8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent views and lovely touches fantastic dinner terrace with great food. Friendly attentive staff. Great views from rooms although our family terrace had no view.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive Eur 18 pp irrespective of what you had. Location was in Lama with only one other restaurant and best amenities at l’il Rousse were 30 mins. Nearest beach 20 mins plus 10 mins walk. Because if this people tended to leave during dat so was quite quiet. Due by day. My children are grown up and wouldn’t think it would suit a young family.
6.7 Good
Pros: Landscape
Cons: Atention
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and hotel is amazing and you can see that the owner has a fantastic eye for style, design, architecture, interior design. The parking lot is a bit below the hotel and it is a quite steep way. However, they pick up you and your luggage with a golf cart, which is really nice and convenient. The complex offers everything you need (breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool, drinks). View is breathtaking. Breakfast offers everything we needed. The 2 young people serving during dinner, were really nice, forthcoming and tried everything to make us feel welcome.
Cons: We are fully aware that we were in France and that we cannot expect everyone to speak English or any other langue (than French) fluently. However, we would have appreciated a bit more effort to communicate with us. The menu as well as additional hotel information in the room (typical hotel info map) were all in French, which is fair. However, it caught our eye that only those sentences including a prohibition or a "command" were translated in English (like: Do not move the chairs. You have to leave the room by 10). Every other information (like when there is lunch available, where we can find what) was not translated. Considering the high standard of the hotel as well as the price, we didn't like the fact that they only provided plastic cups as tooth mugs and a really very nasty toilet brush. We (2 people) stayed for 9 nights and had only 5 hangers in our wardrobe. So we kindly asked for additional ones. The owner listend to our request, mildly nodded and nothing happened. In total, we have to say that we really loved the location, but had the feeling that the owner is not a host from heart. We often stay at small, family-owned places and usually love the kind and warm atmosphere of those places. We didn't feel kindly welcomed and we definitely didn't feel that our host likes being a host and that she enjoys having guest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from the hotel is stunning and it has a very relaxed atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The location is, at first, a bit treacherous to get to. But that's only because we weren't used to driving on mountain roads (also, the SAT NAV takes you up a very old road. There's a much easier way to access the hotel via the main road, follow the signs to LAMA, not the SAT NAV!!). Once there, the scenery, the town, and the hotel itself exceeds expectations. It was the most incredible and overwhelming 10 minutes. I cannot describe how beautiful it all is. The hotel staff were wonderful, and, despite our pigeon French, were incredibly welcoming and made sure we knew our way around the room's & the hotel's facilities. The room we stayed in was exactly as it was in the photos. I genuinely thought the images were just 'some of the best bits' from each of the rooms. But every single photo used to promote the room we booked was 100% accurate. The room itself was immaculate (and was cleaned each and every day throughout our stay), and there were a plethora of areas for you to fold, hang, or store your clothes, toiletries, etc. This was wonderful and meant we didn't have to live out of our cases for the week we were there. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for beauty, adventure, charm, and something truly boutique-y and unique. I'm planning on going back when I've brushed up on my French a bit!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. We chose not to indulge in the breakfast available (priced at 18 euros per person as a set fee), so we didn't experience any grievances that previous guests on other reviews might have.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply perfect. A beautiful location with superbly executed accommodation and facilities. Dinner on the terrace of the resterateaunt was amazing. The ideal place to relax and get away from it all.
Cons: Nothing!

Cons: no windows in the room, only the door Internet didn't work, no wi-fi, I mean (for me it was a problem cos I use it to work, but otherwise, it's a peaceful place, so no need for Internet :)...)

8.3 Excellent
Pros: very convenient for the sporting activities, the primary reason we were there
Cons: The hotel room had road noice and was too hot - very badly insulated for an Eco lodge
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location if planning to go to Asco by bike.
Cons: Hot as hell (July). No windows. Shower doesnt have glass or curtain - after 2 min you have a lake in a bathroom - total design fail. No aircondition (because they are ECO). Well at least they could make an eco hole in a wall instead of no-window. Trashes for separate waste would also help.

Pros: Nice warm swimming pool More silent than expected
Cons: Now window to open No intimacy in bath room Water of shower is flowing through bathroom Mold in bathroom Breakfast too expensive Late check in time No shelf along the sink
8.8 Excellent

Cons: No Window in the room, at night it was too hot
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice big modern room.
Cons: Not really an ecolodge. It’s just some apartments/rooms built on the land of the business next to the main road. I stayed out of season, I accept that but found their cafe closed. If your rooms are open your cafe should be to.
7.1 Good
Cons: Travelling as a family the room was really unfriendly. We didn't have much space to put our stuff. I would really recommend to put some hangers for the towels in the shower and some shelves.

7.9 Good
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Cons: It is located next to a busy and loud road.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The spacious terrace of the room. The possibility of eating a decent dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Cons: The very small bathroom in the room, practically a closet. The attendant who lit the blower for an hour at 8 am in the attempt to dry the rainwater that fell during the night on the terrace of the restaurant, preventing us from sleeping. Breakfast really poor (€ 8 each) with old croissants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique atmosphere! You can feel positive vibes at this house. Hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast was great especially home baked cakes. View of the mountains is incredible.

Pros: every thing
Cons: too far from australia
7.1 Good
Pros: Incredible views, peaceful surroundings, friendly owners who do everything to try and please their guests including baking some home made Gluten free muffins . It’s worth noting This is a very rustic home, no frills, basic accommodation , Perfect for a one night stop off ( if check in was earlier in the day ) . The bathroom en suite ( the only en-suite room ) was very nicely renovated . The early morning light through the windows and scenery was so lovely . Come for the peaceful environment. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been so much nicer could we have arrived before 6 pm and had more time to savour the views as that’s why we booked and what we came for .
Cons: A 6 pm check in is not acceptable if you are on an overnight stay in a place so remote from facilities and accommodation that does not provide evening meal . The focal Point here is the scenery and views from the house but there’s not enough daylight house to enjoy that view if check in is after 6 pm ( we were lucky it was July) ... we bought some food in the supermarket ( while hanging around to check in at 6 pm ) and ate it on our terrace with a nice bottle of rose which was very pleasant . It’s a windy ( quite dangerous) road in the dark back to your accommodation from Restaurants in the nearest town so either eat and then check in or be prepared for limited restaurants locally and a windy drive back .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: With this location and view one could just set out some tents and do no more. But the owners give your a warm welcome, keep up a beautiful house, cook a tasty dinner and make a good typical breakfast. Our room was spacious and faced the mountains. We also had a terrace where we spent lots of time gazing at the stars and at sunrise in the morning. I would definitely come back!
Cons: Nothing
