Cons: Receptionist Not very welcoming
Pros: For tired camino people it was fantastic
Cons: The worst food I’ve eaten in el camino since SJPDP. TRUCKS PARK OUTSIDE EVEY NIGHT AND DO NOT TURN OFF THE MOTOR!!! Employees care little to be kind. Too much money for a terrible night and bad food.

Cons: The Wifi. But staying in a place like this, you really don't need wifi.
Pros: A beautifull setting with nice view over the area. The walk through the area and the vineyards, the restaurant terrace, the wines and winery. The staff was very helpful and taking good care of the guests. A good vibes atmosphere, the attention of the owner. You could actually overview the work on the vineyard.

Pros: Owners son was very good at making you feel at home. They went out of their way to get us into the Spa. Restaurant food was very good and they tried their best to English translate.
Cons: Was a difficult start as the place is spread out and hard to understand where to park or seek reception. Spa similarly was across the road.
Pros: Everything else. Comfortable beds, owner allowed us to park our motorbike under the bedroom window very securely. Fantastic facilities incl pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc and nobody else there! Excellent restaurant buzzing with locals. Extremely good value for what you get. Very peaceful location on a quiet road.

Located in Trabadelo, Hotel Rural Nova Ruta is within a 10-minute drive of Playa fluvial de Vega de Valcarce and Descendientes de J. Palacios. Featured amenities include laundry facilities and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was clean, water pressure was good, hot water, good drainage. Pretty and good location at the beginning of the village.
Cons: You can hear noises from the other patrons but this was not much of a problem for us
Pros: Convenient and comfortable.
Cons: Not a thing
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Very clean and well maintained.
Pros: Stayed here while walking the Camino de Santiago. Room was large and beds comfortable.
Cons: When I became concerned about where my laundry was, a staff member mocked my Spanish, to my face. Not funny. Air conditioning/heating did not work at all. Large main light in bathroom was on motion detector that was so sensitive that it registered motion out in the beds. So bathroom sliding door had to be left shut to keep light off, however, opening it in the middle of the night to use bathroom caused full fluorescent lights to come on.

Pros: Nice house and very friendly host.
Pros: The owner, Nuria, was lovely! She has a gentle spirit about her and has created a wonderful homey and warm atmosphere in her Albuerge. We are Canadians who happened to be there on the Canadian Thanksgiving . She served pumpkin soup, chicken, potatoes and salad!! She even asked who our favourite Canadian singers were. We sat in front of our fireplace and enjoyed wine listening to Celine Dion and Michael Bubble... Would highly recommend!! Great stay while walking the Camino !!
Pros: The hostess is outstanding. From reception on, everything was great. The lower level common area is extremely relaxing, topped off with a warm fireplace. The place is spotless and the service superb. Dinner was fantastic and this was a great break along the Camino.
Pros: A welcoming atmosphere and a wonderful host. The facility is clean and very comfortable. The care and love that the host puts into running the Albergue are shown through the personal touches throughout the Albergue. The communal dinner was absolutely delicious and served in fine dining style. Breakfast was also served with care and love. This is my absolute favorite experience on the Camino, so far!
Pros: Perfectly situated for those who prefer the smaller village to the main stage end towns. I had the opportunity to see the International Space Station pass overhead from the raised terrace at the rear of the property. Awesome experience. Landlady Nuria is a very special person. I will remember Albergue Camino y Leyendes for many years to come.
Pros: It has been almost a month since I finished walking the Camino and I still remember this as my favorite stay in Spain. This place has a soothing ambiance making it feel like you are visiting the home of a friend. It is also beautifully decorated and has several areas to sit and relax. Dinner was a-ma-zing!!! What makes this place so special though is the owner. She is the most genuine and warm human being you will ever meet. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Spain I will definitely be making a reservation to stay here again.
Pros: Meals were great. Nice location in a small town. Owner was very accommodating.
Cons: I think the new owner could have used some extra staff to help her with the work load.

Pros: It was a bit off Camino but not far. A quick taxi or a walk. It had a river backyard to dip into and great people hosting. The guy helped me organise bags pickup (as its not a albergue) and explain to taxi to pick us up again. I honestly wish we had a gap day here. Away from people and great beds.
Cons: Taxi didn't know how to get there. Bring it up on maps to help them.
Pros: We loved this place. It is off the beaten path but very nice. You can cool off in the river and lounge in nature. The innkeeper was great and very hospitable. Good coffee and food! A good break from the hot Camino!

Pros: Comfortable bed in my single room. Host was amazing. Food is great.
Pros: Such a cute place and super clean! There are only three bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The owner is Dutch and speaks English as well as Spanish. She is an amazing cook, the food is delicious!!! I would love to go back.
Pros: Very comfortable stay Food AMAZING
Pros: Charming casa rural and Elly cooked a delicious dinner, a nice change from the usual pilgrim fare.
Pros: This was a fantastic stay! And Ellys food was delicious! Our best stay last 30 days at Camino!!!
Pros: The food was top notch, and even though it was late in the season, I and others, were treated as valued guests! Down Pillows/comforter. Quiet spacious room. Definitely make this your Camino stay!
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Pros: This is a great place to stay along the Camino with excellent food and a very nice hostess.
Pros: We loved this place! There are 3 rooms upstairs, and though they are simple, they are cozy and comfortable. There are two bathrooms for the three rooms, but each room has a small sink, which is extra nice. We had dinner and breakfast there. The dinner is vegetarian, but there are offerings for all palates. The owner does all the cooking, and a lot of the food is sourced locally. Breakfast was wonderful - she had eggs, which you can't find often on the Camino. One of our favorite dishes was goat yogurt with local honey, walnuts and muesli. Well worth the value and visit!
Pros: Lovely and comfortable! Great food!
Cons: All was very cozy.
