THE HOTEL HAD A COUPLE OF SHORT COMINGS BUT THE STAFF MORE THAN MADE UP FOR THAT. THE STAFF WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO BE HELPFUL. A MR RABY AND MISS SOPHARATH WERE ALWAYS SMILING AND MADE A PERSON FEEL AT HOME, EVEN HELPING ME GET A CAB OR BOOK A TOUR. LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO PLACES, BUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS A LITTLE WEAK. POOL WAS SMALL BUT WELL MAINTAINED
A very good boutique hotel in PP, 2 min walk to the royal palace and silver pagoda, and $2 tuk tuk ride to the riverside restaurant strip at Sisowath Quay. The rooms are nicely attired with firm, but comfy four-poster bed, TVs have BBC and CNN and the rooms have AC and fans. The staff and friendly and very helpful - helped to arrange a private taxi for us with hassle. Good coffee Not a negative, but because it is new, tuk tuk drivers will often not know where it is (even with the address provided, so it helps to have a map printed, or preloaded on your mobile.
Good location; much nearby Good buffet breakfast Booked our taxi to Sihanoukeville Some large addition to booking price; breakfast?
Location is good, right in the middle of Riverfront district. Breakfast was decent but we went early in the morning. We tried to avoid being at the property and spent time outside. Pool looked goo but I didn't try. Irritating door locks that buzzes each time door is open. Power is turned off to everything once keycard is removed from the slot next to the entry door. AC could not cool the room and had to be manually turned on again everytime we entered the room.
