Effort has been made to improve the choice at breakfast. Whilst it is hard to cope for everyone's tastes I think most people would find something to meet their needs. The hotel itself is good value for money. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and are kept spotless by the house keeping staff. In fact I found all the staff from Adorable Dora on reception to the lady that cleaned my room friendly , helpful and efficient. This is my eighth visit to this hotel which in its self shows-the satisfaction I have with this establishment.

There was a music festival on when I was there music until 4 am but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

There is a lot to say about the hotel. I'll start with the location: it is beautiful, close to the beach (I recommend you ask for the room with a view to the beach if available), breakfast ok, the staff very ok, the room was cleaned every day. A spacious room. Like the area, the hotel is located near the port (from where you can take trips to Benagil Cave, you can go to the beach which is 2 minutes away, there are restaurants, shops, souvenirs around the hotel. When I return to Portimao, here I will stay good price, good conditions, good location!

The furniture is old. Probably maintained but had a specific smell of old furniture. Other than that, I'm happy with the hotel and would recommend it to everyone. The value for money is good for a holiday at the beautiful beach of Portimao.
