Do not consider coffee and a grocery store cinnamon roll to be breakfast. Sink was in the bedroom. Toilet was VERY low to the floor. One small fan very HOT room. Thin towels.
Very hospitable and welcoming. Room and bath were quite satisfactory as was the morning breakfast. Convenient and good restaurant just 2 doorways away. No
Owner was friendly and engaging, but too cheap to keep his heat on. The doors to the outside would not close or lock due to foundation shift or moisture. This place should not be open in colder months if owner doesn't want to heat it. It was cold upon entry, the room was cold and there was no room key, just lock it when you go to bed. The only TV was a 15 inch standard def one in the lobby area.
The owner was friendly and the location was convenient. I was visiting family in Bradford, VT for the holidays and the B&B was about 15 mins from their house. There is a great diner in Fairlee that is close by also, and the location is very close to 91. The heater in my room was a bit loud, but the room was very comfortable and I barely noticed the noise.
Friendly host Breakfast was not very good - advertised as having homebaked bread but it was store-bought and not very good quality. No fruit.
The room was good. Everything was great except the breakfast. There is no where to sit because the owners family is in there eating, they need to add a few items to eat. Poor breakfast
Location. Manager very nice. He shoveled around my car, in front of my door, and a plow had been in the parking lot very early. Small refrigerator worked well. Room heated up very quickly. Electrical cords, outlets, etc. very old & scary. TV didn't work; screen message saying cable had been disconnected (it was plugged in & the TV turned on by remote, but no channels.) Check-in time is 2:30, quite late for me. Check out is 10:30.
Decor outdated. Room musty smelling. Curtains very worn.
The staff were very helpful. The room was very dimly lit and almost uncomfortably so. Opening the curtains on the window meant the people smoking outside could see in from 15 feet away. And it is necessary to ask the front for an adaptor as the outlets were 2-prong.
