Though I was only there for a brief period of time, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable.

I accidentally left a travel bag in my room when checking out. This oversight was not discovered until I arrived home 130 miles away several hours later. Two problems: 1) their phone answering system was stuck in a loop, constantly repeating available options without connecting me with mgr on duty. I eventually connected with Reservations Clerk Christine who tried to be very helpful and took my information to file a report. 2) when I followed up with the mgr on duty 24hrs later, he inquired with Houskeeping and called me back saying nothing was found but he would keep an open file in case it was found. I have heard nothing since. Since I went directly home upon checking out of the hotel, there is no question of where I left the bag. This was very disappointing.
The bed was comfortable and quality of the room compared to the great price.
I can smell smoke in the hallway from guests that were smoking in their rooms.

THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND SUPER CLEAN, VERY NICE HOTEL AND COMFY BEDS.
The only negative remark I have is they need light on there parking lot. They also need to pave the dirt road.
Staff is OK. Restaurant is reasonable priced w reasonable food and good staff
At first they put me in a room that had a fan that made horrible noise. I went and asked for a different room, which I then got. The new room was better, but both of the rooms smelled of mildew, having a 'dirty sock' smell. This really bothered and basically affected my whole visit. I talked with some of my other business compatriots who stayed at a different 4-Point up in Tempe, and they had the same problem.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I mean everyone I dealt with. The evening front desk clerk (big Guy-dark hair) was also particularly helpful and charming in a shy way. will definitely be back.

Drunk guy passed out in stairwell in morning who I had to step over on my way to my class on my last morning. There were guys Erving loud motorcycles in parking lot at 2am
