There were two nice swimming-pools location, to far from balaton lake to crowdy would like to have a bath and a shower Price minibar to high
It's a super hotel for families travelling with (young) childeren. Our kids (1 and 3) had an absolutely wonderful time and if they have a good time we have a good time!
Complet international breakfast. Swimming pool. It is not a 4 stars hotel. Old bath, old and mini TV.
location,modern, clean, professional slightly sparse
Breakfast offered variety, swimming pool and thermal pool it was overpriced for what it had to offer.
I like swwiming in the pool , eating the breakfeast ,
Wifi Internet is free in the Lobby The town is very quiet. Restaurants close at 10 pm
The air conditioning did not cool the room and the hotel did not have any fans. The TV was a very small 9" or 12" and the restaurant was buffet only. If you are not on half-board or full board, the staff did not know how to charge customers. The front desk also charged my credit card even though I told them I would be paying cash upon checking out. Not much English is spoken at the hotel. This was also more like a 3 star hotel versus 4 star. Loads of tour buses stayed here during our stay.
The staff was really helpful speaking all the required languages, the cousin was good, the medical service - excellent. We also liked all the pools, especially thermal ones. The hotel is good both with families with children and senior people - quietness and relax. Not oriented on young audience, though.
Everything made to make parents'life easy (swiiming pool for children, play area, baby sitters, chairs and beds) Surprise about additional beds I thought were already includined in the price
the view from the window (including the lake), the possibility of watching a Russian TV channel, the warm passage between the hotel and St.Andrash balneocentre, a rose presented to every woman on the International Women's Day dull interior design, reluctance and inability of most of the staff to speak a foreign language, except German, too much salt and vinegar in local quisine
the facilietes, the staff because must pay for parking place and the hotel need to be renovated
i liked nothing
everyone helpful, food good, central. good views (hence name), v good lifts, good value couldnt take water into dinner
I like the Hotel and will visit again No
I liked my room. All aspects of the room, the wardrobe, the bathroom, the service with clean towels and bathrobes every day. I liked my balcony with its view over the town. Some of the staff were very unhelpful - at the bar - the staff did not smile or look welcoming as I arrived as a tourist who had never visited Hungary. There was a reluctance to speak English and a preference for German The staff were not confident in using English
The hotel is located just in front of the Hévízi gyógytó. You just pass the path to get there. The spa in the hotel is good. The room is clean enough and breakfast is aloso good. The staff is also nice. They gave us welcome drink, a glass of champagne and a 3 hours ticket for Hévízi gyógytó. Nothing specially.
I like everything I like everything
nice, pleasant, quiet, good food breakfast and dinner, close to Lake Heviz more parking, all inclusive
Swimming Pool, breakfast, friendly receptionist, good value for money including halfboard Staff from the restaurant not so friendly
There is nice swimmingpool, jacuzzi, sauna & relaxing room in the hotel.Good size rooms with balcony. Close to the thermal lake. Rich buffet breakfast. Bedlinen are old & not very clean. Towels are not changed every day. In the massageroom laud radio music. Should be relaxing CD on.
Room was very clean and spacious. Good furniture. Very good breakfast. Not comfortable mattress. No restourant or bar at night time just minibar in room, but it's not enougt. I was hungry.
The breakfast was good. Nice to have pool and sauna on site. The robes were also nice as well as having a terrace. The facilities closed too early. Would have been nice to have the ability to go to the pool and sauna at night. Both closed at 8:00.
Nice swimming pool. Nice breakfast. Very spacious bedroom. The hotel is situated near the thermal lake and also the pedestrian area where the shops and the restaurants are. Staff need to study other European languages. Very difficult to communicate with hotel staff (I speak 4 languages and am used to travelling but this was a real challange!). On the website the restaurant of the hotel is highly reccomended, but when we asked to dine we were told that dinner was not available (quite disconcerting since we could see people eating in the restaurant). It turned out that we were supposed to book in advance, but that was not specified in the hotel description.
we enjoyed food and location only short distance to the thermal lake checking in is starting from 14:00 everyday however when we arrived at15;00 our room was not ready and we had to wait 1 hour to be accomodated.
