The manager told us over and over 'this is your home.' It was comfortable and secure. We enjoyed it immensely. Trujillo is an amazing place to visit, and Hotel Casa de Orellana just added to the magic of the place!

Cons: Free internet but wifi was only available in one of the common areas. Breakfast was included - it was a bit limited, but the fresh squeezed orange juice was good!

Cons: Bar staff didn't know how to deal with Hotel clients, bills, registering and couldn't speak english and didnt go find anybody that could. Had to ask Spanish speaking people for help and left decidedly worried I had paid but the management might not know. She didnt know how to use card and I paid cash.
