Front desk staff were helpful, intelligent and professional with a great sense of humour. Room was spacious, modern yet tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable for a weary business traveller.
rooms extreamly small, tv charge was not expecting very expensive
The hospitality is more than George V.
Close to centre with bus stop close by
Lobby beautiful, great rooms, staff very helpful and accommodating, food and drinks excellent. Exquisitely updated and decorated. Excellent value for the money. Would recommend without hesitation.. .
Location, convenience and staff were very accommodating No
Comfort of beds, friendly staff, location to Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee Not one!
location, and comfort size of hotel
Very excellent!! Nothing
The staff however were courteous and helpful. I am Asian and the manager was not welcoming and in fact she argued with me. The room was really small and I do not think I got value for the money I paid for a 4-star hotel. The lobby was shabby, dark and not presentable. I will not recommend this hotel.
i like the staff, escpecially the girl on the morning shift, she is nice an extremely helpful. indeed, all the staffs there are very helpfual and pleasant. the room is a bit small as well as the bathroom in compare to the money i pay.
The hotel is so charming and the staff so nice, I really enjoyed to stay their
Good service in Redisson chain style, everything was on the level Main feature is old style, which is not always good. Old floors, etc. But tastes differ
very kind and helpful staff, fascinating buidling in a very nice district Internet did not work, television did not work, room was pretty small, hotel in need of a good overall revamp, slightly decaying and withou the services of a 4 star hotel... definitively average 3 star and overpriced
The location of the hotel The size of the room
Beautiful hotel and wonderful helpful staff
Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful classic Parisian style boutique hotel. Excactly what we were looking for for a romantic long weekend in Paris. Highly recommended. The toilet was in a separate room which was extremely small.. However, this is just a minor observation.
The staff was most helpful and the room was spacious and very clean. We could also get a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from one of the windows. Spectacular at night.
we got special rates from internet booking, otherwise normal room rate without breakfast was very high (600 euro/night)
They can hear the visitor and ready to help to him i could hear at 2a.m.how people made love in the room behind the wall of my room, their conversations and then how they took shower, noise from elevator
The hotel was ideally located in terms of access to significant tourist sites, eg. Eifel Tower, and in the old part of Paris.
Location of hotel is excellence, 5 minutes from Effel and metro station Trocadero. Room was normal size, not big, but comfort (it was suprior). The bed was big and comfort. There are many cafes and restaurant near the hotel. In the hotel there is wonderful garden with flowers and trees. In the room for smoking person the window was extreme small, something like bull's-eye in the airplane. Shower cabin was wrong construction, and if you have a shower all floor in bathroom is wet.
The bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The bedroom was also very dark. Excellent wireless Internet connection. The security chain on my door was not functional (the end was broken off) and that played on my mind and gave me a very fitful sleep. The placement of the mirror on the inside of the closet door was very awkward as the door could not be fully opened as it hit against the room door.
We did like the space to relax plus the comfort of the room and the good location in Paris. Our stay was short but we were impressed by all of the staff with whom we came into contact. Smoking in the courtyard asea
I didn't like the behaviour one reception clerk - man, he was unwilling, arrogant and nervous.
Location and pleasant staff Badly designed shower; no coffee making equipment; pillows too large and uncomfortable; insufficient covers on bed
Friendliness of staff There is no retaurant only a breakfast room and no coffee making facilities in the room.
Good air con. Pleasant staff. Good location
First visit to Paris - however, have stayed in many hotels all over europe (through work) and this is amongst the best. leaving
Nice room and bathroom. Convenient location. Quiet spot in a noisy city. Poor advice on restaurants from night staff who seemed intent on pushing one particular one that he knew the owner
Helpful staff and very central for sites and shopping. Good for a break not for a long stay. Everything was as expected but we have stayed before.
