Great Atmosphere, great staff, very good food and romance I stayed in the apartments, I wish I would stay in the hotel rooms.
Just perfect. excellent value for money.
The setting was fantastic, loved the castle and the restaurants. The pool could do with a bit more upkeep
An excellent location, a beautiful place, the best value for money one can expect: generous breakfast (for Italy it was huge!); marvelous views, very good location for daily trips to Urbino, San Marino, Rimini, Gubbio, Perugia and so on; very nice offer for dinner (three restaurants with independent administration); very clean; nice pool (be aware of the mosquitoes thou), children playground nearby, spacious rooms and bathrooms; all little things that count the most were meticulously taken care of! We would definitely return to Palazzo Viviani.
wonderful location, very good restaurants (we tried all of them), very good service. We also bought your local products (olive oil, wine, honey) and they are very nice (the shop should always be open during the day) the air conditioning was difficult to manage and was very noisy.
It was an amazing hotel and we loved everything about it. The view from the restaurant was so beautiful and the food was amazing.
A wonderful place, ok mainly 'rebuilt Medieval' but even so..... Plenty of restaurants, very helpful staff, best buffet breakfast ever (and also the best coffee in the World) Nothing against the hotel at all - truly excellent and highly recommended but there's not much to see apart from San Marino which is a grade 1 tourist trap. The beaches are lovely but jam packed and quite a long winding drive away. It's worth going for 3 or 4 days just to relax and enjoy the Hotel though.
Brand new hotel, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast :)
Absolutely new hotel, room is a bit empty and cold but everything's new and not worn out. Wi-fi was good. Big parking space free of charge. Close to the seaside. Totally wrong GPS coordinates, it's a shame for booking.com - I never expected it. We were lost on a hill at midnight lloking for the hotel at the old village while the hotel was about 10km away in the new part of the town. The recepcionist didn't speak a word of English to explain where we should find it. Location is in industrial area not very nice. Suitable just for a short night stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable The location map and GPS coordinates show Tavullia, home of Valentino Rossi. However Agri Rio is almost 20km from this location. It is miss leading and the owners are using this to increase bookings. There were no menu's and the owner charged extremely excessive prices for evening meals.
very spacious room, nice people, excellent food the location is nice but a little too urban
