Pros: Chiara the host was amazingly helpful meeting us at the station and taking us there for our departure. They are well travelled and know what is needed. Wonderful breakfast and fabulous bathroom.
Cons: Its a shared bathroom but an amazing bathroom and only shared with one other couple. The accommodation Is so good that this is a minor inconvenience which didn't distract from a very welcoming host.
Pros: Very clean place , location is away from the city centre , but very calm and good metro connected zone . The couple are very friendly .
Pros: Very convenient to Linate airport. About 20 minutes. She was very accommodating!

Cons: Old ugly hotel
Barceló Milan 4 is a new urban designer hotel, located in the up-and-coming financial district of Milan and with very easy access to the city centre via bus or train. It is also very close to the MiCo congress centre and the Rho-Pero Fiera Milano trade fair.
Pros: Very cool design (even if it was not always practical). Large and clean room, nice sight. Friendly staff.
Cons: The door to the toilett room could not be closed completely. So you could hear everything (I hope, you have good relationships to your travel partner ^^) ). Shower is also not in a separate room, so again, you should have relationships to your travel partner :)
Pros: Very good selection.
Cons: Hotel rooms are large, stylish and spacious but location is awful, the distance seen to the city center does not reflect the truth. I paid a lot for taxi use. there is no service after a certain time, I wanted to eat something around 11:30 pm but I was told that there is nothing to eat and service departments are closed. Even if they have no service than alternative solutions should be found. delivery from outside or something else. Guest shouldn't be hungry, find something. and a couple of words for the breakfast. I have never seen such a weak breakfast anywhere in the world. diversity was so poor and I even had a hard time to finding a piece of cheese.
Pros: Excellent value for money. Efficient staff. The ambiance was also nice.
Cons: Some of the room layout may only be suitable for couples, due to the open plan showers.

Pros: everything was wonderful
Cons: everything was wonderful
Pros: The staff is very friendly. A receptionist recognized my nationality during check-in and speaking Russian. It was convenient for me. A ground floor is designed modern, there are a lot of comfortable chairs to seat and talk with family or friends. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, because the good spring mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was acceptable, a food choice was not too much. But food's quality was good. It was enough to collect calories for half day walking. There was a fridge in the room. I collected the juices and beer for evening. Its size was okey for 6 bottles and cans.
Cons: The hotel has rated with 4-stars. I just arrived from Germany and expected more room space. Evening my family drank the juices and beer. We used the plastic cups. I would prefer the glasses.
Pros: First thanks of the hotel staffs! Specially Giuseppa and a young guy night receptionist. The supermarcets are close
Cons: We had a cold room for 2 days and they should change the temperature from the system of receptionist for each room and its not full personilized. breakfast is just simple but okey.
Pros: The beds
Pros: Try to complete these missed. Small things can upgrade the evaluation of the hotel.
Cons: There is no enough tea and coffee in the room , the glasses are absent and cattle is empty.
Pros: Very Good breakfast for that price, nice personel
Cons: Small rooms for 4 people, dodgy location
Cons: tuck in bottom sheet better.
Pros: Staff at the reception was very kind
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Very comfortable beds, hotel transfer, clean and good value for money
Cons: Hotel staff could’ve been just a little more chirpy. Everything else was great!
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and the beds were comfortable. The room reminded me of a suite on a cruise ship! The price.
Cons: The location. It is located in an industrial area so nothing special about the location. However it is a quick walk to the airport!!
Pros: It was decent. Needed a place near the airport to stay for one night for an early flight. Did the job. Also it was good that they had a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Cons: The service was great and the hotel was very clean all staff were also friendly and polite even the cleaning staff as I ment two different people.
Pros: Stayed here many times and will continue to do so: it's a hotel that has everything you need and is well thought out. Brilliant for the Bicocca area, but with plenty of Metro links to the city centre.
Cons: Nothing really, like all hotels here the price can very a lot so it makes sense to shop around.
Pros: Excellent Location and modern furniture! Good breakfast too.
Pros: Some of the Reception staff behavior is not good and Breakfast is not having lot of options
Cons: Some of the Reception staff behavior is not good