The location of the hotel is a very good thing. The room service is very poor
Very good location. Very overrated based on reviews. The hotel has an odd smell, beds are hard, rooms are smaller than advertised and staff was fighting with clients when I arrived. Any more questions?
room was very clean and very comfortable. was also in the centre of everything breakfast was expensive
close to the metro station, not very central, but much, much better than hotels in centre of Paris (which are old, dirty, without facilities like elevators, air-cond.etc, yet very expensive), very clean, large room for Paris, great bathroom (with clean towels every day) breakfast, for 15 EUR/pers was very, very poor, both in quantity and in variety
Size of rooms confusion over use of mini bar
It would have been nice to have an English newspaper in the a.m. The staff was friendly. Christina (front desk) and Souad (breakfast) had wonderful smiles and made us feel very welcome
The staff was welcoming, even before my arrival. The location was easy to get to -- my uber from Gare du Nord was 13 euros and the Passy metro station was so close (2ish blocks), I used it a lot. My room was perfect -- small (single) but very clean and nice amenities. I was so glad to come back each night. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was located in a calm district. It was very close to Passy metro station which connects you easily to all main attractions in the city. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Internet access in the rooms and breakfast was expensive. However you can have free wifi in the lobby.
The convenience and the helpful service of the people working in the hotel. Showers and bathroom were excellent and having broadband in the foyer was really good. I would have liked tea and coffee making and a fridge in the room but perhaps I didn't book a room with this. It might be worth thinking about broadband in all rooms? And the TV channels - perhaps more in English?
I booked a triple at the last minute (day before) and got a very nice upscale room. The hotel was very modern and comfortable. Location next to Eiffel Tower was awesome! Don't drink the coffee, I think it's Nescafe instant. Seriously! Instead go to the coffee shop on the corner across the street - coffee there was very good.
The receptionist staff were most friendly and helpful Room was to cramped for sleeping in as bed tight agasinst the wall
Close location to the Eiffel Tower. Dirty, rude staff, booked 2 non-smoking twin rooms which was confirmed over the phone by booking.com and they gave us 2 smokers double rooms, saying we would need to pay more if we wanted to have twin rooms although they were booked this way. The reception staff was rude and the hotel dirty and run down. Incredible sauna like heat during the day when we were not there, but it was turned off at night in -2º weather. No hot water either, barely warm. Will never stay here again and don't recomend it to anyone.
The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and convenient to the metro. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
- wireless internet access was very good excellent, unfortunately unsecured so do not use it for credit card or bank transactions! - some people at the reception, like Helen, deserve a 10 for kindness and very helpfull. also the lady at the breakfast room the first day (a tall black lady with glasses) is doing a splendid job in difficult circumstances... (small breakfast room) give this lady a thank you and a tip please, she deserves it.... - Nice rooms and very clean - Excellent location in the centre of Paris - good hotel, mostly nice people, I would recommend it if you do not need roomservice and do not need coffee to work in the evening :-) - Unfortunately other people in the hotel did not carry out the same service. The second day I came in for breakfast at 9:50 (breakfast is untill 10:30). all tables were empty, but all with dirty plates. after standing there for a while she decided to clear a table, but only gave a cup and a plate and a knife. When a few minutes after that I went to the breakfast buffet (approx. 1,5 metert from my table) she took my full cup of coffee and plate away. When I asked what she was doing she said it was a mistake and placed a new one again. In a small room with only one other person it does not seem probable. When some English speaking lady came in and asked for cold milk at a little past 10, she could not get it. I heared the breakfast lady say to another staff member (in French): it's 10:15 we do not refill it now... - at arrival evening (about 21 hour) I ordered room service for 2, for about 100 euro, salades, sandwiches and dessert. I wanted some coffee also because they have no coffee making facility in the room. I was surprised I could only order food and had to cope with the drinks in the minibar for drinks... It was not possible to get coffee or other drinks trough roomservice. The dinner was only cold plates and not very good for the monney. - day 3 we ordered breakfast in the room and again the same lady came to bring it. Only one cup for 2 persons, one of everything in fact, so we had to share. On Sunday it was clearly done by somebody else, we got plenty of all we ordered.... - also first day ordered to deliver at 07:00, got it at 07:25, the next day ordered at 09:00 and it was delivered at 08:40. - also while I was working my girlfriend wanted to watch movies. The 'normal' movies did not work, never did work (no image for one and no movie at all on the second, at least 2 days on a row). Helen did arrange a refund I must say.
