Location, helpful staff
Big and clean room. Good access to Aix en P. and motorways. Helpful staff at the reception. Staff at the restaurant worst I have ever met. Very poor breakfast. WiFi not working properly at least in my room.
The summer rates are very attractive. Normal rates are somewhat expensive.
Excellent room (all rooms in hotel classed as superior: large with bathroom & wc rooms separate); clean; friendly staff. Located at edge of business park (but accessible with views to countryside & mountains). Minor issue: one day not enough breakfast had been ordered by a member of staff who also did not turn up on that morning. However we were not charged for this day's breakfast (we did get a limited breakfast).
Hotel tres propre, moderne, grande chambre avec belle vue. Le personnel est tres accueillant . Je vous le recommende !! Rien
+ swimming pool, gym, table tennis, + good bed (long enough and tough), + free wifi, + easy parking Location of hotel makes is solely business place, situated near "industrial zone" in between two roads.
Nicely decorated and furnished room. Mediterranean flair. Great pool. Equipment in "fitness room" could have been better.
Understaffed in Bar area
Ease of access. Its note really a business-oriented hotel more of a leisure hotel.
Difficult to find but excellent meal in evening and great swimming pool. Instrutions for GPS needs to be Quartier Chateau l'Arc, Fuveau. That's where hotel is NOT Aiz-En-Provence. We got lost and spent ove half an hour and manu kms before we entered correct address into GPS and found the hotel
A super apartment! Very clean. Good equiped. Lovely view. Nice staff. They even helped us to find another hotel after we came back and they were fully booked. Very helpfull. Also when we booked, I phoned how to drive to the hotel; Easy to find after they gave us a description. Supermarket not that far (2 km). If you stay just a few days, better take some washingpowder because you only get 2 towels. But you have your own washingmachine. We had neighbours ( I think they were 3) who woke up at 6 in the morning because they had to work. And so did we because it was noisy. But we were on holiday. When they came back in the evening it was very noisy again. One night I still heard them at 4! The apartment is super but you hear a lot.
Spacious and clean room, very nice and quiet environment, within only a half hour drive of sea and an hour of many destinations as for instance Arles, Avignon, ... Bed and bath were a bit too short for me (I am 1.90m, however)
Nice apartments in nature. the wall was not acoustic proof. some problems with noise of neighbors
the room was very well equipped. You have anything you need.
Excellent room, clean and tidy with good access and parking.
Very good service and delightful location, we found the Hotel suited us perfectly for our three days there and would return without hesitation. Staff were very helpful indeed.
They were great and very helpful Need to put in a pool,
comfort location . family hotel , comfort rooms , a nice good kitchen. no.
Very calm location overlooking mountains. The rooms were very clean and equipped with airconditioning. Beaches are just half hour drive away. We had a very pleasant stay here! I will recommend this residence to anyone. Less facilities to entertain children. It would have been much more enjoyable if there was a pool or a play area.
wonderful house worth a longer stay (stayed only 1 night enroute)
The Freindly staff and information given to me regarding hard to find little known spots
Very quiet. Clean. Nice staff. Cute small hotel in a pretty area not too far from Marseille. Lovely pool area. Feels like home. Bed a little bit too soft for me, but that is personal. Also there were no croissant for breakfast which I found was missing.
Secure monitored parking. Nothing else! Way overpriced! Reception not very friendly. Spartan room. Much like mas des ecureils this is popular with businessmen who get their room paid for by their employer. Room 1 a non-smoking room was deemed an upgrade (what a joke). The door rubbed against the carpeting when opened and at 3am you could smell the chimney smoke from the owner's dying fireplace. Smokers also congregate below your window. Owners have an arrogant aloof attitude.
Very efficiently run and very clean, very helpful.
The hotel was spotless, very nice and the staff could not have been more helpful if they had tried.
We really reluxed during the stay. This hotel was like home. The host and hostess were very kind enough to book the dinner outside hotel. The location was very good for exploring Provence. The room was very clean. Nothing really. The breakfast was not impressive, but it is a French custome, I think.
Reasonable price, breakfast - more than typical french one. No tea making machine, not easy to find, hard to get out. One wouldnt manage to see Marseille without a car.
Nice location and helpful host. The bed was uncomfortable.
Great services and friendly staff. In locating hotel, GPS would be helpful as it is in the "suburbs" of Marseilles.
Helpfulness of the owner - really made us feel as if we were his friends Bit difficult to get to - intructions aboout getting there by public transport need to be clearer
Old and very cheap furniture. It does not look like the pictures. Rooms are very hot during the night in August, no air conditioning, the ceiling fan is largely insufficient, I could hardly sleep. Noisy neigbours in the morning. I could count one guest only besides ourselves. Quite cheap.
I like silent and nature there, nice gate. Good beds Toaletes are small. No aircondition
Quite clean Small room and extremely small bathroom
Very off beaten track. Very tranquil, beautiful area, accommodations were very clean and had internet access. very difficult to find. Breakfast a little disappointing for the money.
Average quality budget hotel. Good location on our tour of Europe, only stayed one night. Free parking. No lift
Located in an interesting place (in a good way) - you get to drive through a very narrow streets on the hill and see old walls. Very friendly owner. Internet in the rooms (ethernet over power) - ask the receptionist for the adapter.
helpful staff poor, simple standard. very bad isolated room (nr 17), you hear neighbours talking, unconfortable bed and pillow (one long pillow for 2 persons). probably there are rooms with different standard when I look to the rating
Room was quite-liked breakfast in the garden-liked the ability to park close to the room -liked coean linens + towels daily Room was small room 17
