Pros: We statrd there before we visit Bolzano. We had a car so it was not far from there. The room and every single facility was extremely clean and knit. And in the yard, I loved srcured parking system. The host couple were soooo kind and nice. I didn't find their language info but we had not problem since we have eye signals and body language ;) Also, My daddy made a trouble with their key but they understood very generously. I still appreciate their kindness and warm hearts. Wanted to say Thank you again to them if they remember us.

Pros: Very nice place and city. Hills around are fantastic. Location useful to see many interesting places. If you want strong experience try to go using shorts road, extremely narrow. Pros: It's the best hotel for security bike I know.
Pros: We returned to the Diana having been here three years ago with a group of friends. We came back to what we remembered , a family run hotel where everyone is helpful and friendly in a lovely location . Nice rooms , very clean ,a good breakfast of the type we expect in by Italy . We like the general areas which have a great character with some lovely interesting & unusual paintings on the walls . We also like the town and surrounding area , the mountains and Lago d'Iseo , going to both by train and bus respectively . So nice to go back to and we will be back again. We did not eat there in the evenings but people who did said the food was very good (we like the nearby La Svolta restaurant and Pizzeria) .
Cons: Leaving .
Pros: Another lovely stay for our group of friends , such a lovely friendly family run hotel . It is a good base to tour the area , we went into the Alps on one day , on Lago d'Iseo on another and the lovely city of Bergamo on the third. It is a few minutes walk from the bus and railways stations so a good choice for non-car travellers.

Pros: Very nice Hostess, speaks only Italian. Great parking garage, nice room, good beds. Nice shower, Sweet breakfast, no cheese/meat. Good coffee. Received a tip about visiting the nearby Parc. Cons: Assigned seating at breakfast made it difficult for us to sit with friends.
Pros: Perfect location for a conference stay; friendly and helpful staff; restaurant on site; good breakfast selection.
Cons: Room was on the small side.
Pros: We were there for a conference and the reception gave us a free room upgrade to a room with an attached lounge area which was great for relaxing we took our own kettle so we could make drinks here.
Cons: The breakfast staff were rude to begin with as I have gluten milk free needs which I had informed the hotel of. It was a struggle for a few days to get anything gluten free as one lady was rude to foreign clients compared to locals and the other man said he didn't speak English and understand my request when he did speak English. After speaking to the hotel reception owners who confirmed that he did speak English they made sure that for the rest of my stay I was provided with the gluten free food that the hotel had bought but hadn't been given to me. The hotel reception owners went out of their way to rectify this.

Pros: This is a good basic hotel but with great friendly service, Its family run, the bed is really comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. Dinner is 15 euros and is comprised of first course, second course, and dessert. They accepted our dogs for free and ordered a box of locally brewed beer for us( Darf.) It also has a swimming pool and is directly across the road from the spa. I love the family feel and good food. They also provide discounts for the Boario spa.
Cons: rooms a little cold.
Pros: Location main to city center and in front of hotel you have enough parking spaces. Nice room and very good breakfast.
Pros: The breakfast was good, food was good and home made. The owner (lady) was very kind and attended to our needs promptly. Good customer service, very good location, even got a lift from the lady to the train station after check out. Highly recommended.
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in the room
Pros: Breakfast is just good, but far away from enthusiasm seen in other reviews. Staff is nice.
Cons: Whole hotel and surrounding looks like time has stopped 20 years ago. Pool and terrace was neglected and dirty. Room was small and from the window you have view to building site (as of 07.2019).
Pros: Pool was pleasant ! Food and other diners nice.
Cons: I do not appreciate having only answer to question who are you traveling with PARTNER. I am traveling with my husband of 58 years!
Pros: the hotel was very nice, small but clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the owner was very friendly and helpful
Cons: The room was a little smaller than expected (it was four of us) and a little crowded with furniture. On the bunkbed the ladder was rather unstable and the kid who slept on the top bed had a hard time descending from the bed.
Pros: Breakfast, staff
Cons: Room for 3 was quite small, for longer it would be problem. But we stayed one night only.
Pros: Such a lovely small hotel with family atmosphere! I was feeling like at home. It was so easy meet there new friends. If I will come back to Boario Terme I will want to stay only in this place. Thank you for amazing week and thanks to "Pappa" that he was waiting for us every night :)
Pros: The hospitality and service level of the family was great. If you are looking for a real authentic Italian family hotel this is your number one choise. The breakfast was really good and included home baked pies. Furthermore the view on the mountains from the pool was great.

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Airport pickup can be arranged by the hotel upon request.
Pros: Really very, very good in-house dinners. Excellently prepared, quality and very tasty!
Cons: Shower had mold growth which made it look very dirty. The airconditioner is only for heating. We were there during warmer weather so we had to sleep with the windows open. The problem with this is that there were MANY mosquitoes and the hotel didn't have anything to offer to resolve this.
Cons: Terrible customer service. The manager was in a sour mood the whole time with little motivation to be helpful. Unfortunately, she was the only who spoke English. The rest of the staff was friendly. It's too far out of town (on foot), especially compared to other hotels. It does not feel like a four-star hotel at all - this must be because they have a pool, but it closes early (6 pm). Rooms and breakfast were pretty standard. WiFi worked but too slow to watch Netflix.

Pros: Overall it's a nice place, and mostly we appreciated the staff that contacted us after we had left some t-shirts and offered to keep them for us so we could pick them up on our way back.
Cons: Poor wi-fi connection.
Pros: Hotel staff was perfect. Very friendly and nice
Cons: Hotel needs renovation and better clean.
Pros: Spacious room, good self-service breakfast with a lot of choices for sweet and sour, friendly and helpful staff, great Wi-Fi signal also in the room on the third floor. Beside many parking places, there is also an opened garage in the building, where you can park your vehicle under the roof.
Cons: The bed could be a little wider (not just a standard single bed). The shower in the bathroom would need renovation (the shower is fixed on the wall).
Pros: I would say one of the strongest aspects is the fact that most of the rooms face Breno´s castle and the mountains. I also enjoyed some of the local products (local apple juice and honey) in the breakfast. The room is dated but it is very clean and spacious.
Cons: Do keep in mind that there isn't good sound isolation from the window or the other rooms. Below the beautiful castle view there was also the view of truck parking.
Pros: The staffs are very kind and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place
Pros: Outstanding breakfast, but in other it is a typical hotel.
Pros: friendly staff, excellent varied breakfast
Cons: late night noise from restaurant downstairs, no air conditioning, room equipment was well worn, hotel could benefit from better cleaning rooms and common areas and overall maintenance. Not worth the money

Pros: This hotel had loads to offer; we would gladly have stayed a lot longer than our one night stop-over. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the building and grounds were lovely. The food in the restaurant was good. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area, too.
Cons: Only one minor thing - pillows were flat and a little on the hard side for us.
