Located in the center of the quaint historical village of Guéméne sur scorff, this beautiful 17thC guest house/ Chambre d’hotes has been restored with huge amounts of dedication. Above our very own bistro/restaurant, Aux Sabots Rouges, we offer 4 charming bedrooms that have been specifically designed, styled and decorated by us, with luxury and comfort as a priority. You are booking ROOM TWO. Seen in the photos. If you require more rooms contact us directly, or re-enter the site looking up- Chambre Aux Sabots Rouges- room one; room three; or room four. Each room is equipped with its own en-suite/bathroom with private toilet, LED flat screen TV, free wifi connection, a bed of 180cm x 200cm, coffee and tea making facilities. At an additional cost, guest have the choice of a continental breakfast (7.50€), or a cooked full English breakfast (9.50€), prepared in our professional kitchen and includes fresh coffee from the restaurant professional coffee machine. On request, we offer special luxury hampers for those special occasions, including, flowers, champagne and our own handmade chocolates set up in your room for arrival. NOTE: at an additional cost we can include a COT (10€ per stay) or a single fold out bed for a child- 12yrs or below (20€per night).Please arrange this with us directly before arrival. Surrounded by the local bars & restaurants, boulangeries, shops, banks & supermarkets, this is a perfect place for those who would like a getaway and enjoy the option of being close to amenities & with plenty of options to explore the countryside & coast. There are a number of beautiful walks to the surrounding countryside right from the doorstep. Cyclist routes are close by with the Nante Brest Canal just north from us. The beautiful beaches along the south Brittany coastline are only a 45minute drive away & the north coast is just over an hour away. Lac du Guerledan is only 30minutes up the road & offers many activities; from relaxing and sunning yourself, to messing about in the water, canoeing, bike riding to taking one of many magnificent walks. This is the ideal location to explore what Brittany has to offer. For lunch and in the evenings guest have the choice of dining in our very own Aux Sabots Rouges, which is located just down stairs, or four other restaurants in the village. There are also four other bars- one that has live music on the odd occasion. Perfect for an evening out with no taxis involved or having to designate a driver. There are also fantastic dining possibilities within the area- 10- 20 minutes drive away- that we can happy recommend. NOTE: we have a private room where we can store bikes, for those bike riders who wish to stay en route.
Pros: The property was full of character, and was beautifully presented by the owners who were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The decor and interior design is delightful and fresh and the bed and linen top quality. Breakfast, (additional cost) was generous and coffee was good. 'Ash' was a good communicator and we will try the restaurant on another visit! There was parking in the square opposite and our bicycles were secured inside the property.
Cons: We couldn't find the owners to check in on arrival and had to seek the help of a nearby shop owner. All was fine in the end and the welcome was warm.

Located in Ploerdut, La Fontaine Airmeth is within a 15-minute drive of Maison de la Chauve-Souris and Drukpa Plouray. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, a library, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Wonderful place. Helpful, friendly hosts. Loved that they were happy to show us their bees and honey processing (brought some of their delicious honey home). Had a tranquil, restful evening here on the last night of our holiday (en route to Roscoff ferry) and it was so lovely here that it really made for a fantastic, memorable ending. Lots of special touches around the property and fabulous breakfast.

Set in the village of Le Croisty, this bed and breakfast is just 13 km from Le Faouët and Guemene-sur-Scorff. Guests can enjoy traditional Breton crepes for breakfast or use the fully equipped communal kitchen. The rooms at Le Stang feature views of the garden, free Wi-Fi access and an en suite bathroom. The attic rooms are light and airy with light wood panelling. The property also offers free access to its communal lounge, where there is a TV and a CD player and the kitchen area, which includes a refrigerator, microwave and oven. Free private parking is possible on site and the area is ideal for walking and fishing. Other local attractions include Lorient, 40 km from the B&B, Pont Scorff Zoo and Larmor Beach.
