Pros: It is in a quaint seaside town, close to EDI airport. Many rooms have nice views of the Firth of Forth and the bridges.Nice bars and restaurants on the ground level.Friendly staff.
Cons: Minor issues--There is only public parking on the street and in nearby lots. There is no lift, so bags must be hand carried to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The hotel is a refreshing cocktail of contemporary metropolitan chic a choice of bar areas, a stylish dining restaurant, and a dedicated fully adaptable events space while the seventeen boutique bedrooms and three levels of outside decking make the very most of the unique water s edge setting in the heart of an historic village.
Pros: Very easy shuttle to and from airport. Rooms were quiet and pleasant, and the bed was over the top comfortable!

After getting a workout at the fitness center, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms offer up nice touches like premium bedding and designer toiletries, along with flat-screen TVs and room service.
Pros: I really loved the history of the building, the friendliness of the staff, and the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Even if you just stay one night, you just feel like you are experiencing something special by being there.
Cons: The Dungeon restaurant is a unique eating experience, and the food is good, but I would say a tad overpriced for the portions. Also, if you are booked on the upper floors, pack light because you will be lugging those cases up several flights of stairs.
