Good restaurant, staff friendly and helpful. Located between Fontainebleu and Orleans with easy access to both. Good value for the money. Large grounds and dog friendly.
friendly and helpfull staff verry clean and well presented rooms, very good evening meal and breakfast no english speaking tv chanels
Very nice rooms, and staff very accommodating to the demands of two very tired children and two frazzled parents.
The general level of comfort and decor. The friendleness of the staff was very good and it was certainly very clean. I also liked the obvious choice of good quality fitting out i.e bathroom facilities, a good - hot and simple shower - high spec windows, let you know that quality was a goal. So often enonomies make hotel rooms look cheap and shabby - not so here. The room proportions could have been a little more generous - it was small. We could also have done with in-room tea & coffee facilities.
The hotel was situated in a quiet location, but easy to find, after a long drive. The staff were welcoming and the rooms comfortable. The food was good. The restaurant service was poor
Close to Pithiviers. Easy to find. Crisp bed linen. Modern Bathroom. Some English spoken. Friendly Staff. Triple room quite small.
Everything!! The bed was very comfortable.
Was clean, comfortable & quiet; parking close by. Showering facility very difficult to use - meant water spilled from bath screen on to floor. Extract fan not working. Service access to pipework left open under basin with no cover.
La Scala is not your usual hotel with stuff on site 24hrs/day. It's not a hotel that also has a restaurant, but vice versa. In fact, when we arrived (earlier than the check-in time), we thought that the place is shut down completely. All it took is a phone call - a woman arrived 5 min later and checked us in. The suite was big and clean - overall very nice. Having a kitchenette in the room was very convenient too. Nice breakfast in the room. They also didn't mind that we checked out a bit later. I'd stay there again! It would be appreciated if there was a better (more visible) sign, instructing visitors on what to do if there is no personnel present.
I liked the Chateaux. Calm Area. Good Breakfast / Diner. Rooms were clean, with fine furniture. We had our rooms in the outbilding with an rustic ambiance. Service was good.
Friendly staff and lovely setting. Accommodation very comfortable. No outside seating besides on food terrace. Golf players tend to be a bit intrusive at certain times.
location-parking-staff-room-bathroom-internet access---food- the rental clubs available for use on their golf course were sub-standard at best----with the availability of club sets either at the golf warehouse stores or on sites such as ebay these were not acceptable for use on a fine golf course as they have there.
The overall surroundings and hotel its self was lovely, even fantastic. The restuarant was very much over priced for what you got and we eat all over France! We requested a twin room for two men on business and was allocated a double room which they would not change. Another room had to be taken which I thought was a disgusting attitude and will never stay here again despite its overall appeal.
