Pros: Pool table/ps4/TV/epic wifi. Social area. It being an open door policy to a degree, this can be an eye opener. However the boss is on top of ongoings at this hostel.
Cons: The building has some issues. Derek & staff try to fix & resolve them. Derek is willing to meet the requirements & needs of guests.
Pros: More cleanliness and better shower room and toilets.
Cons: Small sized wash basin and t.v not working
Pros: The room smelt better and looked cleaner than my previous visit
Cons: I woke up to a woman screaming and a man threatening to stab her with a knife. The curtain in my room does not cover the window
When you stay at Stamford Grand Adelaide in Glenelg, you'll be on the boardwalk, a 1-minute drive from Glenelg Beach and 10 minutes from Brighton Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Great location. Staff excellent!
Pros: A good view of the sea
Cons: I did not like the huge charge to watch a movie. The tv channels were so limited. Could not watch Netflix's or any own tv. Staff were not flexible at all in these hard times. The hotel corridors and pool is very dated
Pros: We had a lovely stay would definitely recommend staying here. The service was amazing, friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good too
Pros: Nothing more annoying than paying top price only to constantly hear the annoying bells of the lift.
Cons: Car parking costs are ridiculous
Pros: The staff were super friendly and the service was outstanding. We had breakfast included and it was delicious with a great variety of options. The cocktail bar was also great with the bar staff being very friendly and knowledgable.
Pros: Very comfortable. Great location on the beach and close to lots of things to do.
Pros: Obviously the location. The breakfast was OK, but one morning was enough.
Cons: No air unless the air conditioner was on. To be able to open a window if only a little would be good. Failing that, to be able to turn the fan on without cooling or heating would be good. Sheets could be better. They rustled like paper every time you moved. The shower drainage was partially blocked the first morning and 2/3rds of the bathroom floor flooded. After reporting, it was fixed by the afternoon.
Pros: The View from our room, bed comfortable
Cons: Inconsistency of house keeping chores Staff did not have much warmth except one housekeeper, Kelly who did our room once
Pros: Location, layout, level 2 had best view of whole beach and ocean, free internet, services, staff were nice, treating us with a bottle of wine and bag of Maltese's complimentary for our anniversary
Cons: Couch is very uncomfortable, our room had way too much open space, small tv in bedroom, not enough furniture, not enough utensils, our screen door lock was very difficult to lock, having to pay for room service to be delivered to the door, room service was delivered in containers instead of plates
Pros: Gorgeous generous size apartment very cheap considering location
Cons: There was no internet connection, so no netflix was available ect.
Pros: Amazing location, perfect weather made our stay very relaxing
Cons: Bathrooms are outdated, don’t like standing in a bath to have a shower cmon guys get with the times.
Pros: The balcony and the view of the beach was amazing
Pros: Good size room.
Cons: Dirty windows, noisy neighbours.
Pros: Staff were fantastic and you could tell the room was spotless clean.. Love it for a night or few away
Pros: balcony had a beautiful view. they gave us an upgraded room with a view at no extra charge.
Cons: bathroom door was damaged at bottom
Pros: It's a great location close to beach, shopping and transport.
Cons: It was a little noisy early in the morning but I accept that this is difficult for hotel staff to control.
Pros: The stunning view across the water, the ability to open a window/door to get fresh air, the selection of 'stuff' in the room (including cutlery, crockery, dishwasher, microwave), the stunning pool, restaurants, super friendly organised staff and the location close to shops, food, transport etc.
Cons: Only a very minor point, but the drinking glasses were visibly soiled... lipstick and wash residue, so we had to wash them before we used them. Also the windows had some dirty streak marks. This did not however effect our impression/enjoyment of the venue.
Pros: close to the beach and public transport.
Cons: indoor pool.
Pros: the view
Cons: sliding door to the balcony locked and we couldnt get back in
Pros: The location and view of the water from our room.
Cons: Having to pay an extra $16 to park overnight in a shared public car park; having to pay an extra $37 for a fold up bed for our 5 year old daughter; finding rubbish (cigarette butts and empty alcohol cans) from the previous customer on our private balcony; No breakfast included in the price (for around $300 dollars for the night, breakfast should have been included) ;(
Pros: The access to the beach, shops & restaurants
Cons: They did not have our booking
Pros: The location was excellent with the amenities in the room and in the hotel very good.
Cons: The windows were so dirty we couldn't see out of them.
Pros: We enjoyed our stay although we would have preferred a room on a lower floor. We used the excellent pool facilities and we ate in the various resaurants almost each day as they were good value and excellent food.
Pros: Convenient to Glenelg and airport, clean with good facilities.
Cons: Additional payment of $15.00 for parking under hotel. Not enough staff (1) on check in desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before additional staff arrived to assist. By this time there were about 6 people waiting
Pros: The view was nice, out onto the ocean.
Cons: The customer service was not very good, not very friendly or willing to go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable.

