refurbished clean hotel not old and noisy like many hotels in the same price bracket in paris
0730 one morning house keeping came into room otherwise no problems
The location was good, close to Cadet metro and all the shoping. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.
The reception staff were a mixture of courteous, professional and rude depending upon who was on duty. When booking I had asked for a quiet non-smoking room. When I arrived the reception staff had no record of me staying there. I produced a booking.com reservation number and after a few minutes they produced a room key with no apology for any confusion. The room they gave me was the noisiest room in the hotel. I went down the next morning and asked for another room, and was given a very nice room without hesitation (different staff member). Apart from the man on reception on my arrival the other hotel staff were very accomodating.
Nice hotel was in a bit of a run down area so if your looking for romance I wouldn't recommend it but ok for city break
Adequate in terms of location. Check in staff were nice and restaurant staff friendly.
Night staff and checkout staff could have been more friendly and helpful.Expecting a double bed in bedroom not two single beds.
convenience to Metro
The spectacular rudeness and singleminded unhelpfulness of receptionist as we checked out.Shower door was ill fitting and water cascaded on to floor.when showering;a panel on the bath furniture had come adrift. The place seemed rather expensive for such a soulless joint.
Rooms were big and location was ideal - good value for money.
Bathroom needed updating and so did the bed!
It was within walking distance of gard du nord station and also the metro. Room had a safe to store passports etc.
The lift was very bouncy. Our room looked out onto the back of another building which needed a coat of paint. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom needed redecorating. Street where the hotel was located was isolated and not very well lit.
good location , near subway
one of the staff had an attitude problem, he is the one who looks like Elvis wannabe
Air conditioning wasn't great so room got quite hot. Beds were adequate but have slept in much better. Cleaning staff ignored the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Lift didn't work properly.
bedroom - comfortable and clean
no WIFI although advertised, no baggage porter as advertised, and doorman declined request for a taxi
