10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, lovely staff
Cons: It was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at the Turin Palace Hotel was exceptional! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and helped us to book a wine tasting excursion and make our dinner reservations. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and rooftop bar were some of our favorite features within the hotel. For those coming in by plane, the hotel is just 2 blocks away from where the airport express bus drops you off (it's the the last stop on the line). We have nothing but rave reviews to share, and we can't wait to book a second stay in the future!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant and well located. Has everything we were looking for. Amazing roof top and tasty restaurant. Spacious room and comfortable ground floor chilling hall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Nothing everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Friendly. Very good breakfast. Silent room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful room. Our adjoining rooms were perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Welcome pastries (handmade chocolate from Guido Gobino and handmade macarons). And air conditioning that actually cooled the rooms. Location in Torino bery convenient to train station and to sights. Better experience than our stays at AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts properties in Milan, Florence, and Bologna earlier in our trip. We will visit Turin again and will stay at Turin Palace Hotel when we do.
Cons: Not a thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an excellent 4 Star hotel -- maybe it should be a 5 Star! Ideal location across the street from the train station and a short walk down via Roma for all of Turin's best shopping. The room we had was sparkling clean, staff was wonderful, and you cannot believe the wonderful breakfast service they have. Excellent hotel in all areas. Loved their restaurant and the roof top terrace/bar that provides a view of all of Turin and off to the west to the Alps. We would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best we have stayed in over the years.
Cons: Nothing could have been improved upon. In our opinion the ideal place to stay when visiting Turin.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our flight arrived early and i asked prior if it might be possible to get the room a little earlier than regular check in time and they actually made it possible without charging us, wich was very, very kind. The room was beautiful, big and clean, as well as the bathroom. Non alcoholic beverages for free, which was great as it was very hot these days. The bar and the restaurant have a stunning few and excellent food and drinks. It might even been one of the best meals we ever had! Breakfast fresh and delicious. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and helpful in all sections (Bar, restaurant, desk...) One star minus for charging extra for access to the spa. I understand treatments are extra of course, but only acces is mostly included in european hotels. We will come back for sure (even dogs are allowed - which is great, because we usually travel with our dog)
Cons: Nothing could have been better!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast. Excellent views from the terrace.
Cons: The drinks on the terrace were quite expensive.
10.0 Excellent

Cynthia, who was there all along our stay was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had.

The staff were excellent in all ways - efflcient, professional, friendly and twice went that little bit extra to help us. We love the location, convenient for the station, yet still elegant and stately in appearance. Our balcony was a bonus in our room. Cleanliness was excellent.
Cons: Very minor point. As we nearly always use the stairs in hotels, except when moving our luggage, there are sections of the stairs that are in a polished black which my partner found visual deceptive. However, having said that, the staircases were beautifully presented as is all the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality of breakfast. Very elegant and comfortable room. Excellent staff always available.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central Next to the train station and the historic centre. Staff was very friendly and professional.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean and next to the train station
Cons: Breakfast , breakfast room, if your windows go to the road with tram , than it is hard to fall asleep. They gave us a smaller room than it was booked

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very professional and friendly staff welcomed me at the restaurant entrance. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable. The view on the square through the window outright spectacular. The restaurant, "Il Convito della Venaria" is well worth the visit: very good food at decent prices. The breakfast is served in the restaurant (also on Mondays) and is good enough following sweet Italusn tradition.
Cons: The AC unit needs repairs (which the staff told me they will do soon) and I was kept awake for some time by noisy neighbours one night (out of control of the facility, though)

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was well located and had a large entry/lounge area with bar which was very fresh and cool in the heat of the Summer. Our room was very clean and modern with new furniture and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely with a good choice of things to eat.
Cons: I felt the bedroom was rather small and it looked out onto an interior courtyard, so although it was nice and quiet, it didn't have any view or any atmosphere. I was disappointed at first, but realised it was just like the photographs. So not a very memorable hotel for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly positioned for tourists and close to the rail station and other amenities eg supermarket, restaurants and bars
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location opposite the railway station which made it very easy when using the wonderful Italian rail system. Walking distance to the historical centre of Turin. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff who accommodated us spending a rainy morning filling in time.
Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great hotel, we booked a suite which was very nice and very spacious. Comfortable beds, quiet room even though it faced the front of hotel which was a very busy street, very clear room, would book again.
Cons: breakfast staff was not so friendly nor very interested in really having to deal with guests and did not really paid much attention to any of the guests. We had to continuously wave down the staff every morning to order our espresso and cappuccino even when there were very little guests in the dining room. The hotel stay was amazing and if the breakfast staff was more attentive or provided better customer service, it would have been a perfect stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location The staff
Cons: - Breakfasts are poorer than in 3star hotels of Turin. Nothing similar to the photos. (e.g. Fried eggs are for an extra cost of 8EUR) - The furniture MUST be refurbished! (e.g. scratches, cracks, holes around the room). The only place refurbished is the bathroom where the door was making squeaky noise. The staff tried to fix but didn't succeed. - During the morning (~11 AM), the person of staff entered the room with no knocking saying it was a control check!!! Never happened to me in the hotels before. - The iron is given only for 30 minutes only. Additional 30 minutes are for an extra cost of 10EUR - INSANE! - The bottle opener can be brought to the room only for the room service fee of 6EUR
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed
Cons: Parking not available, closest parking hasn't a Hotel agreement and very expensive-

Cons: Could have supplied complimentary water on arrival.

