Clean, comfortable , close to shopping.
Easy access to where I needed to be and surrounded by restaurants. Perfect for me
Breakfast Buffett not worth the money.
Awesome bar and happy hour, fun pool and hot tub, comfortable bed with ample space to walk about the room.
Room was a little smokey, short staffed.
The bed was so comfortable, the staff was great, and the area is seedy but near a lot to do. Great food within walking distance.
We had Mosquitoes in our 5th floor room, and the "a/c" was a fan that sounded like a generator and didn't hardly cool the room when it was set to 65 degrees which was disappointing and uncomfortable.
I was surprised how nice this place was for how much I paid. The only downside is that they don't have a free breakfast, but I hardly ever get up in time for that anyway. So for me, it was just about perfect. The rooms were clean and modern. I checked out the pool. I didn't swim in it, but aesthetically it was beautiful.
My only complaint is that the hot tub had caution tape around it, but despite that I couldn't tell if it was functional or not. It was full of water and didn't seem to be broken. I was too tired to ask the lobby and just headed back to my room. I think a sign of some sort would have helped. Just to explain why.
We were in Phoenix to catch the Diamond Backs play against the Dodgers; we rented a total of 4 rooms and they were all very clean and very comfortable. The beds are very comfy and the TV's are nice modern LG flat panels; you can easily connect your mobile device via HDMI (just bring your own cable). There was a desk with a power strip for my laptop and even a USB power station (just bring your own cables). The entire hotel was clean. The pool is clean. The lounge area is very modern, clean, and comfortable. Parking was very easy and convenient. Many, many, eating/dining/drinking options within walking distance. There is even a full Shopping Mall and Mini Amusement park within walking distance; steak houses, Chilis, Olive Garden, Hooters, etc... This hotel even has an app for the concierge service, or you can go old school and just call them. The wifi is very fast and easy to access. A very nice gym/work out area. They have many more amenities that I haven't listed. The front desk staff and the the maintenance staff is very friendly and professional. My wife and son loved our stay. We stayed for two nights but I could easily see myself staying there for a week or so... I very quickly felt "at home"...
No Ice Cream shop within walking distance... but maybe that's a good thing...
Room wasn't ready by the time it was supposed to. Reservation was incorrect
Love the fact they had children area to play ball..
Nothing to dislike
Well-kept property. Nice spacious room. Good bathroom. Friendly staff.
Far from central Phoenix, but a better deal than staying in close.
Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Family friendly.
Soiled carpets in public areas and hallways.
The hotel had the wrong date on the reservation and asked for a copy of the confirmation. I already knew almost all hotels in Phoenix were booked so I was worried but as soon as I gave them my confirmation for that night, they very quickly accommodated me and seemed anxious to correct the error. The hotel was very clean, nicely remodeled.
The room's AC appeared not to be working.
Cleanliness, helpful staff, great pillows and towels, large room, convenient location.
Great location, close to the Sky Harbor airport and only 5 mins to where we needed to be! Awesome service. There was miscommunication on their part with the shuttle transport and my request for an extended stay, but they handled it great!!
Rooms were nice. The place was clean and appealing to the eye. The TV was nice and modern. The bed was comfy. The Keurig was nice and having a fridge was a bonus. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. The staff was very helpful when we had issues with the air conditioning.
We reserved the room for 4 people and we recieved a room with a king sized bed. There were no availble family friendly rooms. The air conditioning did not work, we ended up having to change rooms. Room service called for no reason at 6am when we had not requested any room service. House keeping was knocking on the door very early.
Especially liked the location so near to major restaurants and the staff was outstanding.
It was obvious that, back in the day, this was a smoking room. You just can't hide that smell. It has probably permeated the popcorn ceiling which is another sign of the age of the place. Won't stay there again.
The Staff was very nice
Aweful, I should have know better when I checked in, as the people in front of me were complaining about the rooms. Construction debris everywhere. It looks like the hall ways had not been vacumed this year. The A/C did not work in the room, it only blew out warm air. The sink constantly ran hot water, no one was able to turn it off. It was so hot that you could not even touch the spicket. Also the doors had no hardware on them. When we asked to change rooms we were told none were available. I find this shocking as there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot.
I really liked the staff. Seemed like they cared to accommodate their guests!
It's a new hotel still having construction going on. Caused lack of sleep due to construction noises and lack of experience fixing fire alarms.