Good location. It was a single room and therefore appropriately sized but also well appointed with a nice bathroom. Good to have A/C.
excellent location . cleanliness ... the reception guy seem not knowing his job .like he charge two times the same amount of money . he is the only unfamiliar one in the hotel .
Location Elevator was way too small.
- quiet hotel located in safe area of the city - clean - in general staff was very kind - crowded (very tiny halls, small closets, not so much light in the room) - customer orientation (sometimes one might speak to you in an arrogant manner with no reason, or to forget to bring you something you have order from room service) - it takes 1 hour to get a salad in your room
Superb location; good breakfast; clean, comfortable room. Room was a bit on the small side, even for a European/Paris hotel.
Efficient friendly staff and modern clean rooms. Central location. Rooms not large.
good value for money, great location, clean functional rooms This is my 4th visit and this time the hotel seemed understaffed
Attitude of front office staff. Friendly, smiling, efficient, and helpful. Absence of gym and sauna.
As always the free internet. Reception staff were excellent. good location. Breakfast was very good, nice change feam the usual buffet. Did not much like the bathroom which was in the entry to the room. Was glad I was alone as room was very small. Lighting was a bit tricky and not enough as always.
Compared to other Radisson hotels I've stayed at, this hotel gave me the ultimate best experience. Nothing to point a finger at - simply perfect!
The staff were excellent. This was my second stay this week. A much nicer room with a fantastic view.Great location.
the service during the breakfast was awful.
The hotel was lovely - the staff were exceptional, very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Paris is very expensive but this hotel definitely earnt its money. If we return to Paris we will definitely book in there again. N/A
Close to attraction Very very small room because of that I moved to other hotel after 2 nights.
excellent service, excellent rooms restaurant can be also open on Sundays
Very well located hotel, great for metro station, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Room was very tasteful and comfortable along with en suite facilities. Staff service was excellent, they couldn't do enough for you. Limited choices of food on restaurant menu. Bar closed early whislt we were there so you had to either have a drink in the restaurant or room service. The price is high due to the location as the actual facilities in the hotel were limited. Don't expect a room with a view of the tower as these rooms are limited and if you specifically want a room with the view book ealry and specify.
The very helpful and kind concierge who helped with a changing of rooms(the first one was noisy), making reservations at a busy restaurant for me at the very last minute and general kindness and helpfulness with taxi bookings etc. The hotel needs to be maintain physically as there are many peeling plaster and leaky ceilings here and there. It's very contemporary and beautifully designed but upkeep at the moment is shabby.
Good, clean room and nice view (eiffel tower). Smart hosipitality. Swimming pool was also good. One of doormen was not helpful and seemed indifference to his job.
Location was excellent for us.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is situated in a quiet street and in a good neighbourhood. Parking the car was no problem. Large parking garage nearby.
close to all attractions and placed where the parisiennes (locals) are living the stairs and floors were under construction
We recently stayed at the Best Western Trocadero for 2 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We were given a room with a balcony on the 7th floor, with a slight view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The room is so spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and a good size bathroom and math tub. Furnished very well and decorated with taste- the pictures are true to reality. The hotel staff had maps readily available and were very helpful and spoke perfect english. The great thing about the hotel is the location... right off the Rue de Passy and opposite the Passy Plaza for shopping, Starbucks and a supermarket. Loads of designer shops here to browse in as well as patisseries and boulangeries and right in between 2 metro stations! The only drawback to this hotel was the size of the lift- it was for 2 people only and very very very small! Worked perfectly fine however and never had any problems
The hotel was centrally located which made walking easy. No parking. The hotel was undergoing major renovations and the strong smell of paint was overwhelming. It was not a pleasant experience
always nice spot. Room 24 is small but decent. Nice bathroom (just as big as the hotelroom, actually) room 24 has a connecting door to the adjacent room: very thin and noisy
the location is great, hotel staff very helpful, hotelroom clean and neat
Staff was very friendly and very good advisers. They tried the hardest to help you out. Rooms were very nice decorated, very clean and confortable.
Clean rooms. Very helpful staff on front desk. I liked this hotel. It's difficult to find: our taxi driver got lost. Breakfast is very expensive but just walk a short distance and have breakfast at a cafe instead.
the staff was nice and helpful Breakfast (for the price of 13 euros) could be much much better and richer ...