Cons: the cleanliness of the room not really satisfied.
Pros: Great value for money.
Pros: Location-parking ... peacufull
Cons: Big Hotel ... a lot to walk ..
Pros: The hotel is large and fairly modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was quite poor in quality and selection. The towels were so thin, like fish towels. I was in a room just outside of the lift and it was very loud.
Cons: Super Unclean room. Curtains were teared down. AC not working Room Smells Reception in the pics of booking has nothing to do with reality Breakfast Sucks Plates were not clean enough All over all cleanness of the place is not as the pictures at all. Super expensive compared to what it offers Definitely not 4 stars hotel. I have been in 2 stars hotels which was much cleaner and more elegant.
Pros: The facilities were great aswell as the room. Staff was really kind and helpful. There is a city bus that passes by and takes you to the metro station. Breakfast was good and really good value for your money. Would come back again and recommend.
Cons: Only bad thing would be that it is not too close to the city and the city bus that would take you from the metro station to the hotel stops service at 9:30pm.

Cons: The bathtub was too narrow and unsafe, I slipped getting into the bath and could’ve hit my head against the close by heating pipes. There was a handlebar inside the bath but it make the tub smaller than it is. I really recommend to remove it.
Pros: Breakfast was nice in general. There can be some modifications perhaps. Firstly there were only 2 types of cheeses. I would expect more types of cheese from a cheese country. There wewe no green things like cucumbers, parsley, peppers etc. They can add slices of smoked salmon for example. But, without these, the breakfast was quite good, there were plenty of other things to eat.
Cons: Personell hardly spoke english. One nasty problem came up : I booked through booking.com and a pre payment of 190 euros was extracted from my credit card. When I went to the hotel, the personell-two different persons-told the same thing. "This 190 euros extracted is not a matter of our business, you have to pay the full charge". Amount of money you have in your pocket or credit card is very important if you are abroad. One has to take care of every penny of it. I told them how I shall get this 190 euros back then, they did not know and did not care either. I then wanted them to charge the whole hotel fee, which was 4 days, they did, and the money their computer charged was actually total hotel fee-minus-the 190 euro pre payment, which was correct, thanks to the computers. Hotel personnell, even the experienced ones, did not know how things proceed at "booking.com". Also they must learn a bit of English, as it is the universal language, not the italien.
Pros: Kind of standardized hotel. That is, no charm. Breakfast very industrialized. Very close to the metro stop. Free parking.
Pros: Beautiful room and spacious
Cons: Breakfast was the same.
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: City tax. No warning. Construction works next door.
Pros: Very unproffesional service from your side, since the "coronavirus" spread in Italy, with center of it in Milano, you are charging me cancelation fee for reservation with saying that Milano is very safe and that the goverment still hasn't put any emergency state. Croatia is soon to maybe close the border, and you are still saying it's safe coming in Italy. I was planning a trip with my 8 years old son, and for you is ok to put my son in danger. Since I am not a father who would ever do that, I hope you were right about the risk. I am not coming this time, nor would I ever come to you hotel again, after this kind of response I got from you, only so you could charge me for the service I will not be using. From a hotel house reputable as yours, I would never imagine to get such an answer. Wish you all the best and to resolve the virus situation to be solved soon. Best regard, Jure

Pros: The location is a little outter Milan however the access to the centre of Milan is very easy by 20min metro. The hotel is located around the business district area it was indeed very convenient for business trip. The breakfast has quite some variety, totally recommended!
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Pros: Good hotel and location. It is located on a small and quiet street, but walking distance from the underground, bars, coffees, restaurant, takeaway food. Parking is big enough.
Cons: It is OK.

