About Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach
Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach brings authentic Milanese cuisine and hospitality to the Palm Beach island, building upon the success of its renowned Madison Avenue and Southampton restaurants. The menu includes Sant Ambroeus favorites such as Vitello Tonnato, Caprese, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Risotti and Cotoletta alla Milanese, alongside new dishes inspired by the sea and the fresh ingredients of Florida. The menu focuses on seafood and incorporates local citruses and herbs to accentuate the fresh, luminous surroundings that encompass Palm Beach. Colorful salads with texture, grains and fruits will highlight the simplicity of the local produce, are prepared by Executive Chef Marco Barbisotti. A dessert cart, displayed in the main dining room, offers delicious housemade cakes, pies, tiramisu and a creamy millefoglie dessert.
