The administrator did not know english or german. It was hard to comunicate with her.
Room was nice and big. Hotel staff was friendly. Easy to find and a reasonable good distance from Seville. Plenty of good free parking. There was a bus service right outside hotel but we never used it. Hotel was falling apart. A big bees nest outside one of the windows. Peeling plaster, water damage. The hotel needs serious upkeep. Breakfast was a bit pricey and the same everyday with no variety. At one time, there was a moldy nectarine sitting in fruit bowl.
handy for stopover to portugal. lovely village worth going to,about ten minute walk from hotel. our second visit and not impressed.pool not in use due to over chlorination. shower not working. only one door open from bar to outside spaces, others all locked so had long walk and staff didn't come out so had to go to bar everytime.
Good value for money Poor shower facility
The Hotel is located not in Seville but in SanLucar; although this is only 15' from downtown Seville, in reality you have to take a bus which takes about 30'. But: the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, it leaves every 30' and once you're in Seville, you don't have to worry about parking spaces, but explore the city immeditately: all in walking distance. For the price and location, this is excellent value for your money. Great hotel with great amenities
The rooms were generous and comfortable, staff helpful and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is about 45 min by local bus from the centre of town which is a disadvantage but it is well priced. The location of the hotel from the centre of Sevilla could be a problem.
Good food, very good prices, nice rooms, great service. Thank you!
Even if it was cheap (5 EUR), the breakfast was not so good (poor coffee, dry bread, bad ham...). Building is quite old.
Comfortable, spacious hotel with excellent selection for breakfast. Dinner menu poor choice, lack of English TV channels and internet access in rooms would be good.
finish up the noise that maids do cleaning up the rooms in the morning
Excellent value for money. Breakfast/dining facilities and menu better than expected. Transport too/from Sevilla efficient.
Very clean and espacious rooms The restaurant!! avoid it if you can, it was the worst food I have ever eaten.
For the restaurant we were mugged by several coach parties. Having been told we could eat 30 minutes later in another restaurant we finished up in the main room as the management arbitrarily decided not to open the one we were booked in. This could have proved serious for my diabetic wife - we waited 30 minutes longer than we neede to and finished up at the back of the queue.
I am pleased with this hotel. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Good spa complex and nice staff
Actually there was no time to really appreciate the hotel and its facilities as we came only to stay (and sleep) to go to the U2 concert. Good parking facilities. Quiet hotel, considering its location near the high way. Shuttle service works excellent by the way, though they should inform the guests up front (and not afterwards, at the moment of paying for your room) that the shuttle is not free. Futhermore swimmingpool is only open in the afternoon and not in the morning.
The staff. The very few that were there. The Spa never opened,The second night Bar, Restaurant and Cafeteria were closed. We pre booked the mini bus, but when we got there, no driver ! We booked for 3 nights but only stayed two.
Easy to park. Close to motorway. Room very spacious. Found pillows very uncomfortable. Nothing in the room to explain services offered by hotel except for a room service card.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere No tea coffee in room needs to mention the hotel have a courtesy mini bus into seville at a dmall charge
Beautifull location, very nice hotel in a bird-rich environment.Constructed of natural materials and far away from the plastic world.Goog food!
Fantastic design, more like a safari lodge in Africa but very memorable. The wildlife was amazing even the hoopoes on the grass outside the room.
the bedrooms was a very good size, with a very good shower breakfast was not good
very little why does it have 4 stars??...no room service...had to explain what a gin and tonic was to the barman!...the room was falling to bits...put it this way I hope I never have the misfortune of staying there again
The hotel is very good located to reach the main attractions of Sevilla. The bus connection (which passes every 15 min) brings you in 15 min to the center of the city. Expensive food
Because is a very tipical Hotel. We preferer a bigger pool.
ease of access from road. quietness. No porter. Swimming pool area badly equipped for reading while sun bathing. Not enough sun shelter . No outdoor chairs
Its quietness This hotel localization is misplaced at your Site Map
We checked out after 2 nights having booked for 5 the my resort is poor although the hotel is fine it would be classified in my opinion as a 3 star not 4 The hotel lacked atmosphere it seemed that there were only 4 staff at all times doing as many jobs as possible.
The bathroom & its towells. None of the staff could speak English. The restaurant had a menu --in Spanish.! The breakfasts were very poor continental.
The room was spotless and the staff was eager to please. My Spanish was poor but we managed to communicate well enough. There's a restaurant / bar on site with a good selection and reasonable prices. Being appointed in Spanish appointments, tile floors through your room is the norm. Don't drop anything breakable, as there's no carpeting to protect it!
Staff friendly, efficient and accomodating. Rooms modern, light and spacious. Quiet. Good restaurant newly opened. Very clean.
Clean, modern qnd well designed. Not far from Sevilla, or from the sea if you want to see both. Breakfast is quite cheap, but extremely basic. We took it only one morning. We did not try to ask for better as staff only spoke spanish, and we do not, unfortunately. In our room, the bathroom sanitary condition was smelly ( although clean).
Situated at the quieter end of the town. Very clean rooms, spacious, with nice bathroom.Quiet at night. Restaurant ,good food, reasonably priced.
Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room; location in a small Spanish town with several bars and restaurants, handy for Seville and El Rocio/Doñana National Park.We would definitelty stay here again No, all was fine
Very friendly staff, a very nice bar and terrass, nice dinner. Not, so far from Sevilla, that is excellent, you can take the bus and the price of the hotel is much better here then in the city! The hotel served no dinner on Monday and this was not mentionned on the booking site, so we had a problem for eating, because town is very small.
The Hotel is very close to the MonteBlanco circuit which was very handy as I was working there for 2 days. Although no one at the hotel spoke even a little english they were all very helpfull during my stay. The room was clean, warm and even though I was next to reception very quiet. Having checked in at the hotel I went to work at the Race circuit due to problems I did not finish there until 2am and on returning to the hotel I found all doors locked and metal shutters pulled down? I had not been informed how to get in and it was only luck that I had the hotel phone number still on me and could ring reception to get them to open the doors again otherwise I would have been sleeping in my car!
Very good service, nice hotel at nice location
The Hotel was in a good location and handy to walk into the town. It was very clean and extremely good value. There was parking close by. Despite having advertised the restaurant and excellent wine cellar there wasn´t any restaurant facilities. We were not made aware of this until arrival. We could not get tea or coffee or any light refreshments when we got there. This should have been stated as the restaurant was really boasted about.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room very comfortable and clean. breakfast could have had more choice.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean ....sadly their restaraunt was not open ....maybe a sign of the economic climate.........located in a lovely village and a great place for a stop over on the way to Portugal from Spain
Close location to the Donana National Park. Hotel set in charming Spanish village with great town square. Clean and compfortable.
only stayed one night on our way to Portugal but found if very good no
friendly personel, although not speaking english too much noise, breakfast from 8.30h
Very clean, modern, side of motorway, easy for restaurant and refreshments Next to motorway so could be noisy til later evening, above bar so noisy til late evening, no signposting got lost twice, only time I saw the words Dtransit Chucena was at reception desk, it is actually a motorway service station not in Chucena itself.
