Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Property is nice designed to have a new experiences
Pros: The location of the hotel is very nice. Everything in the Hotel and the infrastructure is clean, new or renewed and in great condition. The breakfast and the dinner where extremely good. The quality of the food and the possibility to taste local products was awesome.
Cons: I think the kids club is indeed big, but there could be more personal to take care about the kids. The car rental, which was not from the hotel, it was an external company only had already old and used cars.
Cons: Didn’t like the food that much
Pros: Excellent staff, no fuzz for coming early, always supportive and friendly. Nice breakfast selection and directly on the beach. You can order comfortably thru an app room service or to your beach bed and see/book all activities.
Cons: Almost nothing to mention, maybe an iron board would have been nice to have and maybe the room was a bit small.
Pros: this was the fifth time staying here. beautiful property and friendly welcoming staff throughout
Cons: Always mosquitos in room
Pros: Nice facilities.
Cons: Very bad customer service. Unfriendly rude staff at breakfast. Poor front desk.

Pros: Fabulous final evening from our sailing trip. Just the right amount of luxury with a fabulous private pool to relax at.
Pros: The beach is nice but rocky, no sand and that was the best part of the hotel. The ocean was warmer than all the hotel pools which were freezing. We couldn’t go into the pool at all. Most of the food we had was tasty, although unfortunately on the first day we went to the sushi place and we couldn’t eat there because the fish weren’t fresh and very fishy.
Cons: There was no shower pressure at all in any of the rooms ( we had 2 rooms and checked the option to move to another - none had water pressure). When we walked into the room we saw that the sheets were dirty. Also, there was a day where they just didn’t change the sheets in our baby’s bed. They just left sheets on the bed for us to change. The staff seems really nice but whenever we needed anything from them, they were not helpful at all and the it was was super slow.
Pros: Amazing value, great facilities, stunning views, great food options and variety.
Cons: Some staff were great but others were a little rude even when we were always trying to be polite and friendly.
Pros: Location is brilliant, nice surrounding.. the quality of food is superb and the staff is so friendly. This hotel is perfect for a complete chillout. Would recommend the Greek restaurant a lot - had a wonderful and tasty dinner there - Jannis and Andreas have made everything perfect for us!! Efcharistó polý
Pros: The private pool was amazing
Cons: Was a bit windy somedays
Pros: Very helpful staff. We arrived in the morning and hotel provided us opportunity for the early check in. This was one of best hotels I ever stayed.
Pros: This resort really blew me away. The food quality was amazing the staff were super helpful and professional and the room was lovely. I really didn't want to leave on the last day and have told all my friends how amazing it is!
Cons: nothing everything was done to a high standard.