We were there only one night and impression is very nice - very good location, helpfull staff, large and clean room. We will come again. We were in the room which is under the roof but roof windows are not equiped by light blinds what makes longer morning sleeping almost impossible.
very clean, helpful staff, excellent location
I really Enjoyed my trip and i am setacfied from Hotel. It was really Good. Thanks for all....
Hotel is set in lovely grounds, well looked after. The spa facilities are excellent and though the area could do with renovation, i loved the indoor pool with proper un-filered spa water. The new wellness centre is fun - a bit short on space but it works, and the pool that leads out from it is just great fun with the whirlpool and jacussi bits. One of the only hotel lobbies i have ever stayed in that actually was used. Food was plentiful but to me a little tasteless and very much had that mass produced flavour. One could eat well though on just the salads, and most people seemed to be enjoying the food - i just go for quality rather than quantity. One or two silly rules, eg no-one allowed in the garden area after 6pm. however when i spoke to the manager about this he was very pleasant and immediately recified this. Would ideally have been nearer the town but there you don't have the lovely grounds and there is a tourist train which one can use - though it is not cheap.
The main staff members - reception, managers etc - were great. One of two of the minor ancillary staff were less pleasant but most were fine. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the bed good, though the quality of the furnishings reflect a poorer European country. The spa facilities were very good, much better than i would have expected for a 3* hotel. Main reception areas were pleasant. Main staff mainly spoke adequate English. I checked out several of the other hotels including some 4* ones while I was in Heviz, but ended up feeling I had made the right choice. Although I had only booked for 1 night i stayed for 3 and went back again for another 4 at end of holiday. The cooked dishes in the buffet breakfasts and dinner were rather what you would have expected - lots of quantity and good variety but mass produced so without the flavour and quality of freshly produced food. Less spices and flavour than I for one would have liked. However the ancillary dishes were very varied and very good. Good selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, salads, fruit etc with both meals so one could eat really well without touching the main hot dishes. There were lots of TV channels - but not one in English - all were Hungarian or German. I would have preferred to have been nearer the main town and lake but taxis in and out were not too expensive - about 4 Euros each way - and it was only a 15 minute walk
The shower and the view. The bed and the toilets
very Pleasant place and absolutely Great Personal, will definetly come back and stay again. You can use for free of charge Bicycles, internet, carpark and grill.
Guests´ parking lot, bicycles available, relatively quite location, nice staff respecting the fact, that the villa is not equiped by air-condition system, at least a fan in each room would be fine , in order to survive hot nights
Very quiet place, very big room, very helpful staff (good english and a bit of italian spoken), lot of discounts in the shops and restaurants of Héviz if sleeping here (the staff will provide you with a full list of them) nothing at all
Our host was very cordial. The location was convenient and the room was clean and a good value. Nothing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped, with nice balcony. Internal and safe car-park.
It is a beautiful hotel in a good location. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful. Their 'wellness facilities' should have been included in the room rate as it was quite high. It doesn't have a swimming pool but we thought using the steam room and jacuzzi etc would make up for this.
The friendliness of the staff; breakfast is excellent; quiet location; near to the centre of the town
Excelent staff, breakfast, room.
Staff keen to help, smaller friendly quiet hotel, quiet location, nice size room, clean- paid attention to detail. No tea/coffee facilities in room, not all staff spoke English but they tried hard to commincate. Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but I appreciate they do tend to prefer harder beds overseas.
Good choice of facilities Nothing
Only the sweeming pool They just try to extract money from customers for their poor services. It is really a cheating hotel. I am sure no body want to go back after first experiance. I will never recommend to any one.