Good location, nice room Room 44 had a shared door with the neigbouring room, so everything from the other room could be heard.
New, clean rooms with very good fittings and furnishings. Free wifi and friendly staff. Cramped rooms and hotel and limited facilities. Very expensive for the facilities and room sizes provided.
The quiet location and the staff that made you feel at home. They all spoke good english thus making me feel more comfortable. All of them were willing to answer to any question I had in terms of sightseeing or transportation. They were very polite and always had a smile on their face. I will definitely stay there again. Rooms were delicately designed with a modern touch but had something classic as well. Such a remarkable combination. Everything was beyond my expectation. T Not really.Everything was perfect.Thank you Plaza Tour Eiffel and staff!!!
the room is very small. in the morning thw water for bath was very cold. the elevator is very slow and take 5 minute to come downstair. the staff don't know about the musium of paris and can't help us about that.
The hotel was fine if it were not for the price. It was clean but no comparison for the fine hotels I had in London and Lisbon for 1/3 the price and many more amenities. The small size of the rooms was insane for the price. I think that I would have been happy here if I had paid about 1/4 of the price that I paid. When I saw the size of the room and asked for something larger, the dest clerk's response was: "you are in Paris, Madame" Internet stopped working during my 2nd day. Unbelievable that there was no minibar.
The bed was wonderful. The shower was awful. The room had no place to store belongings. No wash cloths provided. Maid service was good. Room lighting was good and so was the airconditioning. Shower door did not contain water while using shower. Bathroom floor became extrmely wet. No place to store belongings. Breakfast buffet was inadequate for price.
the location' the servuce at the front desk, the helpfull staff-front desk and the design.
The bed was extremely comfortable, free internet access, very quiet and calm. Shower was kind of awkward, but that's it. A great hotel.
The breakfasts were nice, and the bed was really comfortable
The room was exceptionally clean and the hotel was situated in an ideal location. It was close enough to the Eiffel Tower but still in a very quiet suburb. The staff were helpful and the price was good.
Hotel was very clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. The hotel was very well placed for us just a few mins from Eiffel tower and well served to get into the centre of Paris. Area was very quiet and peaceful, would stay here again on next visit to Paris. No
Quietness of the room & geographic situation. It was unpleasant to see a hotel staff smoking for rest in front of the main entrance, when I went in and out of the hotel. OK if it were a youth hostel !
I loved the interior of the hotel very streamline, not your ordinary chain hotel
Staff were great, couldn't have looked after us anymore, room was the best.
Excellent, friendly staff; close to the Passy Metro stop. Very quiet in the evenings, very comfortable. Nice jacuzzi and steam room, which can be booked for privacy. Very expensive...but worth it!
Style of hotel with great room and design. Location was perfect for us. Short walk from eiffel tower and near metroPlease write at least 15 words Lack of resteraunts within short distance
Great rooms and food. The staff are so helpful. the jacuzzi was not working.
The staff were great. Helped us a lot choosing restaurant, clubs etc. Pricy but I guess you have to pay for class!
The design of the hotel is brilliant ab the stuff very veru helpfull. The metro station is very close so its convinient. I would prefer if there was a proper restaurant at the hotel.
It is located near a metro station and in the heart of Paris
the room room temperature too high
great location, and big comfortable rooms by paris standards. good value too. friendly and helpfull staff. internet access should be free (currently charge €4 for 30 mins) and they are having a laugh with the breakfast pricing, €28.50 per person for a buffet??!! i mean seriously does anyone actually pay this much for breakfast? internet access should be free (currently charge €4 for 30 mins) and they are having a laugh with the breakfast pricing, €28.50 per person for a buffet??!! i mean seriously does anyone actually pay this much for breakfast?
We were upgraded to a beautiful room when we checked in. The staff were very pleasant and helped with reservations for meals.
