9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were great. Super friendly, bilingual, helpful, welcoming. We were in the area for a Blue Festival. They are a walk away so that made the stay that much more convenient. I wish we had more time to stay there. It would have been great to swim in their crystal clear heated pool. The king room was perfect. AC would have been an added bonus but a fan helped as it was pretty warm. Both of the owners were gracious. The breakfast was perfect. Local foods to try and a little touch of Quebec culture intertwined with friendly hosts. No complaints at all. We will stay there again.

Pros: Our room was comfortable. There was secure parking for our bikes, a wash line for our clothes and a lovely porch for relax on. We also had dinner there. Superb! Breakfast was wonderful as well. Pros: Gorgeous building on lovely property. Friendly welcome. Every room differently decorated. Art and antiques galore. (Dinner not provided on site, but owner recommended and reserved for us at nearby La Ferme restaurant with outstanding food) Delicious breakfast, including fresh fruit with maple cream. You could spend hours looking at the collection of ceramic pigs and chickens in the dining room alone! Lots of fun.
Cons: Our room was located over the cold room which had a fan or other motor running all night so we didn't get a great night's sleep. It is the only twin-bedded room at the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The old Inn is very well kept and interesting in its classic styling. We slept to the sound of a small waterfall next to the property. The room was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic.

Pros: everything is ok
Cons: missing the tooth brush
7.5 Good
Pros: We made a last minute booking in the evening, so I phoned the owner to make sure things would be ok. He was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. He told me there was no AC, but offered to get the fan from The room across the hall. We both tried to see how to cancel my reservation.. but since it was last minute It would have been full room Rate loss. So we opted to stay in. Hope the 2 fans would do the job!! Since the owners could not be there in the morning, we were not able to assess their breakfast...They were very kind and sent us to the bakery down the street where we got a fair breakfast :toasts, cretons, jam ,beans &coffee Overall a well located B&B, bright well equipped studio with kitchenette charming hosts( over the phone)
Cons: We made a last minute booking in the evening, so I phoned the owner to make sure things would be ok. Unfortunately , even with 2 fans we could barely sleep because of the heat. ( temp of room reached 27..)The room Across the hall was empty that night and much cooler and so, we kept our studio door open all night to let some air in..since the owners do not live on sight, and could not be there in the morning, we were not able to assess their breakfast. Overall:poor sleep, very hot room ( Quebec room) which even though I would have booked earlier.. would not have changed the room temperature . It is very unfortunate that the owner could not cancel the reservation from his side..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Description completely matched the facilities available. Place was cozy, clean, and comfortable.

Pros: Very nice room with kitchenette and private bath. Sonya was very warm and welcoming host.
Cons: No air conditioning on probably the hottest day of the summer although a fan provided some relief.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, family-friendly host,. More than excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, pancakes etc. Appartment is very spacious and would easily fit for a whole family with kids (we booked an extra room, which made it even more spacious, but would not have been necessary). The perfect place for a family.

6.3 Good
Pros: Cute Inn, friendly welcome. We did not dine there, visiting family in area so only there to sleep. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean with a great view. Inn was very quiet so great for sleeping.
Cons: The only thing that bothered us was the size of the room: it was very small. It appeared OK when we first arrived but after 2 nights (stayed 4 nights) we realized just how small it was. Stayed in Rm#3, queen bed, small bench (we used for our luggage), small chair, small closet (2 winter coats filled it). Had to walk sideways (between bed and wall) in order to get into bed. Tiny bathroom but functional - just.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast with a superb view of the lake.
Cons: A folding chair in the room would be an interesting addition as the bed is rather high and cannot substitute for a chair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Access to beautiful surrounding areas as seen in my Instagram @film_adventure instagram.com/film_adventure
Cons: Having booked only two days for so much to see in the area. Will add to my list for future adventures including spring and fall!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved that we could just take the canoe or kayak and explore the lake at any moment we wanted and for free. The breakfast was very nice and with a personal touch. With the hottub facility and the beautiful view of the lake we got a real holiday feeling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the lake from the room which though small was adorable and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our breakfast discussions with the owner as well as biking and hiking in the area.
Cons: The mattress in room 5 needs to be replaced as it sinks towards the centre. OK for a couple of nights but tough on the back for longer than that but otherwise everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were so many facilities at the hotel. We spent the day on the lake, in the canoe and in the pedalo. The hotel had a beautiful view over the lake and was just a short drive to the nearest town with lovely restaurants. Guillaume was a wonderful host and we will definitely stay with him again. We stayed in the Queen suite and it suited me and my father - and would also suit a small family.
7.5 Good
Pros: The lake view the mountain as a background is beautiful from the room or the spa.
Cons: The breakfast was very average and the room very small. We went to do some sport and it was not obvious to try our clothes. We heard people next door and the washing machine dowstairs.