Pros: The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were of high quality and with great diversity and really all inclusive at all times.
Cons: Despite clear instructions not to reserve deck chairs with towels, most were already blocked early in the morning and staff did nothing about it. The pools and children playground closed already at 6 pm.
Pros: Location, staff kindness, very clean and well maintained structure, availability of services (snacks, drinks, pizza, crepe, hot dogs, fresh fruit, almost anything to eat and drink available all day long, even on the beach side). Air conditioning in all bedrooms, frigobar service refilled every 2 days with "everything"
Cons: Too few deck chairs around the main pool area compared to the number of guests, which get all occupied since early morning hours so impossible to enjoy of that service and location. Bed sheets mix synthetics, so keep warm during the night.
Pros: The staying in Norida hotel was amazing. Everyone is so kind- from the reception to the bar and the restraunts. 4 restraunts, variety of food, fresh and tasty. It was so fun, we'll come back!
Pros: A special remark for the restaurants: very good food and very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very professional and customer oriented. As well, very good evening programs offered, for children and for adults.
Cons: The drinking water offered in the all inclusive program is really bad. They explained this is actually sea water de-salted, it may be the explanation. Overall, the facilities offered are ok but we expected a little more from a 5 stars hotel.
Pros: We booked at the last minute and got a great deal, also lucky enough to get an upgrade on our room! The staff were fantastic and the al a cart restaurant was superb. The entertainment team done their best to include everyone. Also there wasn’t any additional fees that you would likely get at other all inclusive respires. With a free mini bar in room restocked regularly and beach towels that could be changed regularly.
Cons: The hotel is very popular with German tourists and in my opinion the food in the main restaurant is geared to their taste as was the evening entertainment. Only other issue was the fact that it was a bit out of town and needed to get a bus or taxi if you want to explore
Pros: The hotel is excellent - all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keen to make our visit a really good one; Vivi on the guest relations team deserves a special mention - she was lovely and so very helpful. This is a great hotel with really good facilities and great staff. The variety and quality of food on offer was just superb, on Friday evening we ate in the Big Blue speciality restaurant, which was really, really good (thankyou, again, to Vivi for arranging that for us); both food and service in the grill restaurant near the beach were excellent for lunch and breakfast and even the naughty but nice late afternoon treat of freshly made and cooked slices of pizza from the beach kiosk was lovely - and entertaining to watch, too. Finally, Saturday night's entertainment from the 'Il Divo' trio of tenors was also really very special.
Cons: Given that everyone at the hotel was so keen to please and to make our stay memorable, it feels a little churlish to carp - and really the only things we could find fault with were (i) the main restaurant is beginning to look a little tired - though the quality and variety of food and service there were both very good, and (ii) the other slight carp is that there are relatively few poolside sunbeds, all of which were always pre-reserved by the early risers - but it wasn't a problem for us really, as there are more than enough sunbeds for everyone on the hotel beach!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helping, especially Vivi from the customer relations. Liked the watermelon that they bring to your seat at the pools\beach. The food at the a-la-carte restaurant was very good. Bars are everywhere, pizza on the beach. Clear water at the sea and almost no waves. We got the large room with sea view (although in the reservation it was "garden view").
Cons: On the weekend the main restaurant became very crowded and seems that waiters were overloaded - we received our drinks only after we finished the dinner on one of the weekend evenings. There is no place to go near the hotel - the closest village didn't seems to have any attractions (at least this is how it look like from the taxi window). But we stayed only 4 days so it was OK, there is water sport(extra charge).
Pros: Everything was perfect. I am not an EU holiday fan, but there are some exceptions - like this hotel. Amazing food concept, gorgeous crepeteria. Endless food and drink from morning up to 1 am in the night. The basic room was fine, air-condition was working, wifi without problems. The reception was very kind and helped us with trips and even with a late departure on the last day. A fantastic set of pools has a WOW factor for sure. Sea was nice, crystal clear and plenty of sunbeds to take. The best were à la carte restaurants with sea view and amazing tasting menus. We are going to return for sure
Cons: These are my recommendations: - smaller dessert portions would be better (looks incredible, but on night buffet I wanted taste more of these, but it was too huge to eat so many) - 1 heated pool would be nice to have - Incredible annoying kids (would be nice to have families with small children in separated wings, because it was so loud by the evening or during the sleep time in night - misbehaved children) - pool bar (staff) sometimes slow and not reacted nice or overlooking customers - do not allow the sunbeds reservations by towels from guests if they leave and sunbed is free for hours
Pros: The pools are stunning and very clean . The sun beds are lovely and brilliantly placed. Rooms are clean and bright and airy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and enthusiastic in whatever position they held. The kid club also known as “the mini club” was sensational- the best we have experienced. We loved how clean it was , fresh, easy to access all fun things like water sports etc! It was just brilliant.
Cons: Our family are very much into good food - we like very nice things. While the food was lovely it wasn’t to our taste. It was hard to get A booking in the three restaurants and if you want a good sunbed you have to get down at 630am!!!

Pros: Great friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. But I think that is hard to get right as it’s a very personal thing.
Pros: Amazing hotel location and staff , the best hotel with totally amazing views. Cocktails in the evening on the rooftop bar made by the Greek gentleman with the beard ( sorry can't remember his name ) will be back next year without a doubt
Pros: Lovely terrace with amazing view over water. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
Cons: Pool very very salty. Have to keep logging into internet
Pros: - the staff was great - the bed was comfortable - one day we had apple juice at breakfast - good coffee
Cons: - the price was for a 4**** hotel. We paid nearly 100 euros/ night and that was about everything about this hotel saying it’s a 4 stars. - the bed linen which must be changed every 2 days was cheanged only once in 7 days!!! - the breakfast very poor and same each day. The pancakes tasted very bad. I was sick of eating eggs everyday since I don’t eat meat. But poor meat selection also - if we wanted to use the SPA services we had to pay extra, even for the sauna!! Unacceptable! - first we got a room with mold, and I am Allergic to it. They changed in into a one for disabled people. - no facilites other than breakfast - no room for luggages in the room. We put ours on the fridge and chair. - the salted water running at the shower made everything not clean.Glasses were dirty, the shower glass, everything.
Pros: Staff friendliness was superb - the ladies at reception were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Well done!

