Pros: A perfectly staffed apartment. Green territory. Great large clean outdoor pool. Large free parking on the teriotory. Quiet at night. Not far (1 km) two good sandy beaches, including Cala Rossa. In Porto Veccio (7 km.) - excellent hypermarket Casino Geant
Pros: Very friendly staff, very large pool, and patio, which is a great place to have breakfast. Great value.
Cons: It is not a problem per say, but you need a car to go to the closest beach, which is only ~ 2 to 3km away.
Pros: The room was good value for money and the bed very comfortable
Cons: Nothing it exceeded our expectations
Pros: We stayed in a studio appartment in late September. The check-in was very smooth and we liked the place so much, that we booked another couple of nights. The place is not the height of luxury, but our studio appartment must have been just renovated, was spotless and simply but tastefully decorated. We used the pool, which was great and had a super meal in the restaurant. This was a surprise as the place didn't seem busy but the restaurant menu was great and food very tasty.
Pros: Breakfast N/A. We brought our own food. I was grateful to have a small fridge in the room. Great pool. Bonus: entertainment: a singer-guitarist at the restaurant Friday night.

Pros: Staff, human size hôtel, breakfast, beach front, Clean
Cons: The villa didnt have a direct view of the sea. We had to cross à little road but its a detail.
Pros: Nearby restaurants. Location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Bar and room service quality. Beachfront access and roof-top swimming pool.
Cons: Breakfast is somewhat overpriced.
Pros: Bed very good. Clean and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast too expensive Reserved sun beds which are then unused shouldn’t be allowed No atmosphere at night
Pros: location and service

It is a typical small seaside village with plenty of restaurants at the edge of a beautiful sandy beach. The Residence is nearby the shops of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio (3 kilometers), the airport of Figari (30km) and from the most delightful places of South Corsica making this green oasis one of the most appreciated holiday resorts.
Pros: View from the bedroom nr 24 is great... The breakfast is good... The bedroom is very quiet
Cons: Staff was not kind and helpful. Any explanation was made about the establishment, gardens, services, pool or parking... Parking is confusing, a complete anarchy... The apartment is ok and clean although the AC machine is very dirty...
Pros: Comfortable bungalows, equipped with everything needed. Clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, good kitchen. Close to the main road, but not noisy. Large garden with big trees. Nice walk to the beach. White sand, warm water beach.
Cons: Airconditions was very dirty, full of mold. It took 2 days and several reminds to clean it. There are a lot of dry leaves in sand of the beach. No toilets and shower.
Pros: Individual mini-villa with nice terrace and BBQ. Walking distance (15 minutes) to very beautiful beaches. Our towels were changed every 3 days, we had a washing machine and dish washer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked well and was not too noisy.
Cons: Very small kitchen/living room. A lot of noise from nearby open-air disco until midnight almost every night, which spoiled the otherwise lovely evenings on the terrace a bit. No lighter/matches available for lighting the BBQ fire - make sure you bring some!
Pros: Calm resort, mini villa equipted with outside grill and covered with shade from trees. Good privacy, far from other villas. Road to beach ( cca 10 min ) was a pleasure walk with the kids. Mini market near to resort.
Cons: There is no shower with sweat water on the beach and toilets only for guests in the bar/restaurant.
Pros: the setting. nice walk to the beach. friendly and very helpful staff.
Cons: wish we had booked a bigger place, didn't realise they had villas.
Pros: Terrace space great and view was gorgeous. Room size excellent. Grounds well maintained with lots of places to sit. Beach nearby.
Cons: Built in 1969 and it shows. Some very tired fixtures and fittings, dirty kitchen cupboards, paint flaking in bathroom, toilet loose!, etc. The building site opposite wasn't great either but not too noisy.
Pros: The double room is very nicely decorated and very clean with a separate entrance and a terrace. Additionally I should admit the bathroom, it's spacious. Location is great. We've discovered a splendid beach for about 15 min by car - Pinarellu. Many thanks to the personnel, very friendly and pleasant.
Pros: Pool, quiet and out of the way
Pros: Garden is nice decorated. Breakfast is good. Rooms and bed are spacious enough. Parking inside the property
Cons: Breakfast not included. Very noisy road just 5 meters from the hotel. Ok when sleeping with all doors closed but annoying when sitting in the garden or pool.
Pros: Beautiful garden with a swimming pool, the room was nicely decorated, clean, with a terrace.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the noise of traffic.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Whe I arrived the property was under renovation " a building site " I have taken a number of photos but do not feel it apropriate to pubish them but would happily supply them to booking.com. I was then informed that there was no breakfast service available. There was no provision of anything to make tea/coffe with !! The room had been refuurbished recently but not to a high standard, the felixabl shower cable was discoloured, soap holder discoloured, the tap on the sink handle is loose, grouting black in places, shelves in unit have black marks resembling mould that has been cleaned but not very well Coat hangers an assortement of old ones. Towels small and flimsy not very absorbant tatool wet after drying from having a shower. Pool not heated as per advert on booking.com Had the owner had any common sence he would have blocked the weeks on the site until he had finished the work.
Cons: Location was terrible, near a main road, far from any restaurants. Very noisy, garden unkempt. Old fashioned furniture, without charm. Internet connection lost after a couple of hours. Pool was disappointing after picture on website. Overall, really expensive for a third rate hotel.
Pros: The owner was very helpful and the room spacious and bed comfortable. OVERALL IT WAS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: Good restaurant on site with nice outdoor seating area. Well landscaped and good pool area Fun mini golf 5 minute walk to a pleasant, quiet beach with a bar.
Cons: Some properties were not as up to date as others.

