Pros: Sonia is such a lovely host. Really down to earth helpfull and very kind Besides being very good company too!
Cons: None I like these kind of places a lot.
Cons: No parking lot so you have to park on the streets. We waited about 10 min to check in which was annoying cause we were tired. We went to have pizza in the hotel restaurant and it came ONE hour after we ordered. Pizza was too salty. Also, too many children in the hotel and restaurant which looks like kindergarten. Too noisy. I dont recommend for couples. Staff not very welcoming. We saw a few bedbugs!!! Breakfast in the morning was okay.
Pros: Very nice rooms and facilities. It is stud farm and looks very nice and warmful. Flowers, wood and natural materials. Clean and nice. Two cute dogs complete that feelings. Great accommodation. Breakfast was continental and good.
Cons: WiFi has very low signal on upper floor. Thay have two hotspots, but both are low data flow upstairs. Very difficult to connect.
Pros: The staff was very nice and they make very good pizza.
Cons: The accommodations around Neusiedler are quite expensive and despite the fact that this one was among the cheapest, it was still quite expensive.
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom looked new and fresh. Good breakfast, dinner and very friendly service in the restaurant.
Cons: The smoking area was directly in front of the hotel room door. (Rooms along the garden). If you have the door open, smoke from next door comes in. Else all fine.
Pros: The state of the location was such that there was nothing to be enjoyed.
Cons: In short - had we not arrived in the early evening with our tired and hungry 4-year old, we would have left right away. The staff was unfriendly at first to offensive and aggressive when we wanted to cancel and checked out next morning (be aware of their unclear cancellation policy!); there was smoking in all corridors, the garden and the restaurant, by both staff and guests; the garden was very far from what was presented (on booking.com), the place was in general state of disarray. The room and the whole property was not as presented - of biggest concern was the smoking and extreme amount of cigarette butts left on the ground, grass and corridors of the common areas, the room was falling apart, the sheets were so thin you could see the mattress underneath, there was only a thin, white curtain for the window of the door that didn't even cover the whole window, the room was not dark, it was noisy and smelling both of smoke from outside and chlorine from the bathroom and the towels; the 'terrace' was a public external corridor leading by all the rooms, there were chairs and a table, but this was not a 'cozy' arrangement; the inside common area (corridors, couch/sitting area) was worn out and yellowed by smoke; the garden was a mess, the turtles and rabbits were kept in rickety and small enclosures, filled with feces and food-containing ash trays. The playground, hammocks and garden furniture were in equal condition. Regarding the staff, one clear example, is that the front desk personnel when confronted with the smoking inside and outside outright denied it before turning aggressive, despite one staff member having run by us with a lit cigarette in the hallway the night before and there being used ashtrays on tables inside the restaurant and plenty of trash evidence of it being the case throughout the location. This is NOT the state of presentable accommodation, particularly one for families with small children.