Pros: Very clean rooms; very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is not packed with people unlike in the hotels nearby.
Cons: The dinner offered by the hotel is great but it's served too late in our opinion (19:45). If it were served an hour earlier, there would've been no need for us to travel to Kardamena instead. In the rooms around the bar, it's quite noisy in the evening until the bar closes.
Pros: Good service and easy parking.
Cons: Limited choice at breakfast.
Pros: Hotel is immaculate, staff couldn’t do enough for us, excellent value for money and food was delicious. Lovely and quiet and often had the pool to ourselves.
Pros: Great staff, chatty and helpful. Good swimming pool and beach nearby. Gym equipment not bad. A typical resort hotel if that’s what you’re after.
Cons: Buffet meals not my thing, also the traditional dancing event was a bit awkward. Odd sewer smell in our room, would have been a problem if we’d stayed more than one night.
Pros: Very pleased with everything. People at Kalimera are very polite and helpful . They try their best to make everyone happy. I will most probably try to book at Kalimera Mare next time I visit Kardamaina-Kos.
Cons: No dislikes!
Pros: I felt very relaxed and the staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
Pros: The staff defined excellence, cleanliness, food fresh and on time, very enjoyable,
Cons: All good
Pros: Great staff, great food, easily accessible beach two minutes walk from the hotel, good pool, clean, comfy beds.
Pros: Everything including Calpyso, the wonderful family cat. The staff is smart and extremely good at proposing solutions for any kind of issues.
Cons: Perfect, I would have liked staying some more days.....

Pros: Wonderful stay here!!... Sokratis was the perfect host and really looked after us ... His place is a lovely little walk straight across the road to the beach ... 5 mins... and about 10 into the village with many gorgeous bars and restaurants to choose from ... some directly on the beach Would definitely recommend... Thankyou Sokratis ... we were welcomed and treated like family
Pros: The breakfast alone is worth staying for- 4 courses, 4 Euros! A welcome complimentary drink in the friendly bar/living room area. The Hisbicus and Jasmine covered outside area was a beautiful place in which to have an evening drink The host is super friendly, super organised and goes the extra mile.
Pros: Stayed for just one night on the way from Kalymnos to Kos airport. Tidy and comfortable place. Excellent value for money.
Pros: A warm welcome with a cup of tea after a long days travelling was appreciated The bed was comfy and I had a good night’s sleep
Cons: All good
Pros: Everything about Illios and Irene is fantastic. From the warm welcome to the warm goodbye. Sokratis is an attentive host who cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it's the little extras that make it such a welcoming place such as mosquito repellent in the room, washing up liquid, clean dishcloths, slippers, free safety deposit box, free air con, an ironing board and toiletries. It is ideally placed for the short walk to bars and restaurants along with the beach and also to the ferries to Kalymnos. Gardens are kept beautifully. Mastachari is ideally located for touring the island, which although small is perfectly formed! We stayed for 14 nights and cannot find fault, because there is none to find. We arranged our car hire through Sokratis too and that was at a good all inclusive price with no hidden extras. We shall return!
When you stay at Grand Blue Beach Hotel in Kos, you'll be on the beach and 4 minutes by foot from Kardamena Port. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very reasonable priced rooms
Cons: Information about the hotel and not real juices
Pros: Very nice hotel. Excellent buffet both breakfast and dinner. Rooms are wonderful.
Pros: Great location, great food, amazing staff 10/10. So helpful and accommodating. Loved staying here. Will stay here again.
Cons: Nothing :-)
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind
Pros: Free dinner box upon midnight late arrival. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Free 15 minutes massage. One night free dinner a la cart although we did not choose to have it. Nice sea view.
Cons: Terrible wifi. Breakfast only until 10 in the morning. No light in the bathroom mirror. The shower head was on the long side of the bath with shower curtain. Would be better if it was with glass and shower head on the short side. There was no freezer. The coffee was not so good from the machines at breakfast
Pros: The hotel is amazing. I had breathtaking views from the room - sunrise every morning and the beautiful see. Everything is super clean, the rooms, the restaurants, the communal areas. I had breakfast included and the food was always fresh and tasty. There were the usual European items and then Greek things like spinach or cheese pie, Greek cakes, etc. The hotel has a fantastic gym that opens early till late. It has a Smith frame, dumbells, benches, treadmills and bikes, Cable machine, leg extension /leg curl, etc and it's included in the price. Really good!! The pools are large and clean with plenty of sunbeds around. I got a complimentary a la carte dinner and both the food and the service were excellent. And this is one of the most important things. The staff is fantastic, not 5* but 6*. Starting from reception to the cleaners, they always smile and look out what they can do for the guests. Respect to them in that heat. :D I got a lot of advice and tips where to go, what to do, how to get to places, etc. The hotel is built on the hill and the buildings are scattered all around. There is a golf car service taking people up and down on the hill - great when someone is feeling lazy. Kardamena town is within walking distance (8 mins) so it's easy to go out for a meal or drink, or just for some shopping. But there is a mini market in the hotel anyway. I had a nespresso machine in the room, and all the usual things like bathrobe, slippers, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, telly etc. :) I hired a car and could park it at the hotel for free, no issues, didn't even need to book it. If one day I return to Kos, I'll stay here again.
Pros: Absolutely stunning hotel and complex, room was brilliant. Was greeted with cakes and a fruit bowl in our room. Staff was lovely, even paid to stay an extra night.
Cons: Nothing it was brilliant.
Pros: The room
Cons: The food/drink
Pros: Very nice resort for a perfect family vacation! We have been accommodated in family suits with a shared pool, which was a nice touch! The suits are very well sized, with everything we've needed. The food in the restaurant and beach bars was excellent and varied. The stuff everywhere in the resort was kind, helpful, smiled. The beach is not sandy, but the sea and the fishes in it are amazing! Thanks Mitsis family village for our unforgettable vacation!
Cons: There is not a restaurant outside. The waiters in the restaurant are grabbing our plates with no finished food. Very unpleasant!
Pros: While a little dated, the place was spotless and the staff made the holiday. The beach was excellent and we all enjoyed the whole experience. We'll definitely return.
Pros: The icecream, the beverages, the pool in the room
Pros: Loved the pool and their the staff ( waiters and bar service excellent ) Although we didn't join in with daily activities the entertainment team were super fun .Food was excellent with a huge choice .
Cons: Room cleaning was not the best standard .Balcony not swept however was rectified when reported .mini bar not filled as advertised...shower curtains needs replaced .

