The amenities in the room were amazing. Small kitchenette, plenty of dishes. The steam shower was incredible.
bed was comfortable room was not ready until 2 and a half hours AFTER checkin time Staff wanted to sell me a time share and made me sit through a 10 minute shpeil when I wanted to go to my room after being delayed over two hours because my room wasn't ready when I arrived after a long journey. Staff was more interested in selling amenities and time shares than my comfort and enjoyment. Place was way too big and there were families with small children running around mixed in with adult couples like we are. Parking lot is a long walk from the rooms in the building we were in. place was under construction but we were not informed until we arrived for a pre-paid room.
Worst. Service. Ever.
I love the location nice hotel, just not very well run. It has so much potential though.
Location, nice pool, hot tub , ping pong area. Bring a tool kit. Awoken two nights to chirping smoke detectors, then again the next afternoon. Broken ceiling fan and light, loose toilet seat that wouldn't stay up, loose toilet handle, missing hair dryer, door incorrectly keyed at check in. Two requests for a manager call that went unresponsive.

The staff was great Very hard to find the facilities in the hotel, the floor plan in the room wasn't great, the queen sleeper sofa took too much room, making very uncomfortable to walk around , the king bed was very noisy, the queen sleep sofa was very uncomfortable. The facilities were hard to find , the room was very far from everything , very inconvenient overall. Terrible experience
The only positive about this hotel is " location" which is right by cannyons ski resort. They also have a " skiers service" which works like a charm. This is not an acutal hotel, it is a time share run by a management company. It does not have the same services as a hotel, the staff is mostly not helpful even rude, the house keeping never on time, the rooms not well-kept. There is not a nice place with good options near by or in the resot to have a breakfast. It is overwhelming big, loud and overcrowded. It is dominated by families with kids, it has three pools , one noisier and more impersonal than the other. The check in is at 4.0 ( do not count on anything sooner) where as the check out is at 10 ( they have an attitude if you ask for a late check out , the latest is at 11.0 with lots of attitude). The housekeeping did not clean my room till 4.0 PM the first day, the main door was stuck and the engineering did not show up for half an hour and after ten phone calls. Worst of all , the last night the alarms went off seven times , starting at 11.0 PM, no one came to our floor to calm the situation, we kept calling the reception which of course was busy. The last alarm lasted more than 20 minutes. There was not even an apology the next day before I complained, and when i told them why no one even came up to our floor to calm the situation down, the answer was that for resort with more than 600 unites, there was only one security guard and one person at the front desk. Does any one out there thinks this is acceptable for a large resort ? I will never come back again. The manager promised to return my money for at least one night, for the night we could not even sleep , let alone shaken, as of now nothing. If you have extramoney to throw out and be disrespected and aggrevated and not even get a proper sleep, you have to choose this resort. Of course , the next day, those of us who were paying customer were very upset ( not the time share people). In any other industruy, with this degree of misservice, we would have been at least compensated for our loss. Not even a sincere apology , not even a coupon for a coffee. There was no acknowledgment of the disturbing night the " Elk Lodge side" had the next day, one of the front desk people was even rude to me before he referred me to " justin " the manager. I was very unhappy staying there, spending a lot of money for being aggrevated. Could not ski or function the next day after that, after waking up over and over again by the alarms, no energy was left in me to be productive the next day. Just complained to the manager ( no result as of now) and get out of there.
It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. This was a hotel, just a little more fancy decorations than a normal hotel. I don't think the decor was worth the price.

