Nice beach, clean sea,
Marina, the Beach and the Nature are the best. the smell inside H Meliton is not ok. In same places,H need to be refurbish..
Location is great, it is very suitable for families and beach holiday in nice green surrounding
Nice breakfest, food in pool restorant is so and so. Pool service for drinks is bad.
Thalassoterapy swimmingpool,Marina, conexion with Neomarmaras,Villa Gallini, carpets in the room
Location, the pool areas are devine! The room views are great!Staff are very friendly. The food was bland,we went across to Neo mamarass village on the ferry, luckily there are great resteraunts there. There are no coffee making facilities in the rooms, annoying in the morning.I Also noticed there is no kids menu for families.
the room, the sea everything great
Many facilities Food
very nice location - the place is huge with so many things to do & see, good breakfast, beautiful surrounding area, etc, etc regular minor issues that can be met everywhere; as maybe a more important one: heating should be more generous during spring time
Location, nature. Like 4 srars hotel, slow (not free) internet with problems most of the times. They ask me to pay the gym of the hotel 10 euro per day, and is very poor and old!!!
I did not like the internet facilities.Poor speed and only at the lobby(Have to pay and again low speed). No internet to the rooms.
The location is very good, the sea is clean and the swimming pools very nice. The hotel is very child friendly. The level of hotel renovation is not for a five star hotel. The lift doors were closing very quickly and without warning. This was very annoying and dangerous.
the sea and surroundings customer service , maintenance of facilities
The view from the rooms (rooms with view are more expensive). The casino is well organized and has a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. The marina is nice and well organized. The hotel is not as it used to be in the past. The renovation that has taken place the last years is poor. The rooms are very old. Imagine the TV was one of the oldest models i have ever seen. Its a hotel that is focusing on family-packages vacation and mass tourism. The hotel is full of children and you cannot relax not even for a minute. The beach in front of the hotel was not good. Another thing is that we had to pay in order to use the indoor swimming pool or the fitness room. 15 euro for each. This was really unacceptable. In fact, despite the fact that we were paying 216 Euro per night for a double room, nothing apart from the breakfast was included in this 216 euro. Anything you wanted to do, you had to pay for it extra.
I liked the room very much and the food was great. Excellent facilities with a very good spa and a big pool area. The elevators were the most tiring ever. You needed a minimum of 5 minutes to go to your room. Such a 5-star hotel should have much better elevators.
Beautiful view. Nice clean accomodation. Convenience store reasonably nearby. Porto Carras Meliton and Sithonia Hotels are not that close. Booking.com says it is 200 meters, but that is not entirely true. The entrance to the resort is, but the Grand Hotel, Meliton, is like two kilometers away and Kelyfos is steep up the hill, difficult to come back after dark. A little bit far from the sea and most holiday things for a beach holiday if you do not have a car. With a car it is fine.
The atmosphere was very relaxing, the breakfast very good. There shower had no hot water and it was not possible to use the sauna.
The room, loft 3, but maybe the decking could do with painting Thought that the waiters/ waitresses looked untidy, if they wore aprons, or a uniform t shirt one would know who was staff.
staff at the restaurant and bar were very friendly and attentive. the staff at front desk were stand offish and sometimes rude. it was quite clear that both the staff and hotel were tired due to end of season. food at breakfast and evening buffet was very mediocre.
Wonderful hotel and brilliant holiday. Would highly recommend hiring a boat and exploring the islands in the bay and experiencing completely private beaches!
The whole experience was geared toward a relaxing holiday and the hotel did not disappoint on that front. Its not perfect, but the pro's far outweigh the cons Being vegetarian, the options in the restaurant were very limited and nowhere near the quality of the non-vegetarian menu.
Amazing design, very nice location. I will get back there!
The Restaurant and its' staff It was refurbished but not enough
The design of the rooms and main areas was excellent. There is a fine pool area which is well maintained.
Location, access to beach, good breakfast Room poorly appointed and maintained (broken tiles in bathroom, reading lamp shade missing), housekeeping slapdash, bar and restaurant overpriced, salt water pool, unwillingness to provide basic services eg cashier, had to ask three times to get newspaper ordered
regardless the rainy weather, we fully enjoyed the great nature and the lovely surroundings of this hotel. very hospitable staff.we managed to fully relax and we plan to come back next May the interior in our room seemed to need update
the location food and room supplies
The Hotel had several playgrounds for little (and bigger) childern. Very near to the sea. The sea iteself was gorgeus- no need to use the swimming pools ;)
nice beach, service very profesional, good manager, nothing
Very friendly staff the ones who are greek and romanian. Common areas, the pool, the balconies are for a 4 star hotel but the rooms are not. I saw 3 stars bulgarian rooms which look better and are cleaner. However the rooms are large, the terrace or balcony is large and nice too, the view excellent.
Nice beach, nice room, nice settings, nice pool. We enjoyed our stay. Food was ok but not great, the lunch area was a bit canteen style.
beach was fantastic too many stairs
The toilet is too litlle!