Pros: impeccable room! Great restaurant on site; a little bit pricey but not more than all the restaurants in the area
Cons: too many kids in the pool. Could not use it
Pros: It was clean. The pool and its view are amazing.
Cons: We stayed in the hotel room (not in the villas). They are ground floor 1 meter from the car park, no windows, no charm, an electrical plug was coming off the wall. So to me the hotel rooms were not good value for money.
Pros: Very nice, quiet room with an awesome view. Warm welcome, very good restaurant. Enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Great position and facilities, a short walk from town and sea
Cons: A little overpriced, we were in a double room and the bathroom was without windows or ventilation. From a 4 star would expect a little better, but perfectly acceptable
Pros: Orribile hotel! It is written 4 stars but is less then 1 star hotel 30 minutes from Bastia. unpolit staff in a very old and decadent hotel in front of a main street with car traffic along the night (only way from Porto Vecchio to Bastia). Like in an autogrill
Cons: Spent more then 150 euro per night to sleep 30 minutes from Porto Vecchio in an old and uncoconfortable hotel (shower broken, old towels, smell in the room, window facing trafic jam and a big crane as in an autogrill, moquette everywhere dirthy, and so on...

Pros: The pool and gardens were beautiful. Fridge in the room was handy. The room was cleaned each day.
Cons: The family room didn't deliver – the third bed was a wrought-iron sofa that simply had a sheet put over the cushion. It was very uncomfortable. Also the sofa was positioned directly under the aircon unit so it was freezing – we had to re-arrange the room to move the sofa away from the unit. The bathroom was also tiny. The room was also on a busy road so a lot of traffic noise. The payment machine wouldn't accept my card (it worked everywhere else in France) and so we had to pay cash, which for 4 nights meant two trips to the ATM. The place wasn't bad but it didn't feel good value for money at €153 a night.
Pros: Clean and tidy rooms in a very private and beautiful sourrounding. Easy late check-in (9.15pm). We only stayed one night and immediately continued our tour, so we can’t say much more.
Cons: -8.30 is a very early departure for 162€ and in general I think it’s a bit overpriced. But then it’s Corsica in August - it’s expensive. I understand. -We booked breakfast and it was prepared just for us, so there is no buffet or breakfast room for all the guests or anything. That’s fine and it was good for 8€ but it came on paper plates and with paper towels. It was a little disappointing.
Pros: Excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked well and was a welcome relief from the heat! We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely pool area, never busy, with adequate sun beds. We enjoyed using the chimnea for barbecuing. 10 minutes drive away, the beach at Pinerellu was just beautiful.
Cons: Wifi not great, but did work slowly. Had to pay for each device separately (5 euros). Pillows were either bolsters, or cushions so quite uncomfortable. Usual charge for linen and towels which we were aware of, but annoying (most French properties seem to do this). Cutlery and crockery was basic with barely enough for 5 people. No bread knife.
Located in Lecci, a typical Corsican village, this bed and breakfast features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a shaded garden with tables and chairs. Beaches are a 10-minute drive away. With a simple but modern décor, each room at Belle Terre is equipped with an LCD TV with satellite channels and a bathroom with hairdryer, shower and free toiletries. Linen, towels and daily housekeeping are provided for free. Homemade biscuits are served in the buffet breakfast, which can be also enjoyed on the terrace. Traditional dishes are proposed at the restaurant and fresh bread is taken every day from the bakery located next to the property. Casteddu d’Araghju is 5 km away and Cavu natural pools are 6 km away. Porto-Vecchio is a 15-minute drive away and Figari Sud-Corse Airport is 35 km away. The owner strongly recommends a car and free private parking is possible on site.
Pros: Owners were lovely, friendly and chatty. Breakfast was good, with very fresh bread, cake and yogurt. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Wi-fi didn't work in the bedroom. The village was small, with nothing to do in the evening.
Pros: The host is super friendly.
Cons: No Wi-Fi in the room, unreliable Wi-Fi in the restaurant.
Pros: Friendly and helpful host, good breakfast.
Cons: It was by the road so it was noisy. Wi-fi connection didn’t work in the room, even the mobile signal was difficult to reach.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: I know this is affordable accommodation and not to expect too much, but it felt like bad student accommodation. Room needs to be refurbished (especially bathroom). Also the damp smell cannot be masked by incense.

Porto-Vecchio is 17 km from the accommodation, while Bonifacio is 45 km from the property. The nearest airport is Figari-Sud Corse Airport, 41 km from L'Aria Mezzana.
Pros: Very clean room, excellent beds, nice bathroom, friendly host
Cons: Access road Breakfast could be better Unstable Wifi
Cons: Very annoying dog on site and pool water is not heated
Pros: Clean and nicely furnitured room. Good working Wifi in the room. Pool. Very quiet. Very friendly host, speaks some English. Good breakfast together with the other guests and the owner.
Cons: Place is a little hard to find. We recommend to use satellite images to identify the place with the pool beforehand; no good signs at the entrance (just Gites de France logo, no name), no bell rings. You have to knock at the right house, the guest house is the left one. When we arrived the asphalted road to the house was partially flooded after rains - when we drove through we had water inside our car (there is a second dirt road, but this one leads through a private property and we are not sure whether we are allowed to drive through it). Bring mosquito repellant, there were a lot of mosqitos in the area.
Pros: Very nice little bed and breakfast hotel. Very friendly familiy running the little hotel. Tasty french breakfast.