Great location. Nice room, very happy there was a fridge and microwave. Was rather frustrated at the lack of control over the thermostat. It was locked and I was unable to adjust the temperature at all. Was pretty annoyed that I could not decide my own room temperature.
The Hyatt Centric in Park City was the perfect get-away! It was luxurious, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Best of all the room was emaculate and clean to the highest of standards. I give it five stars!
WE had a blast the pool, work out facility , cafÃ© were all exceptional . The room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a bonus concert outside the hotel the night we stayed.
Relaxing and quality accommodations. In-house restaurant food options were fantastic. Looking forward to our return visit.
The atmosphere in the mountains was really great. The facilities were all top notch. I wish the pool and hot tub area remained open past 10PM.
Very clean with a great location and views. The pool and hot tub was nice. The walls here are paper thin. We asked to be moved from the first room due to excessive noise and were actually downgraded to a smaller room with the same problem. Also, we left for dinner and came back to a full garage. Very disappointing for the price.
We love the Hyatt in the Canyons! The rooms are beautiful the views and grounds are beautiful as well. We have never had a bad experience with the staff. They have always been super sweet! The only thing that was frustrating with the experience, was booking. Every time we called we were given a difference price. The price increased $--- within 5 minutes. I don't understand what that is all about, but we were not happy about that.
Location The profile on your website indicated that the deluxe queen room had a sofa and the hotel does not offer this as an option. We booked this room so our group would have somewhere to meet and play cards and games - were not able to do this.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and cozy, comfortable rooms I didn't want to park valet, and the front desk girl was a little pushy. Other than that, perfect stay.
Hotel is spotless!! Very clean and updated.
Good location in Park City. Room was clean with wifi. Room too light--blinds instead of drapes and lights from outside hotel glow in the room all night long. Bed not very comfortable. Also, the rooms HVAC seemed off with it getting very hot in the middle of the night and the system constantly turning on and off every few minutes. Hard to sleep with these issues so probably won't stay again.
Beautiful facility, nice pool/spa, friendly staff, cannot beat ski in and ski out. Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, warm, crisp clean linens, nice bath amenities. Not a good variety of affordable/quality food options in the Canyons area, but that is no fault of Grand Summit
Awesome place to stay with the family. Great staff and facilities. Ski to/from the door of the lodge. Great location in Canyons Village For some reason they don't leave extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. This small oversight is the only negative and would be SO easy to fix.
The two bedroom suite was spacious and a great price. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful over the phone with my check in requests. There's nothing special about the pool.

Comfortable and well-equipped room, reasonable price for room on Kayak. Good maid service, responsive maintenance, comfortable bed, excellent centralized ski-in, ski-out location at Canyons Resort. Has ski check room with responsive staff. Covered parking garage at no charge. Front Desk staff and Check-in was absolutely horrible. Couldn't find my reservation, so sent me to other management company which didn't have my reservation, then back to the "Vail Resorts" desk. Note there were only six reservations on my check-in day....my name was clearly on the list. Front desk then tells me my reservation was "coded wrong"....well I didn't code it and don't have any control over that.. Then I was told I had to pay $20 a day resort fees which I had already paid in advance and were on the Kayak receipt. Fortunately I had my receipt with me or I would have been charged twice. Next my credit card provided for incidentals was charged an "authorization amount" of $1197 - with no explanation for the charges. I inquired with Manager - after 2 days Kristen responds it is a "security deposit" (room was prepaid through Kayak). I ask for a breakdown of the authorization amount twice via email but am ignored. I never could get this resolved, and even at check out they would not provide me a receipt , but promised that they would email it that day ---they never emailed a receipt. Finally the authorization charges were eliminated, after check out. In summary...although I requested the breakdown of authorization charges from the front desk multiple times and approached the Manager personally, I never received a receipt and never received a breakdown of the authorization charges from the manager or anyone. Overall front desk is horribly disorganized, some of the front desk staff are totally unconcerned with customer service, they attempted to charge resort fees twice and Manager Kristen never provided break down of authorization charges placed on credit card. I would not make reservations through Kayak for Sundial Lodge again due to the problems encountered and unresponsiveness of the Sundial front desk and management. There are several other excellent lodging options at the Canyons and Park City, and I will go to one of the others on my next trip. Please note Kayak offered a much better price on this room than resrving directly through the "Canyons" (Vail resorts) site....and the front desk and management problems were not the fault of Kayak. I will certainly use Kayak again, just not return to the Sundial Lodge.
Good location right next to the slopes, a 10 minute walk if you want to get to Canyon Village and the main lifts (or back, if the 1 run connecting to the hotel is closed, as it was when we were there). Studios are little more than a basic hotel room. The kitchenette had NO pots or pans to cook with, even boil water. The bathrooms are attractive but dark - the shower was a cave!
Accommodations. Coffee downstairs. Hot tub outside. Shuttle drivers. Staff was great! Distance from Deer Valley.
