It was nasty. The air barely worked. We were hot all night.
Nice clean room. Nearby restaurants. Good price.
A few instances of rude staff but overall they were pleasant.
The maid did a great job keeping our room clean. Clean comfortable king bed. Not the fault of hotel being full. Air Show, Little League World Series.
OMG!Smallest room I've ever stayed at a hotel ever. Could not open the little frig in our room without the door bumping the bed. Two adults for a king and a little 2 1/2 wide bed under the window not great for a third adult. Needs a renovation.
Nothing...beside the fact the it was next to a CRACKLE BARREL
Everything. There was no hot water the entire time. The room was filthy. Dirty shower, hair on the floor, clogged AC filter. The room was so damp that your cloths felt wet when you put them on. And the room was hot.
When we got there it took almost 30 minutes to check in because there had been changes made to the reservation and instead of actually changing it they just added a note in the computer that it took the girl 20 minutes to find.
It was quie, not much foot or vehicle traffic.
Safe boxs seemed to be destroyed, large visible and questionable red stain on the ground. Chexs mix remnants on the floor. Comforter had what looked to be food stains caked on.
The handle to the adjacent room was dangling and not connected. There was mold all over the window. The security lock was broken off. There was something yellow and nasty all over the bathroom wall, and hair all over the inside of the tub.
New rooms fresh paint and clean linens. This hotel ha d a real contempory look for an Econo Lodge. The price was right!
Empty plant containers outside the breakfast window and dead plants around hotel.
Good Location that's about it.
Not clean, hard bed, noisy, cut rate! Staff tried to up charge for room and a hard time for using Priceline. We did not feel welcome. This place ranks as worst hotel that I have ever stayed. Priceline does not offer refunds nor assistance with complaints
Nothing at all the rooms are to small and smelly. I look down on the floor carpet was missing in spots u can see out doors when u look at the ac unit it was awful when I asked for the manager he was not in I called everyday to get my money back no luck
I did not stay I have bad allergies. I paid for four nights .I was so disgusted. And the manager would never to to me they would always say he is not in I don't have money to throw away while I am homeless now.
Only positive thing was the location and that was low average
Other than above it was horrible. A new facade was put on the hotel but the rooms were tiny, walls dirty, metal cabinet full of rust. I complained and was shown another room where they had dumped a small refrig and micro making the space around the bed non
the staff, close to interstate, places to eat and stores just need bigger trash can!
Room was dirty, Same sheets every day,Had to run water 15 min before became hot to bathe, Light bulbs out in bathroom, Two hangers in closet, Safe in room not working, Heater smelled when on, Paper thin walls, Hall noise at night.
It was a very nice stay, room clean, and nice, plenty of towel, nice staff, I would stay there again.
There wasn't a microwave in my room.but other than that,it was fine.
The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed, the toilet quite obviously had not been cleaned and the room smelled musty. After our first night we left to go sightseeing. When we returned around 5 pm, the floor still had not been vacuumed
Nice location off the interstate. Restaurants close by
Staff remodeled around us....literally pulled carpet up and we walked on padding.would have been nice to notify us first. We asked for an extra blanket and all they could give us was an extra sheet. bed not changed 1day b/c there was a shirt on it?
