This hotel was in a good position near the top of the town. The views from the rooms and breakfast room were terrific. The rooms were large but very basic. Our bathroom was small with the tiniest shower. One room we were taken to smelt damp but they did change us to another.
The hotel provided an excellent overnight stop on route from Palermo to Ragusa. It's central location was ideal for our short tay.
Very friendly personnel, the room was sufficiently large and clean, nice view over the town, very good bed, parking next to the entrance, good breakfast, overall well recommendable Well, the bathroom equipment was a little antique and partly broken (but it was clean!). Also, the statement in the description that "A variety of restaurants are close to the Grande Albergo Sicilia" is quite optimistic (but a very good restaurant was recommended by the porter).
We loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was wonderful with a great view. There was a good selection at breakfast on the panoramic terrace. Enna is a lovely town and this is the perfect base to explore it from.
The quality of the hotel seems good if we consider its room fee. The condition of the facilities were not good. The room was not well maitained (e.g.breakdown of the lighting) .
Lovely hotel, breakfast adequate, Staff never smilled
Very nice hotel, access Difficult to access due to narrow streets.Waiter picked his nosed before serving us.
the location, very central although it might be a bit tricky to find your way the first time if you are driving. Staff very friendly; kept our bags all day as we were leaving late in the afternoon. Spacious, airy and very clean room. good b'fast no
Warm, comfortable. Location central for seeing sites location, to reach by car is difficult. Needed help of police to find it. Once there, very little parking. Need nerves of steel to negotiate the very narrow streets. Breakfast was limited for choice. It was the end of season
Friendly reception girl. When I arrived on Sunday, nobody was present. Only note at the outdoor, with phone number which to call.
The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. They had a problem with the room we had booked originally and prepared another one for us with a baby cot free of charge. It is very complicated to find the hotel. You have to go through a very narrow street to find it. It is behind a cinema, so there is parking, but only after the cinema closes. The breakfast was poor. The room was okay, but the heating did not work and it was a bit cold. Overall, not worth the price. I think it is too expensive.
This hotel packed a punch, very happy with accommodation , value for money and staff where very accommodating , and in heart of city. Definetly a surprise package.
I liked the hotel staff and the services they have offered us. N/A
Staff welcoming, spacious room, good views, excellent pool. No bath. Breakfast/dining room rather claustrophobic in semi-basement but service cheerful, pizzas good value.
Pleasant overnight stop when crossing through the centre of the island. Quiet spot, pleasant rooms, swimming pool, unfortunately no balconies. Nice location overlooking Lake Pergusa, just disappointing that there seems to be no access to the lake (not the hotel's fault!)
The beautiful view of the countryside and the quiet and peaceful athmosphere The breakfast was a bit limited...
Beautiful large room with view over Lake Pergusa; comfortable and quiet
Very peaceful, quiet environment. The main dining room was closed.
Very friendly staff, very quiet and beautiful location (view over the lake), very modern and clean room, good breakfast and lovely swimming pool. No ! everything was up to a good standard.
The position on the lake and the view of Etna
Very pleasant place to stay.
The staff were friendly and the location relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and the surrounding countryside beautiful.
We were very happy with the Rivera. Comfortable, clean and spacious. We didn't expect to find such a nice place in the middle of Sicily.