Pros: everything good as usual - clean - good food - great view - great bar - good happy hour - good staff
Cons: I liked the idea of the tv speaker in the bathroom, but you couldn't turn it down. The meals were very good,, pitty the restaurant was shut (covid19) regs,,,i like eating in there with the view.
Pros: Room was very comfortable and spacious, fantastic view of the lake, loved the huge jacuzzi, good quality breakfast including vast range of cereals, spacious indoor pool and spa area, great bar/gambling area with huge screen, staff very obliging and extremely pleasant.
Cons: Need to have a screen on the balcony door for fresh air without bugs entering. We managed to watch TV from the jacuzzi (very romantic) but venetian blind was in the way - it would help if the blind could be lifted.

Pros: Dianne was very good and helpful in getting a quiter room UNDER extreme circumstances. Will return Paul B
Pros: It was clean inside our room.
Cons: No hair dryer inside our room, even though our confirmation said the room had a hair dryer. Reception/staff hours were 9am to 7pm. We arrived after 7pm and left before 9am. Consequently, there was no way to resolve the missing hair dryer. The whole bed moved whenever either of us moved. Our room faced the main road and traffic noise was bad. The garden outside our window was unattended and looked abandoned; it was in terrible condition.
Pros: Bathroom tub needs replacing. Office staff v/friendly & co-operative
Pros: Good location for airport
Pros: location and value
Cons: after booking the room I was sent an email with a 'Credit Card' authorisation form from the hotel and was instructed to fill it in and sent it back to the hotel at least 4 days prior to my stay or my booking would be cancelled. I wasn't too happy about this as I've never had to do this before and the 'word document' form is not a very secure method to use in 2020. I was forced to personally go to the hotel and swipe my card for a pre-authorisation (not sure why the hotel couldn't wait till I checked in to do this like every other hotel I've ever stayed at)
Cons: Room small and cluttered
Located in Cavan, Cross Keys Hotel is within a 15-minute drive of Adelaide Oval and Rundle Mall. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.

Pros: What a dump, take this off your site. Way over priced more like a hostel

Cons: Shared toilets were absolutely filthy, carpet was covered in rubbish from previous guest, air con did not work, blind wouldn’t go up, one pillow covered in MOULD on one side! Fridge had mould and hair in it, downstairs bar operated by topless waitresses! Truck drives exchange truck keys for a room key in order to use the facilities that guests have to pay for and share. Most disturbing of all was that our room did not have any way to actually lock the door.
Pros: Cleanliness and service
Cons: Beds weren't flat nd toilet and shower not in room. Shower water was cold.
Pros: It was cheap and you get what you pay for.
Cons: It was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Watermark pub has tremendous meals and you really don’t have to go anywhere at night if you don’t want to. Right opposite Colley Reserve and the marina.
Cons: At the end of the day it is behind a pub - so probably not great for long term holidays. Stairs up the back - so difficult if you have heavy bags. But definitely will be back - very good value for money!
Pros: Good location.
Pros: every thing
Pros: Great location, hotel was very good and motel rooms were very good. The stair way and entry could have a good clean. A tidy would certainly enhance the property.

Pros: Some staff was good. But old staff from last few trips was more welcoming happier an friendly all round.
Cons: Not so much the hotel but microwave in room be good . But the planes fumes an looked like it dropped fuel or something onto the ground an phone . This I noticed early morning when on balcony. Could smell the kerosene or av gas in the air. As you's live there every day ya wouldn't notice it . I did. Maybe you'll notice it now . More on low cloud mornings.
