extremely helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Large minimalist bedrooms - beds the most comfortable I've slept on in Greece and the breakfast menu is very comprehensive and caters for all tastes. Wonderful setting. Electric blackout blinds don't cover door area - need to install manual roller blind to use when room occupied.
THe staff was very nice with a great attention for the customers. I enjoyed very much my time there No problems related with Hotel accomodation
The rooms were well equipped with excellent air conditioning. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Some distance out of town area.
The hot water did not work
Very friendly, helpful staff that really made the stay more pleasant. Clean, but basic facilities and amenities. Had a nice pool. Hotel was in remote location that required a walk to the beach and transportation to the town.