Located in Kalymnos, H Hotel Zephyros is near the beach, within a 5-minute walk of Telendos Island Ferry Dock and Melitsachas. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: the whole experience
Cons: having to leave
Pros: Helpfull staff. Spacious room.
Cons: Airco was blowing directly at the bed.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Extremely small balcony, facing the opposite building/cafe
Pros: Staff friendliness Good breakfast Great Location .. A little beach and tavernas really close by . Able to use the lovely pool across from the hotel Very clean open and airy
Cons: Nothing really except the pressure in the shower was fabulous however unable to turn it onto high as the water overflowed into bathroom area if doing so
Pros: Nice location, clean and specious rooms, helpful and friendly staff.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with parking. There were three wonderful restaurants within a very short distance from the hall. Very happy with our stay there.
Cons: Driving on this island is challenging. The streets are narrow and the traffic is bad. Worst port city of all the islands we traveled to this trip (8 islands).
Pros: The hotel is stylish and comfortabl
Cons: The breakfast was sadly lacking shower leaked and bath mat was not replaced all little things which in a less smart hotel would be forgivable but in a property aiming at a higher market they need to up their game The reception staff were fabulous I would recommend they charge a supplement and offer a la carte. Cooked breakfast rather than the same warm offering every day offer prepared fresh fruit not tinned peaches and a bowl of apples and local cheeses and cold meats rather than processed it really was far below the standard of the fabric of the hotel it woul not take much to make it great
Pros: Lovely clean nicely furnished hotel with use of pool in neighbouring hotel. Lovely views of nearby island Telendos and beautiful sunsets. Very friendly helpful Reception staff.

Pros: The Nefeli is a little gem, with guests welcomed as part of the family. Spotlessly clean, with a beautiful garden and fantastic hosts, it’s no wonder so many guests return year after year. As a solo traveller, I couldn’t have been looked after better or made to feel more welcome. This is a very special place, run by very special people.