Pros: Location perfect! Also nice facilities, everything looks quite new although in an old historical building.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved but this is a common problem in Italy, they only take a coffee and a brioche in the morning...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, spacious.
Cons: Everything was perfect!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was not only varied but of very good quality. The scrambled eggs, the bacon, the fruit were excellent. You can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice from Sicilian oranges. Amazing. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms as well. All is very well appointed, clean and modern. the TV is huge and with a good international choice of channels. The location is great if you drive into Torino and have to park your car which is free. Otherwise it is an 8 min drive to the pedestrian only are of downtown Torino. I am a frequent traveller who spends over 50 days a year in hotels, Parco Sassi is the 2018 winner by a good margin, all this for a very reasonable rate. Unbeatable.
Cons: To have left. The hotel is so comfortable that only home I'm better than there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Secure parking for our motorcycle, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Turin central is a 10 min tram ride on the number 15, stops almost outside of hotel. We stayed Saturday and Sunday, which was perfect, as this hotel is normally used for business meetings etc, so had the whole place to our selfs. Huge choice on offer for breakfast. We would definitely visit again.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities were very dated but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the things that we absolutely loved about this property was the free bikes for guests. You can bike into town through the park and then along the river. It was fabulous. A much better way to visit the city rather than trying to find parking. Loved this perk.
Cons: The breakfast buffet did not have many healthy options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brekfast was very good and service too. loacation is very good. You are in the town and feeling is like you are somwhere out. with car you are very fast to the Torino center.
Cons: nothing negative.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms, clean, free parking
Cons: A bit away of city center
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, situated in a park-like area. Quiet, spacious, big private parking lot. Very stylish. Spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet. Highlight of my trip, will be my first choice next time I visit Turin.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is well appointed, roomy rooms, very clean bathrooms, good TV, great breakfast, the bar stays open until late, good value for money. Wonderful to wake up in the middle of a wonderful park, especially after a night of snow. I usually leave my car at the hotel and call a cab, expect to wait 10/12 mins for its arrival. It is my second time at the hotel and I shall come back.
Cons: No covered garage but if you have a large car or a van you do not have to fear finding dents on your car as there is ample parking space do do defensive parking. Otherwise I liked most everything. Nothing to complain.

Pros: Breakfast is simple (ho hot stuff) but rich and well presented. Very nice room, also for dinner The site has its own peculiarity in design and comfort - art deco everywhere :-) -
Cons: Maybe hot water in my room was not so efficient (but it was summertime; maybe it is different in winter)

Cons: All was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly and the hotel was lush!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel has a nice feel to it, room was comfortable, warm, equipped with all neccessities. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who worked at the reception and she was extremely helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable, even gave us some tips where to go, what to see, where to eat,.. We know it’s her job, but she did it like she genuinely cared, which is always nice to see. Oh and we loved the breakfast and as an espresso lover, I enjoyed the coffee.
Cons: Maybe just the fact that we had a bottom floor room and sometimes we could hear people talking in the lobby, but it was nothing drastically loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Private parking is a real plus. Location is within a few minutes walk of the main sites of the city. Excellent restaurant food, if a little pricey. Décor all around the hotel and in the rooms is delightful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and quiet environment. Good air conditioning. Very clean. Very good breakfast
Cons: Shower was very cramped and the door basically broken. Could do with a revamp of the shower as a whole. At breakfast could supply fresher eggs and bacon please
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was fantastic and so were the outstanding desserts that we opted to have to end our evening in Torino. Compliments to the chef! The location could not have been better and we were able to see so much in our short time there thanks to this. We greatly appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and I look forward to vising the hotel again in the future.
Cons: The only thing that needed improving were the pillows on the bed. We found them quite hard.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic boutique hotel. Attention to detail. Staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Allesio Great rooms Great breakfast Honored to have stayed there
Cons: Small shower cubicle but that was manageable
9.5 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Very good staff Clean rooms

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They spoke English very well (I speak Italian, but my family/partner do not). The breakfast was nice. The proximity to the hotel was perfect.
Cons: I didn't want to leave Italy, but I can't blame that on the hotel...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. We arrived late and left early so I can't report on the WiFi or the breakfast. The young man who welcomed was very kind and thorough. I would certainly advise anyone to stay there and to try the Pizza across the street.
Cons: Everything was great!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Breakfast at 5 euros a bargain. Hotel staff extremely helpful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel located sufficiently close to the airport, though I would not recommend it if without own transport (car). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Recommended an excellent restaurant in the vicinity that was very reasonable (with a discount given to hotel guests). Parking is very good as well. Overall, a good option for one night if with car.
Cons: The room we stayed in was rather noisy, both from noise from the street (quite busy) and from the airplanes that start at 6am (we had to get up early to catch our flight, so no issue for us, but they certainly would wake one up). The aircon was running awfully hot that day, probably because it was a very cool night for summer (so the air from the aircon felt hotter than outside air, but because of the street noise, we kept the windows closed). Did not use their breakfast due to early flight, so cannot comment on that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the airport, excellent value, very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