The large indoor swimming pool No tea making in the rooms , single beds and a extra 60 pounds per night for a room that has a double bed , breakfast , evening dinner / lack of fish dishes , half way through a manicure having to go back to the room to find local cash with wet nails which i thought was being charged to our room . sky high prices for well being treatments , little English spoken ,
Wellness and Spa area is perfect! The meal is very nice and sufficient! It's realy worth the many they take! The room is really not more than 2 star, but nice and clean. On the main enterance's side a bit too noisy, so we'd change the room. It has no facilities for children (babysitter, playground, child-room) at all.
hotel has exellent facilities to relax, get medical treatment. breakfast could be better : more healthy salads; better juce selection
Thermalbath, sauna and swimming pool
super breakfast Unfriendly receptionists including car park clerk. As european living in USA, tourist related businesses could learn a lot from the American on how to treat customers( they are friendlier and helpful, never rude). The worst service comes always from 4 stars hotels.
It is a superb hotel and I have stayed there on several occasions. Value for money with excellent facilities.
Accessing and leaving the secure parking area was not very convenient. Sometimes the barcode reader wouldn't read my parking ticket. Other times the gates were open and it just seemed to be hit or miss.
the actual spa stuff was good everything else was a disappointment. i know its out of season but if this will affect our trip we should know in advance
We liked the actual spa procedures - mud packs and massage. The rooms were also good. The quality of food was really poor, and the hotel - rather old.
Buffet, SPA, Cleen room One of the buffet staff was so mean to us maybe because of our races.Other staffs were so nice.
The trip was a present to my parents, who are VERY picky people. If they were satisfied, be sure you will be too!!!
Air condition was missing
swimming pool for our baby
Breakfast was delicious, and a wide choice was available. The treatments were superb, very high quality. The reduction in treatments available at the weekend. We were not advised of this prior to booking our long weekend there.
I like sweemeeng pools,landscapes,breakfirsts.
great hotel good bathes great sauna
Bell boys did not bring our baggages, only said "Hello" and "Bye". The omelet of the breakfast that I had eaten at this hotel was the lowest omelet in eating. (However, that might not have been an omelet. )
Very comfortable hotel. Excellent food.
We just stayed one night, so I can refer to this place only as a hotel experience and not as a spa. The staff was super nice - one of the best I have experienced so far -, the breakfast was good, but the hotel is nothing special otherwise. I would give it a 3/4star rating rather than a 5 star based on my 5star worldwide experiences. The hotel room was too warm at night and the air conditioning doesn't work properly, even if I set the temperature to 15 degrees Celsius, and to full fan speed it was the same temperature as before, except the vent was very loud. Poor choice of TV channels (only CNN in English), no internet access.
The Rogner Lotus Therme is a perfect getaway, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a relaxing environment. I highly recommend it!
Very nice hotel in a beautiful surroundings.
the facilities were good, the hotel is a bit tired and not 5 star,a good floor show. the air conditioning was poor, the treatments were fully booked.
Very satisfied with everything there !!
Excellent place to just relax and chill out. Great for the kids as well, esp. the pool area. Rooms and relatively big and clean. Excellent pool, thermal bath and sauna facilities. Breakfast was very busy and food was not really cooked properly (eg. bacon). Definitely does not live up to an otherwise 5 star location/facility.
Awesome breakfast. Huge room and nice balcony. 5 minute walk from pubs if you cut through next to cba supermarket near the europa hotel and only about 15 minute walk from the thermal spa. Really nice hotel, would definitely recommend! The holder for shower head was broken. The receptionist said we couldn't get wifi in our room on the 2nd floor even though we could pick up 3 bars of signal. She gave us a cable to use the internet in the reception but we just plugged it into the phone socket in our room and it was fine. These things weren't massive problems though and I'm sure with a bit more effort with the lagauge barrier we probably could have got the network key for the wifi. Overall I would definitely stay here again!
