Pros: Good location and the surrounding parklands was great. Nice walks along the lakefront. Good clean and spacious room.
Cons: restaurant service was poor, we know you had a couple of large groups in but over an hour to receive meals
Pros: Beds were comfy and staff were exceptional . Good job
Pros: Nice spot near the lake. Pleasant to walk around and to have a drink etc. Room was spacious and clean although very basic tea, coffee and toiletries.
Cons: Breakfast was very average and not worth the price. Eggs not worth attempting. Service in the restaurant was quite good, food just ok. Were woken up at 11.30pm by someone ringing the doorbell who said she had been given wrong room number. Not hotel's fault but not a good experience regardless. Wasn't asked at checkout how stay was which was unusual.
Pros: The Price, Staff very helpful also made you welcome, Room above expectation, Restaurant staff & food excellent. Position for my visit was central.
Cons: Nothing very thing above my expectations.
Pros: Staff were all very nice and welcoming. With having a disabled daughter and travelling alone it can be very daunting. Everyone was so friendly. The house keeping level 2 was AMAZING. So bubbly and very helpful.
Cons: Just the breakfast was cold and little over cooked. But other then that pretty happy.
Cons: The guy on reception seemed really unhappy. He didn't make us feel welcome. We asked to get into our room early because we were attending a wedding. The responses we got to this question, which were put from when we first made the booking till the day before we arrived were generally unaccommodating. This left us unsure if we would be able to get changed at the hotel and then turn around and make it to the wedding. The reason we chose this hotel was because the reception was being held there. There are too many welcoming hotels for us to want to return to visit this one.
Cons: waiting my tax receipt they said they would send
Pros: Proximity to the Lake, town centre and family. Lunch at the restaurant with the family was perfect. Good choices and price. Parking easy.
Cons: What was there NOT to like?
Pros: Buffet breakfast Clean comfortable rooms
Cons: Not much

Pros: The fresh eggs & homemade jam on toast were delicious
Cons: Property was very enjoyable, on a beautiful block, host were very pleasant and helpful. Only problem was taking luggage and esky and cases up a flight of stairs.. We are retirees, well over 70s. But host offered to help us, we managed to get most of our luggage down ourselves. Thank you for giving us a pleasant restful 4 days. Elizabeth & Mel Burns
Pros: the bed was extra comfy & pillows amazing
Pros: There is a lot to like about staying at Good Berry Retreat like having a lock up garage, the view from room was outstanding and the peace and quiet also happy with room size. Also close enough to Brisbane if needed to visit.
Cons: It was a Hot day when we checked in been on the upper level the place was stinking hot and it took air con a couple of hours to cool the place down. I think on hot day they should turn the air con on at least 2 hours before Guest arrive.
Cons: The is nothing to complain about.
Pros: The place was lovely. The view of the city lights and the quiet surroundings very enjoyable.
Cons: The lounge could have been a little more comfortable.
Pros: Great views. Great set up. Lovely room with all the facilities to cook in house. Decor was amazing.
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: The views were fantastic! The decor was nice. The staff were lovely.
Cons: There wasn’t enough milk or butter.
Located in Northgate, Novena Palms Motel is a 5-minute drive from Eagle Farm Racecourse and 6 minutes from St Joseph's Nudgee College. Featured amenities include a business center, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: Polite and very helpful staff, comfortable beds. Perfect location if you need to be close to airport.
Pros: Was delighted to see shuttle van associated with Motel....only for it to be drop off ONLY. Had a early flight next day, 5am drop off please....Bus service doesn’t start til 6am
Cons: Seeing the little mouse run under the bar fridge.
Pros: The hotel is ideally located for international travel. There is a snack bar just across the street which was nice. It was quieter than I was expecting considering the roads nearby. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: There was only one chair in the room so I had to bring one in from the patio so the two of us could sit.
Pros: Nice relaxing resort, enjoyed my stay and was also very clean and tidy walking distances to everything.
Cons: Buffet breakfast was a bit costly to eat at for breakfast everyday
Pros: The proximity to the airport was good and the free shuttle to the airport was useful.
Cons: The WiFi in the room did not work and some lights were fused but there was sufficient light for our use.
Pros: location close to airport great, left too early for breakfsst
Pros: Close to airport and shops
Cons: No complaints
Pros: It ws clean and the staff were great..
Cons: Bed was a little hard..
Pros: Add benefit of having microwave and crockery lovely private outdoor sitting area
Pros: The room and amenities were great once we settled in.
Cons: We arrived late when there was no staff in attendance and had to hand carry our luggage from where the taxi let us off in front of the security gate 120 yards to our room. This is a real drawback for late arrivers. There is a phone for staff assistance but nobody answered it when we called.
Cons: I found that there was no toilet brush in toilet area, There was nothing available to wipe the bench if liquid was spilt. I found it hard to wash items after we used then, ( dishes cups etc ) Also would have liked to see a booklet showing things to do, places to visit, places to eat, ( clubs restaurant etc ) The 2 menus. That were in room I will never visit again, food was small for the amount of money I paid.
Located in Kallangur, Kallangur Motel is connected to a shopping center, within a 10-minute drive of North Lakes Resort Golf Club and Strathpine Centre. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff on arrival was really nice and helpful, was great to have shops so close by, meal at the sports bar next to motel was so good and affordable. I would stay again here
Cons: Pillows were a tad lumpy on one of the beds (not mine lol) and an extra blanket would have been good as aircon didnt work to be able to put heater on (had a friend that felt the cold).
Pros: Great service friendly staff. Value for money. Location was fantastic with a Club, food venues and fuel close by. Hope to stay again.
Cons: Better well lit signage for visitors new to the area. Showers are great but could do with shower curtains.
Pros: The location was close to where we needed to go. Linen was clean.
Cons: The room was very run down. When I turned on the light during the night cockroaches were in the kitchen area, the door would not lock from the inside so when we came home from our function we had to use an outside table to barricade the door from the inside. The air conditioner was very loud, and the ceiling fan has possibly never been cleaned. The photos on line looked nothing like the room we stayed in.
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: The dirty floors and shower
Cons: Room was dirty half bottle of water and papers left under bed so if room was cleaned this shouldn't happen, base of shower dirty we wore thongs when we showered
Cons: Pretty old and run down
Pros: Was very convenient location to Redcliffe Sports grounds, only a 15min drive. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Cons: The room itself was below average & was overpriced. Our room was extremely outdated & not clean. The bench still had red wine spilt on it, the dust on the ceiling fan, skirting boards & in the corners of the room was so thick I’m not sure when it was cleaned last. The bathroom was worse than an old caravan park amenities block. The main bed needs a new mattress, it has sagged in the middle & you could feel every spring. Didn’t realise their was a hotel attached so the noise from the hotel was expected.
Pros: The management were Amazing and friendly !! I’d take my children there again. They catered for all our needs.
Pros: Location was convenient for a function I was attending. Room pretty average. You get what you pay for.
Cons: Could use a refurbishment and wasn't exactly sparkling clean.
Pros: Location is very good and handy to shops..
