Pros: The villa is located literally next to the lovely small cove with a sandy beach which is not very crowded. The views are stunning, you can sunbathe till the last rays of sunshine on the sunbeds outside the villa. Plus there is a super cute white cat that makes the place feel like home.

Pros: We stay only 2 days in amassing villa with such a beautiful view .The villa is front beach with private stairs . The garden is organizes with seating area ,dinning area , sun beds ,clean and with shades. The house has super equipes kitchen .We feel like at home . Perfect 2 days We travel with 2 motobikes .House has a private parking place

Pros: The "villa" is on a beautiful spot, next to the sea. The house is cosy and very tastefully made, you feel like home. Giangiacomo is a kind person, though we've very rarely seen each other during our 3 day stay.

Cons: As others mentioned before: there's a natural humidity in the house because of the closeness of the sea which can be embarrassing to some people - not me.