Pros: Our stay in Milan was excellent. Clean room, good service. The receptionists we're very helpful as far as directions and references to restaurants. No complaints!!
Pros: Appreciated car parking. Great and helpful staff. Great location near subway. Greatly appreciated currency exchange service. Good breakfast.
Pros: Location very close to metro. Hotel looked nice. Service was fine (except at breakfast). Room was perfectly laid out for a family.
Cons: Breakfast was disorganised and mediocre. Only thing that wasnt mediocre was the coffee and juice which was frankly horrible. Shower was terrible (took ages to get warm and pitiful flow) Also dangerous as in a bath with no grips. No thermostatic fittings. No heating so room was cold. I mentioned this to reception but I think that's just how it is.
Pros: Very beautiful hotel
Cons: The receptionist wanted to charge me for things that was suppose to be free. They charged for things on my card that was absolutely crazy.
Pros: I have been over charged we found the remainders of drug use in the safe in the bedroom the breakfast included was a minimal breakfast, anything cooked was additional
Cons: they could have not overcharged us!
Pros: Metro station near the hotel. Breakfast
Cons: Hard bed, no shower only bathtub difficult to get in and out from. No thermostat to the shower fawcett
Cons: Very old and run down
Located in Milan (Casoretto), Ostello California - Hostel is within a 15-minute walk of Corso Buenos Aires and Piazzale Loreto. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Cons: I was charged extra payment on my credit card even though I paid in cash. The hotel reception said that they would return that money but I haven't got any refund till now.
Cons: I was charged extra payment on my credit card even though I paid in cash. The hotel reception said that they would return that money but I haven't got any refund till now.
Cons: separate single persons from married
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: They have charged my card twice! I've sent then e-mails, called them, talked to them and still no answer. give me my money back! Besides, the place is terrific. Wouldn't go back under no circumstances.
Pros: Nothing, they’re thieves. The italian owner is a fine gentleman
Cons: Probably the name Hostel Arabica would suit it better. They’re cheat. The bald guy assaulted me physically ( he doesn’t work there as I understood, he’s there for other reasons probably) The Arab staff are chicky and horrible people. The italian owner is a fine gentleman
Pros: The cost was good
Cons: The room was very dirty even the people I feel myself I’m in help center
Cons: Because one of the staff actually dealt with us as if we didn't pay money for the place. His name is Mario and he was a very bad person and actually one of the people actually had called the police for his bad behaviour. I have moved in actually and I now know the real difference between good and bad. Actually the place wasn't clean. There were no lockers. The only thing that could be good is the price though there are better places with the same price. Also they lie about the number of beds in the room. There were more beds than it's supposed to.
Pros: The bathroom was probably the best bit
Cons: Staff, had to pay for clean sheets!! Online we reserved for €9 they made us pay €20. Awful price for a poor hostel. In 11 months of travelling this is the worst hostel yet
The ibis Milano Centro hotel is located in the center of Milan, a stone's throw from the Milano Centrale train station and the Repubblica metro stop. An ideal base for exploring the cathedral, Milan's La Scala opera house and the fashion district. The rooms are soundproofed and air conditioned and all have free WIFI. Comfortable meeting rooms also make this the perfect place for conferences and meetings. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and the Lineauno Bistro' restaurant serves lunch and dinner.
Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.
Pros: There is nothing to like on this hotel.
Cons: I killed a bug in the room. I cleaned slimes on the toilet. The room was covered with dust. There is no water in the room and they sell 2Euro per bottle water on the reception.
Pros: Silencios hotel.
Cons: Enter in the hotel.
Pros: Clean rooms and proximity to transport
Cons: Room was a little squishy with 3 people and 3 suitcases
Pros: Position of hotel, close to metro station and downtown
Cons: Breakfast to be improved
Pros: Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.
Cons: The advertised free wifi was unbelievably frustrating. Kicked in and out for all in our party during the entire stay. Appears they are attempting to get additional payment for upgrading the wifi.
Pros: Near to central station and 15 minute walk from Corsa Como. Very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Rooms fairly modern and comfortable. Reception very nice and bar/food service very useful. Live Premier league football shown at night also. Very good value for money.
Cons: Nothing, satisfied with service provided by hotel.
Cons: Hidden charges and not telling the customer about it. They charged 20 euros for a parking that was supposed to be included
Pros: Everything was good

Cons: Nothing at all everything excellent

Cons: No restaurant, no breakfast available. Location is not 2.3 Km from the airport, it is more than 7 and route isn’t so simple. Room temperature
Pros: We arrived early and they prioritized housekeeping to have our room ready. Also sweets, apples and fresh snacks in reception and on our floor. Fab pizza restaurant opposite
Pros: Clean and close-ish to the airport
Cons: The shuttle service was an extra cost and 25 euro was a lot for a short trip. They should not advertise that they have a shuttle service if it has to be paid for as extra.
Pros: Close to Linate airport
Pros: Noisy rooms, did not sleep well. One towel for 2. Issues with WiFi
Pros: Nothing. This hotel is very bad place.
Cons: Is not true that the hotel is on 1.9 km from the airport. The hotel is more rhan 10 km from the airport. Not is true that the hotel have shuttle. If you want shuttle, hotels staff will call a taxi and the price is more than 25 euro to the airport. The furniture in the hotel are old. Near to the hotel there only 1 restorant who is working after 19:00.

Pros: It was very clean.

