Breakfast buffet is really good, and parking place something you need in Porto. Free wifi was nice although you have to move to common areas because only 1st and 3rd floor has good signal.
Location is pretty far from whatever public transportation (14 min walking to subway, no bus connection), distance to city centre is too long, around 17-20 min walking to real city centre. Too much for a city built in hills. The hotel faces an important street very noise due to traffic and rooms are not well prepared to protect guests from that noise.
nice hotel, but not in a good location. nothing in the near facinity but as everyone says, yes, breakfast is good!
The staff was very welcoming, supportive and attentive to our needs
We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a real treat and on site parking was a real bonus.
The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and reception staff were most helpful.
Comfort, kind personal, near of historical centre, good eat
Great breakfsat and vailable parking for small cars.
Rather spartan and souless hotel. a
Nice and very clean hotel, extremely good located. Very good value. Better toilet paper than in many 5 star hotels I have been lately! breakfast OK
There is no highchair for baby/child, a bit difficult to have some kind of peaceful breakfast!
Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. Easy to find. Parking was included. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety. Clean rooms. Hot water in shower. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff who spoke great English. Bar area was nice and comfortable.
The pillows. We were disappointed that the pool table pictured in the bar on the website was not available because it was broken. Those two things, though, were minor compared to all the positives of the hotel.
The rooms were very clean, warm, and quiet, with clean bathrooms and showers with hot water. Breakfast was included and had a great selection of fruit, breads, meat, cheese, cereal, etc. The location was ideal, just about a ten minute walk to the center of the city. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The bar was open at night and had comfy chairs and couches to lounge on. Overall, the experience was excellent and I strongly recommend this hotel.
The pillows were not very comfortable. They had cut up pieces of foam. We had similar pillows at hotels in other parts of Portugal, so I'm wondering if it's just how the pillows are in Portugal.