6.8 Good
Pros: Free parking and free breakfast
Cons: Too far from the city of Quebec No pool
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It is like a motel and a hotel where we could park our car right besides our room and it was easy to unload the baggage from the car or leave the stuff inside the car and retrieve when we needed. The parking is free and so is the breakfast for the same cost we paid for the room. This is an added bonus closer to a big city. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sarah of the front desk helped in locating the hotel when we found difficulty with our GPS.
Cons: It is located a little far from the down town or the Old City of Quebec. In fact some GPS does not work with the city name under Quebec and it has to be L'Ancienne-Lo. This was a problem in locating the property with GPS assistance.

Cons: on going flood in the back parking behind rooms 109 to 115 where we stayed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The coffee in the room was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. I wasn't sure about staying at a hotel that has a back door for you to park outside your room but it ended up being extremely convenient.
Cons: The air conditioning in our room went out in the middle of the night the last two nights, and the cleaning staff will replace your towels even if you hang them up.

Cons: Location Breakfast poor

Pros: The staff was very friendly and greeted us warmly. The proximity to restaurants and other stores was very convenient. The rooms seemed clean (although I couldn't tell from the dark carpet).
Cons: Our rooms were on the ground floor. They were long and narrow, and in black concrete. Everything was black. Even the bathroom was black and dark! Who came up with the decor and the design of this place?! The darkness in the room made me uncomfortable (even after turning on every single light in the room)

Cons: Rooms are directly above the kareoke bar, and I arrived on kareoke night (Friday night). Music playing til 1am very audible though the floor.

6.3 Good
Pros: Access to room from two sides, parking location is very convenient and the hotel was quite and clean. Staff was nice and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was very average and the walk-in closet door handle was missing. Both of the access doors to the room needs to be pull really hard to open/close. The location is in the outskirts and so everything is closed very early in the surrounding.
7.5 Good
Pros: Upgrade in lock system. They still using old one. Need to change into fob.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were in the new section of the hotel and the room was really nice and brain new. The location at the Ancienne Lorette in Quebec was perfect for our activity near Quebec center. And also, the people who (bienvenue) us and people who work at, were nice.
Cons: Nothing at all.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Having both interior and exterior access to my room was a plus, since I'm somewhat mobility-impaired. Desk staff at least seemed concerned when I described negatives to them.
Cons: There was no functioning exterior lighting outside my room (119), nor within 3 m of the door. This made it difficult to find the keyhole, while carrying bags. Inside the room... When I (finally) found and clicked the wall switch closest to the door, the room stayed dark. After gingerly feeling the walls for other switches, I finally found one that lit the room -- near the bathroom / interior hallway door on the far side. It then took quite a while to methodically figure out what each switch did -- and I never figured out what the one right next to the bed did. Turns out the switch near the door was connected to another switch on the other side of the room -- and both controlled *one* socket on the outlet near the bedside table, into which the table lamp was plugged. "Quirky", to say the least. Bottom line: if the lamp is switched off -- and, apparently, the housekeepers always did just that -- the switches did nothing, and you had to make your way, in the dark, to another lamp to get any light in the room. Neither the interior, nor exterior doors had dead-bolt locks, and the exterior one lacked the back-up provided by a chain or one of those long u-shaped things. The desk staff, however, tried to reassure me by saying the area was "very safe". Finally, the faucet / spout of the shower/tub was on the far wall -- not on one of the side walls -- so one could not adjust temp/volume from outside the tub (shower head was on a side wall, though). Nothing potentially dangerous, just annoying.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was big and furnished. Washroom was clean.
Cons: Pool wayer was not clear. My son gave up awimming. Wifi so slow and painfull. Expensive .
4.5 Okay
Pros: Was not what I expected for the money paid. Breakfast was a joke. Beds were not comfortable. I would never stay there again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Service from Staff was great Great continental breakfast. Kitchen staff worked hard to keep the food supplied for the large amount of hotel guest. Lots of parking
Cons: The light outside my door didn’t work There was no turn crank to open our window and there was no screen on the window to prevent bugs from coming in Didn’t have a toilette paper handle Mold on bathtub tiles Broken toilette seat The pool area was full of overgrown weeds ( does not look like online pictures) Numerous amounts of old stained mattresses littering two separate areas of the property. One being right near the pool.

Pros: Location
Cons: Expensive for what you get