Pros: spa was ok room clean and averaged
Cons: slow staff and rude cooked breakfast stone cold no there to tell
Pros: You got to have your car or take the hotel shuttle to the city. Free parking in the hotel.
Cons: Located in a new industrial/offices area.
Cons: Everything was bad
Pros: Reception staff for the were friendly and helpful, especially Manuel, who checked us in on the first day, (Friday Jan 31st 2020).
Cons: Unfortunately the food served for breakfast was below standard. The scrambled eggs were cold and watery. The bacon was overcooked and soggy. The rice was luke warm. I expected more of a selection of hoot food for breakfast, given how much it cost. Also, the machine to make toast took approx 10 mins and at least three times of putting the bread through before it toasted. I also arrived 15 mins early for dinner on the final night, but staff advised me that it's too early and I'd need to come back. I felt they could have maybe suggested I visit the bar and have a drink while I wait, but they didn't. I realised that it was because nobody was at the bar. Instead of waiting, my wife and I searched on TripAdvisor and visited a restaurant just 15 mins away by car. I did briefly take a look around the gym, but it had a stale smell, and sparse facilities.
With a stay at Radisson Blu Milan in Milan (Villapizzone), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Fiera Milano City and 5 minutes from Arco della Pace. Featured amenities include express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 13 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location is good to get to most places and the public transport is close. The rooms are good size.
Cons: Problems with cleanliness. When we checked in the trash had not been taken out. We had some issues because we made a change to the reservation due to coronavirus outbreak, and they did not clean our room for two days. Did not come to clean, did not change the bedding or towels - and when we got back to ask them they said no one was available to clean at that time, both days this happened. When I complained, they were not apologetic just said it was because we had changed the reservation they did not clean on check out days. Also note that even though booking.com says all taxes are included in the price, they will still charge a tourist tax per day at checkout.
Pros: Very good breakfast and very nice Staff in the restaurant. Nice, big room and bathroom.
Cons: All the hotel needs to be refreshed, you can feel years pasted there … Swimming pool not in good condition. Honestly, the worst Radisson Blu I have visited. Not close to center of the Milano. And hotel costs too much with all of this inconvenience.
Pros: The room is spacious and the view is perfect Stuff and especially Sidy was very attentive
Cons: More attention to the Mini bar..they didnt refill it.
Pros: Swimming facilities clean rooms and breakfast
Cons: Restaurant service was not good very slow and day 2 food poorly done getting wrong order
Pros: Staff is very helpful. Give me guide to the city, helped me with train booking and tram tickets. Breakfast is fantastic. The pool and gem.
Pros: Good location, Nice breakfast. The spa and the pool were very nice.
Cons: Nothing to complain
Pros: Clean rooms, nice elegant design of rooms, lobby area and restaurant. Comfortable beds, nice gym and sauna. Friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to train, not very far from city by train villapizzone station.
Cons: Restaurant is ridiculously expensive. You would pay exactly double as what you would pay at any other restaurant in Milano. Pros: Good hotel with good breakfast staff is very good! thank you
Pros: The position is great. With a metro station and excellent dinner locations nearby.
Cons: The cleaning was done superficially. Plastic bags and used tea bags were not collected. Not all towels were replaced.
Pros: the most amazing breakfast
Pros: Staff, room size, view, breakfast, location, price
Pros: Front desk staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was clean and sufficient. Location can´t be beat, I was able to walk everywhere, and if I couldn´t, there is a metro stop directly outside hotel. There was a kettle and fridge/mini bar in my room. Overall good experience.
Cons: Cleaning staff were... aggressive? They kept trying to come into my room, even when I asked for no cleaning, then I got a letter slipped under my door to basically ask if I was really sure that I did not want any cleaning. They would knock on the door, but only at the same time as unlocking it - I had no time to react! I felt like I had no privacy. Maybe I am just used to Air BNB, but I found the whole thing quite odd. The cleaning woman who kept trying to get into my room was working breakfast buffet the next day, she was not very kind to me when I asked for a proper coffee (they have available something called ´American instant coffee made with chicory root´. There was a kettle in my (single) room along with instant coffee and a cheap plastic disposable cup. Would prefer a real mug (more sustainable and much nicer to drink from) and a coffee maker. As previous reviewers mentioned, the place is definitely dated, but it was much better kept than I expected. There was a chair in my room which had clearly been repaired, with nails sticking out of it and marks on the wood (probably from repair tools). It looked as if it was repaired by a child.
