Cons:TV was horrible, it too dark. bath tub was dangerously slipperier. From staff were rude, but noticed they were very nice to white people, then i knew where i was and aware of my place. it certainly was not at this place.

Pros:Nothing
Cons:The first room I was given had bugs in the carpet, shower, sink, kitchen and bed. When I went to the desk the guy didn't bat an eye and got me another room as if this is a normal thing. He didn't apologize. He acted like I was making him do more work and he didn't want to see the pictures I took of the bugs. The second room had a few dead bugs but seemed cleaner but I couldn't sleep and felt like my skin was crawling. I will never stay here again.

Pros:I liked...checking out.
Cons:No housekeeping, unless you pay a $10 surcharge, and then your room isn't even turned over until 6pm or later. Argued this, and asked for another room (work 3rd shift) and they wood ly switch my room to a clean one. Had to go to front desk to get a spare room key FOUR times, because mine didn't work and get locked out. Room #s on door are peeling away, shady neighborhood (especially at night), and clientele. Not me, I'm awesome. Paid $84 per, on a deal and ill never go here again. It's just shady, period.

Cons:Numerous cockroaches. I stopped killing them after the first day, too many. The bathtub has a thick caking of scum wherever there is grout. This is because there is no shower liner, only a shower curtain, which is too small for the bath. As result the bathroom becomes soaked with each shower. The breakfast does not taste good at all. The front desk does not answer the phone. I have stayed at many hotels and motels all over the country. This has been my worst experience. Because of all the negative aspects, I doubted the cleanliness of the towels and sheets. They did not smell funny, so I have no proof that they were dirty. I did see a few hairs from prior patrons on my towel, although this is not uncommon so I don't hold it against Extended StayPhoenix E. Oak. The worst part is the customer service.

Cons:Disgusting rooms. Booked a nonsmoking room on Kayak, yet got a smoking room and was not given a better room. The night staff was rude.
