Cons: They served instant coffee in a caffetierre - what a cheat, especially as I had asked for fresh coffee. There is no excuse ever for serving instant coffee.

Cons: The Hotel restaurant was as another comment said like dining in Witherspoons.The Welsh smoked haddock and poached eggs, and the served for breakfast was like a piece of leather and inedible; it had been microwaved too long!! Not what you expect in Wales.
