Clean, affordable, quiet place to stay
Pros: I would recommend this place for sure. It is clean and centrally located, about a 5-minute walk from the metro station or Wenceslas Square, but it is just far away enough to be in a real neighborhood with locals, not a bunch of tourist trap nonsense. So there are real restaurants, stores, etc. right around it The room is simple but clean-bed, chair, table, a few paintings. There is a small kitchen you can use, and it has cups plates etc if you need them. The guy at the desk is EXTREMELY helpful. Told me the best currency exchange place in all of Prague and marked it on the map. Also recommended several authentic restaurants I definitely wouldn't have found otherwise. It is not a luxury hotel, but if you don't have a problem with a simple room and good price, I recommend the Church Pension. Suitable for solo travelers or families.
Cons: The floors are very creaky and it's weird walking around on them at night, but I have no real complaints.

Pros: Very easy to get to most of the main sights in Prague, clean, friendly staff. Nice value for money. Although shared toilet for my stay, private shower was a good plus.
Cons: Only one minus on location - the street noise (at least for my room facing the main street) could be pretty high at night and occasionally got woken up.
