10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing, I was late on arrival and the restaurants were closed, they managed to bring me something to eat in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Incredible grounds and facilities, used for weddings, celebrations and located in the town of Ceprano. Gorgeous statuary, landscaping and fountains. Walking distance easily to a store and several cafes. What we liked the most was chatting with the 91 year old gentleman who built the place with love and high quality ornamental iron scroll work. He and his family still run this place with precision and care. Able to accommodate full wedding parties with style and grace, while also attending to other guests. Room windows were screened, which is a pleasant option not often seen.
Cons: No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel with beautiful garden and views. Good restaurant
Cons: The personal is poor in English
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, staff, and accommodation were all excellent. The grounds are welcoming and relaxed. Its a shame I didn't have the opportunity to stay longer.
Cons: Difficult to see the hotel from the road at night. Could be better lit, but this really is a minor point
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed our stay. Staff were great and owner (who is 92) was lovely- he created this beautiful hotel on his return to Italy after living in Canada. Highly recommended
Cons: It was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is such a nice property and very authentic too, it felt like we were staying in a mini Italian resort. The property is large, but private as it's surrounded by trees and hedges essentially. The hotel is very nice, with beautiful landscaping and ballrooms. Our room was very spacious and modern! The breakfast was great, but too many cakes. The owner is a true gentleman, who lived in Niagara Falls, Canada, for sometime before returning to Ceprano and establishing the hotel. Honestly, one of the most authentic stay we had in Italy and centrally located in Ceprano.
Cons: Perhaps too many dessert-like foods (e.g. cakes) for breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent host. We've been upgraded to a bigger room :)
Cons: Breakfast is simplest: mostly cakes (sugar, sugar, sugar..), no vegetables, no warm dishes (like e.g. eggs). However, it is served in a beautiful loggia, overlooking a garden and bringing in a lot of sun... what's a kind of compensation;)

8.8 Excellent
Pros: When we booked we were expecting to stay in the stone house like shown on most of the pictures, however we got the room on top of the restaurant (there is one picture on booking of this room too). The room was fine, had everything that it needed and we were satisfied with it, however as we were expected the other more rustical one we were a little disappointed (the may have been fully booked on the other side, just be aware that there are two different houses with rooms). The lady that helped us was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and we really enjoyed it. The food was great and it was well worth your money. The same lady that showed us our room served us during dinner. There was a menu and everything was included. We had a great evening and were glad we stayed there. Out front of the restaurant there is a little playground for the children too which was very nice as well. All in all we can definitely recommend this place, just make sure to ask about the rooms and location before.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, and the owners were lovely and very helpful with scheduling meals and excursions. The food at the restaurant is outstanding!
9.6 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Words cannot explain. We spent our 13yr wedding anniversary here, had an amazing dinner, and were treated like royalty. The 2 nights we spent here were absolutely amazing and relaxing. A treasure in the middle of nowhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice old farm house. Great food and service at the nearby restaurant.
Cons: I had hoped for a nice quiet farm stay in the countryside and was surprised to find that there was a party for 130 people at the restaurant with loud live music till well after 1am. The aircon was also inadequate which meant having to leave the window open to allow the air to circulate. It was nice once the music stopped!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hosts, a beautiful room (even the small Details), very clean and good breakfeast. Perfect place to enjoy a couple of quiet days on the country side.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb host. Very friendly and even went to get us a map of the local area. Very clean and spacious converted room in a farmhouse. Finished excellently. Complimentary coke and water in the fridge. The restaurant was also lovely home cooked cuisine. Which was explained by host. Good continental breakfast also in the morning. Host was never far away if needed.
Cons: Location was okay as we were passing through. Not much around within walking distance.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Carlo was the perfect host. Once we settled into our room, he walked into town with us giving us a brief history lesson of Pico. When we arrived in town, he introduced us to a few of the local business owners which was very beneficial as not much English is spoken in town. We had a fantastic evening of food and drinks in this lovely town. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely perfect. Carlo had it ready and waiting for us when we came down to the kitchen and everything was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return someday for a longer visit. I’m not sure who was more disappointed that we were only staying one night - our family or Carlo. He really made us feel welcome and made the visit to my great-grandfather’s hometown quite special.
Cons: I just wish we could have stayed longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Immaculate. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. The breakfast was home made typical pastry, showing the seasonal fruits and preparations of Pico. Coffee was excellent.

Pros: We liked the location. The small town of Ceprano is very quaint and we enjoyed the change of pace from the fast paced tourist areas. The owner could not speak to us, but she was very nice and helpful.
Cons: We weren't used to the style of bathroom with no toilet seat. The room was a little small for the two of us with all of our luggage.

Pros: Very lovely and comfortable house, and a cheerful host. Location on a beautiful hill.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you want to get into a fairy tale then you will make the right choice. Our impressions of accommodation exceeded all expectations. The house is located on the very top of the hill. The view from the top of the hill delivers stunning views across the mountains and valley below. Rooms are decorated with vintage furniture. The dining table was pre-served. The kitchen is equipped above all expectations. If we had the opportunity we would have stayed in the house for a few more days. We did not want to leave ... The hosts were hospitable and attentive to our questions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here in 2 other occasions previously and it never disappoints. Hosts Lucio and Ivan as so friendly and helpful it almost seems too good to be true. The accomodation is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and more. I could live there permanently without an issue. Keep up the fantastic work guys.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is absolutely beautiful in every way. It rests half way up a small mountain with an amazing view. The outside is charming stucco with a gorgeous stone wall in front with plants and water fall. The inside must have been decorated by an artist. Every single corner was to perfection. Every kitchen item was provided and they left us a lot of very delicious snacks! I did not want to leave! I can't wait to go back again. Most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Refreshing A/C in the master bedroom and living room.
Cons: It would have been great to have an A/C or at least a fan in the 2nd bedroom since we were not used to the hot climate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: WOW! What a gorgeous place to call our home away from home for a few days. Set in the beautiful town of Arce. Felt like we were living like locals. Each room is fitted beautifully. You will not want for a thing, attention has been paid to every necessity. You will open the front door to a welcome retreat. Enjoyed lovely evenings sitting out on the patio with a bit of bread, cheese, prosciutto, salami and of course a bottle or two of wine. Sit back, relax and take in the sounds of this wonderful little town.
Cons: Nothing, every detail was cared for.