I had a very large room that was very clean and well maintained. The hotel was in a quiet location but within 5 minutes walk of the nearest restaurants.
friendly staff, convenience, price should have asked for an airconditioned room - our fault
Excellent breakfast and Location. Easy to go out town centre and furdo. No air conditioning but they have electric fan it was ok.
Registration of all dishes was excellent with the big imagination. The meal was various, qualitative and tasty. The restaurant pure, cosy and elegant, in all is felt high art taste. The hotel obviously applies for 4 stars. no
A little hard to find, but prior guests' comments on your website were helpful. Lovely very large well appointed room with refrigerator and large bath. Outstanding breakfast. Limited but adequate parking the night we were there due to a bus with a group. Nothing
Very nice attitude of stuff, good location, nice room, nice food. Nothing especially.
Hotel Sante is a great option in the Heviz area. The hotel is very newly built, with modern amenities and well appointed, large rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a quiet, residential location, not far from the main attraction in Heviz (the thermal lake). The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the thermal lake in Heviz; however, it is not an unpleasant or unreasonable walk, especially given the excellent value and quality of the hotel. Most of the hotels involve at least some walking to the lake, and none match the quality and good price of the Hotel Sante.
A small freindly hotel in a good location to experience Heiviz. Staff were all very accomadating and the facilites were good. Excellent value for money.
a nice little hotel
Good staff, nice breakfast, comfortable location modest design
Closeness to everything
health related matters no coffee or tea making facilities
the breakfast time no parking facilitys
we liked buffet breakfast, assortment of teas at the bar, tea china. staff were very supportive and with good sence of humor
It was central to all activities, and extremely close to the Thermal springs. It needed to be sign posted better, we had great difficulty in finding the hotel. It was a bit misleading when you put Danbius beta hotel park as when you get there it is called Park hotel. It would have been nice if someone on reception could speack english.
Personnel at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The bed sheets were smelling stale and we worn off.
we only stayed at park hotel for two days, we had an offer which included a free entrance per person at the spa in the vicinity. the hotel was nice, very good location, superb terrace, clean rooms, a bit old fashioned but ok nevertheless..the reception staff very helpful. per all, fair hotel but to be honest if it were not for the spa we would have chosen a better accommodation unit as for the down side, no parking spaces and the city officials had the incredible idea to tax every parking space in heviz, no free parking...however there is a dude which offers parking for 7 euros per day approx. , if you park on public domain is a little bit more....the rooms could use a little cosmetics and above all AC....there is only a fan that is not sufficient for the hot summer days and nights..only a few tv channels and old tv sets
Good location, very pleasant staff. Was a bit old and outdated. The entrance was unclear and a bit difficult to find. Breakfast was not very fresh or varied.
A charming place.
Breakfast and dinner = 10 !!! Hotel lies quietly apart from the centre of the village. (This implies the use of your car of having a couple of healthy legs.) Beautifull view over the village and surroundings. We booked this hotel as the temperature was high and Booking.com mentioned that airco was available. Upon arrival we found out that there was no airco at all... We complained and a reduction was agreed of 10 Euro a day. The reduction was not given. There were about 10 of the same possibilities to be found in the same street, not to say how many apartments and rooms were free in the village for much more less than the price paid.
The hotel staff did not speak much English. The details given about the hotel was deceptive - there is no health farm on site. When we contacted the hotel prior to our visit we were told we could book a massage but when we got to the hotel we were told it was closed and they could not tell us whether it was open the next day.
Nothing Hotel needs renovation
room with sauna, turkish bath, big jacuzzi-like bathub quite old furnitures, restaurant quality can be improved
Central location, helpful staff.
good atmosphere, excellent breakfast, comfortable and warm room [it was November], friendly & efficient staff . 10 out of 10. Thanks, oh & good location. there was nothing we didnt like about the hotel or our stay. Cant now remember the reviews we read as regards below but do not see how anyone could fault it.
