Pros: Lucille and Barry were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Continental plus homemade fruit salad and also cooked breakfast as Lucille had asked us the night before what we wanted. Fresh juice brewed coffee and Lucille’s homemade jams. All served on wedge wood China in a grand room. Room was approx 60m2 and well equipped with private bathroom and even fluffy bathrobes. Also cooktop although we ate out. Lovely views across the valley and 2 private outdoor seating areas. Bed was a queen size four poster. There was a tv and air conditioning which was definitely needed.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room had 5 bedrooms (all single beds) with lounge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Obviously it is vacant student accommodation on a Uni campus. A good option for a family in this area other than 2 motel rooms.
Cons: Lots of stairs between car park and room. Pack a small bag.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for our purpose, excellent value for money. This isn’t a top notch hotel, but it was perfect for our group who were attending a sporting event close by.

7.5 Good
Pros: Convenient & a great price. Rooms are warm with ample heating & felt clean & fresh
Cons: The beds & pillows! Oh lordy were they uncomfortable! The mattress was like sleeping on a park bench it was so hard & the pillow was like someone had thrown a few cotton balls into fabric bag. There was too much support from one, and none from the other. Lucky we were all so exhausted each night that we managed to get some sleep. And the couches ... again so uncomfortable & not inviting at all. The tokens for the laundry are an issue so I suggest guests ask about these when checking in as the staff are friendly but don’t give you ANY information except directions to your room.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to the city centre
Cons: Bathrooms are not very well maintained
6.8 Good
Pros: The 5 single bedroom apartment that we were in had several radiators so the whole place was warm. It was great for what we needed

Pros: The security door out front. The fact that every room in the house has a lock and key for it. The cheap living requirement.
Cons: A bigger sink in the bathroom would go a long way, a towel for the ground to dry your shoes upon arrival as you have been stepping on wet dirty ground and seeing that the ground was both carpet and tile it will show marks and stains. Cleaner carpets and a blanket for the bed lol

6.8 Good
Pros: Not far from the motorway, large room, staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bed very firm, no doona on the bed, just a sheet then blanket and another sheet. The bathroom window permanently fixed partly open but that then gave anyone on the upstairs landing a clear view in! So had to cover window with towel. The tv lost signal to all stations in the morning. The linen service truck parked out front of our room at 6:30am to unload.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was very good.
Cons: Rundown property
8.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious rooms and bathrooms with storage space, fair amount of lounge and sitting space, easy free parking, Guest laundry, vending machines, barbecue areas and swimming pool. Very comfortable for families with children. We booked in at 9 AM and requested for our rooms to be ready earlier because we moved from another hotel and needed to check in early. We were promised one room by 1130, but when we arrived both were ready for us. Our rooms were not adjacent But we’re close enough for children to wander back and forth and we are very grateful that that could be arranged at such short notice. Staff went above and beyond, helping us to retrieve our washing which was accidentally left in the laundry after locking time, ensuring that we could checkH out early for a long drive back to our home state. Thank you for being so accommodating.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean & the room size served its purpose.
Cons: What I booked online was not the room we got, I spoke to the man at the desk who told me it was the right room.. so do I assume booking.com advertised a 2 bedroom room instead of a 1 room!!?? That was the only disappointment, definitely not what I was lead to believe I was getting
