Pros: Wi Fi, and electronics on doors , lighting, Desirable if you have a car and wish to escape from the bustle of city life.
Cons: Not easily accessible, No it is not in Venice. It is in Venice Province easily 20 + kilometers from the airport. Buses are few and far between. Countryside ambience. We are still nursing insect bites although we did not go out but again this is summer.
Pros: Le camere sono molto comode e pulite. Se siete in macchina è una buona opzione per visitare Venezia e risparmiare "qualche" euro.
Pros: Excellent Place and really nice staff.
Cons: Nothing to Complain.
Pros: the service, cleanliness, location
Cons: Nothing to say.

The hotel and the staff was great. Breakfast was very good. We ate one dinner across the street at the restaurant that they owned and operated and the food was very good. One of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest hotel we have stayed at in Italy. The only downside is that it is pretty far from Venice if that is where one was going on vacation. By car not too bad but if a bus is needed it makes for a long trip.
Pros: The friendliness of the staff. On our day of departure it was raining and we had to get to the airport. Without hesitation they offered to drive us to the airport which was quite a distance away. Tried to pay upon arrival at the airport and they refused.
Cons: It was quite a distance from the bus stop. They took us to the bus stop by car at no charge but the ride to Venice was more than just a few minutes.