Pros: The property is traditional Greek, clean, comfortable, and with wonderfully kind people always available to help in any way possible. The real identifying feature of the Nefeli is the garden
Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about the Nefeli
With a stay at Gaia Palace in Kos, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Tigaki Beach and Lido Waterpark. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Pros: Everything! The villa, the pool, the food, the staff.perfect!!
Cons: The hotel was amazing!! We stayed in the private villa and got the perfect vacation.highly recommended and we will come back again
Cons: problem all the time with wi go food not so great long walk to the beach
Pros: Friendly staff and good value
Cons: Spa had plenty of mosquitoes, not what you’d expect. Food was OK but not great
Pros: Fabulous, stylish hotel with amazing staff who are very friendly and put every effort into making your holiday special. Massive thank you to all the bar staff who made us feel welcome Dimitris, Anastasia, Elvis and Ilias to name but a few. The meal times were great, so much choice and high quality food. The pools were spotlessly clean and always plenty of sun beds, so no need to rush to get your towels down before breakfast. The Greek night was a lot of fun. Location could have been better but local buses run regular and are so cheap and easy to use. We went to Kos Town which was steeped in history and is a great place to visit. We also went on the 3 Island bot cruise which we would recommend. The Spa at the Hotel was nice with a free massage of your choice, and staff were friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel!
Cons: Although a massive choice of drinks to choose from, as expected with hotels abroad, the all inclusive drinks could be better qualify, by using premium brands. These were available but you had to pay extra.
Pros: One of the best hotels i ever been at, so clean, the team are amazing always help and smile.
Pros: Some staff were awesome with just a few that didn't quite have the same personality. The setting and facilities were amazing. Elvis, Anastasia, Dimitri's, Seve were brilliant
Cons: Location is ok but a long way from other places. Mosquitos are a big problem there and never had this in Greece before. Food was good but more variation over the course of the week would be good. Most of the entertainment is for the majority of visitors i.e. German and Italian families.
Pros: Nice, modern, new establishment and the staff were good. Food was ok
Cons: Gaia is advertised as “fully inclusive with a beach” but that’s misleading because although there is a beach quarter of a mile away, you need to pay 5Eur pp for deck chair & umbrella. The “free” drinks consist of really cheap wine and watered down beer. For real drinks you have to pay, not cheap either
With a stay at Elena Village in Kalymnos, you'll be near the beach, just a 3-minute walk from Grande Grotta and 12 minutes by foot from Massouri Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location, the staff were very friendly, pool facilities really good, overall a very nice place to stay with the family.
Pros: The hotel was absolutely brilliant. Whatever we needed, the staff were happy to help us with a smile. All the rooms have an excellent view of Telendos, as far as I can see, since it's built into the hillside. The breakfast was really very good and the cooking facilities in the rooms were fine. However, it's definitely the staff that made it. It was Kalimera from everyone :-)
Cons: The only thing that I would say is that if you want early nights don't book during the climbing festival as it's held here. Otherwise it was very peaceful!
Pros: Great place friendly staff,
Cons: Normal Greek hotel stuff , slow draining showers and odd finishings but all of the pluses our way any issues a great place to stay
Pros: Breakfast . View. Swimming Pool. Very helpful Staff. Location.
Cons: Too much 'horseplay' around the pool. A father tried to push his son into the pool while my wife was passing and instead pushed her in. Bit of a shock at 65. Pool needs regulating.
Pros: Everything especially the staff
Pros: Views were stunning , peaceful location Staff welcoming.Good breakfast . Restaurant food was very good indeed . Fantastic lift with view that takes you to higher room thus avoiding carrying luggage to room . Easy access to everywhere yet was away from any noise . Some rooms had private pools.
Cons: Pool area music a little noisy
Pros: Breakfast was very good Good internet connection speed

Pros: The hotel was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations completely. I have stayed in studios on other Greek islands and none of them have compared to this one. Staff friendly and worked so hard to keep everything perfect and clean. Great location, very central for those of the party who were climbing and those who weren’t.
Cons: The website said there was a pool snack bar and it wasn’t there so I feel this needed updating but with the supermarket down the road, it was easier and cheaper to get our own stuff. We were lucky we had so many people staying with us as not all the rooms had everything. My room didn’t have a kettle and had a hot plate but not a pan to use on it so that could have been a bit better. Also air con didn’t work in 1 of the rooms which wasn’t ideal in the heat!
Pros: It is a family hotel and all of them were very friendly. The kids loved the area outside the room since there was plenty of space to play around the swimming pool.
Cons: There was a smell from the sweage tank i guess, whenever we used the bathrooms (we just closed the one that smelled the most and it was ok). Moreover there was a disfunctionality of some parts of the bathroom. Without these 2 issues it would have been the perfect stay.
Pros: Friendly, family and pleasant atmosphere, clean place, rooms and pool also...
Pros: the swimming pool, proximity to shops and restaurants and beaches. The owner was very friendly and generous
Pros: Great Location. Sevasti is so friendly and will do anything for you. Rooms have everything you need. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Will stay again.