Reasonably good location, not in the center though. 1. breakfast cost EUR 28 pp seems too high; 2. Internet cost EUR 24 pd is unacceptable
Its location, that is all. To expensive for that type of rooms Mostly everything
Convenient location with parking nearby (which isn't mentioned on their booking.com site) but also convenient to the Metro to access Paris sights. While clean, comfortable and larger than most Paris hotel rooms, the services were limited - don't expect a nice bar/lounge.
the breakfast is excellent and the location perfect, the bed was too old a real shame for a 4 star place. the whole hotel needs to be refreshed
Breakfast was poor value for money
Comfortable accomodations; well decorated, cozy ambiance; excellent location. High cost of parking.
location reception staff did not charge me the correct fee, they overcharged me, and do not answer my e. mails.I have paid for breakfast twice as it was included in the deal with Booking.com, they took some off but not all; attention to detail ; 41 Euro worth still on ! It was a rush to pay to get to the airport in time for a flight, on getting home my e.mails are not answered.
The hotel is well located for the main sights in Paris and also for the RER to Versailles. It is also good for access to the open spaces of the Bois de Boulogne for relaxation during the day. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. We had requested a quiet room and were given one between 2 lifts and overlooking the main street, which was noisy. Although the temperature reached 27 centigrade during our stay, we were told that the air conditioning would not be switched on until 15th of May.
Friendly helpful staff, very informative. Clean room and great location.
everything war fine
For Asians, there are Chinese take-a-way restaurant near the hotel. You can grab a food at a reasonable price even at late evening. Also a small shop which we can buy water and beer. Close to the nearest metro station. Nothing special except the price.
The staff - friendly, pleasant and most accomodating, the location - within walking distance of a number of Paris sites, the room - well maintained and clean as was the hotle itself, the size - not overwhelming as a large multi- roomed hotel no it was exactly what I expected from the web site
No shutters in the room, and as it was winter, no airconditioning. We therefore slept with the window open, but it started to rain very hard, and we had to close the window to avoid a flood in the room. The noise of the rain drops on the window ledge was quite loud when we had the window open.
Courteous helpful hotel staff. Bathroom large, modern and super clean. Breakfast had unsually wide selection of breakfast items (example: fresh kiwis, bananas, apples, oranges, both skim and whole milk, etc.). Very convenient to sights in Paris, Metro, etc. Room itself was small and looked like it hadn't been re-furbished since 1980's. Wallpaper, for example, was faded and slightly peeling.
Rooms were clean and had airco. Personel was friendly. Breakfast was really good. The breakfast was really good but it was a bit expensive.
Location was nice and central. Hotel staff very helpful, room size was fine. No.
Brief overnight stay only No
Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Good location and liked that we could have all six of us in one apartment--two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two baths. Hotel is getting a little tired...needs new carpet and fresh paint
Location and view of Eiffel Tower were excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but view made up for it.
That you can see the Eiffel Tower from your window (making an effort, of course) -The staff is not so frendly -the bedroom was too hot, and we didnt have the possibility of regulating the temperature -the breakfast is very crowded and the service is not so good -eventhough is good located, during nights you dont have anyrhing realy close to go (too much quite). Champs Elysee is 15 minutes walk.
Staff were very helpful. Great walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Very centrally located.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had requested a room with twin beds on a lower floor and got one. The basic breakfast was very good with numerous additional options. The hotel is a five/ten minuite walk from the Arc deTriomphe and therefore very close to the Champs Elysées and central Paris. There was a very nice international clientele. I think many rooms overlook a central courtyard so noisy rooms with open windows could be a problem but we didn't really encounter.this..
Localisation My room was really old - with holes in the wallpapers, oldfashioned- but, frankly speaking it was just my room- I saw the other room and it was better. The man in the reception told me,that he will not write the address of my company in the invoice. The rest was pretty ok. I recommend just because of localisation.
Practical for business traveller, destined for one of international organizations, headquartered in Paris. Also good option for economy shopping tour.
I had to find a lodging for two families (7 people in total, 4 adults and 3 small children). The possibility to rent a reasonably priced apartment for 6-7 people made our stay much nicer than having two separate rooms; we benefitted from the privacy of distinct bedrooms and toilets, while enjoying good moments in the common living room. The availability of a very well equipped kitchen also made our life much easier, especially for keeping and preparing meals for two babies. Well, at some point in time you may want to change the rather old carpets, as mentioned in a number of criticisms on your site:-)
Location was excellent. Walking distance to the Arc and Tower.
