Good position near tram stop (15-20 min.to get to the city centre). Very clean. internet free. nice breakfast. Limited space for suitecase. no international channels on tv sat
Very nice small hotel on a good location. Good conection to the center with trams 11,18, 56. Excellent breakfest and clean rooms. Quite part of town. Night trams aren't by the schedule. The nearest metro station is 15mins faraway (red line).
An excellent hotel - newly refurbished, quiet, clean, very helpful staff and good rates. Having a pool (albeit small) is an unusual perk in a Prague central hotel at this rate. It's a tough out of the way from the city centre, but if you get to grips with the tram system (easy when you get a map) then you're onto a winner here. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room is a minor gripe (but there's room service)
отношение персонала очень доброе,внимательное-как буд-то у себя дома живешь!сам отель новенький,чистенький! все ооооочень понравилось
The entire hotel was 100% clean. The single rooms are quite small with limited space for suitcases etc.
The hotel was close to the turistical places.
from the beginning we had a wonderful experience. Our flight got us into Prague at about 9 am and when we arrived at the hotel they had our room available!! The special czech breakfast was offered to us and it was really delicious!!! The staff was extremely helpful and gave us a wonderful welcome with drinks and an explanation of things to do/see and how to get around. We have visited the old restaurant "koliba" and we spent beautiful evenenig there. Our stay was excellent.
Professional and friendly staff; room and bathroom were spacious; value for money. Complimentary breakfast was served between seven and nine a.m.
The help the staff are willing to give with any of your needs was first class.
- Excelent Breakfast - Bad ubication, the hotel is in a dark street and I didnt feel safe
The staff was very attentive and helpful with everything from hotel services, to tourist advice, to information on riding the public transportation. The beds were a little too hard by American standards.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially female staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful regarding any guidance or suggestions about the city, especially getting around on public transportation. The lobby atmosphere was very informal: I might end up having a 20-minute chat with one of the staff members about this or that, and I felt that to some extent I made friends with them. I also liked the small bar in the lobby, especially that it offered espresso. Hotel location can be a plus or a minus. It is not so convenient, but that meant that I had to begin learning immediately to get around by tram, and I think this gave me a bit more of an honest look at the life of Prague than a central, tourist-area location would. The room was small, though very clean, and the bed not very comfortable (the latter was the single biggest drawback). The location is not bad in the day, but getting back at night can be tricky. The night trams are not as convenient as the daytime ones, and one has to be careful about taxis, as it seems different companies' meters have dramatically different rates. Be sure to ask the driver the approximate fare, or stick with the 1 or 2 companies you know. The hotel has no laundry service, and there is none outside in the neighborhood; however, they were kind enough to accommodate me informally. The free breakfast ends at 9, which is a bit early if one has been out at night. WiFi in the rooms would be a great addition!
Very friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms and exeptional english breakfast. Not very close to downtown but easily reachable by tram. The area around its a typical district of perfiferia...i would not raccomend to lonely woman a late return to the hotel.
Family suite is not acceptible for 4 adults. Sofa is terible for sleeping . Beds are hard
nice bedroom - good shower - good breakfast the location is not great, quite far from the old town which is the turist area. However everything else was fine.
The room was good quality for the price, also the breakfast was good with eggy bread. It was close to tram links to the centre The hotel was tucked away in a side street, though ok once found
Everything was good. Quiet, clean room, friendly staff, good location, great breakfast.
very good location, near tramway line
location is to the center of the city and it is easy to get there.
honey moon cocktail and the music in the bar the internet connection and the construction works
lack of English speaking news channel
nice, discreet service
It was friendly. The building work that was going on in the hotel and out the back of the hotel, which meant we were woke before 7.
there was no hot water in the room!!!! Also room was very cold. They do not open heating system in the middle of the october. They don't deserve being 4 star hotel
We had a perfect stay at the Czech Inn. The hotel has a beautiful interior, wonderful double rooms with very modern, minimalistic furniture, nice staff, nice, relaxed atmosphere generally. The breakfast is healthy and for my opinion satisfactory. However it is a little overpriced for Praha (5,00 EUR)
The breakfast was outstanding and the best way to start a travel day. We didn't have to eat again until 2pm! The staff was very helpful and were able to help us with anything from restaurant recommendations to metro tickets (really convenient). Lovely, spacious rooms for couples.
Very friendly staff, helpful, great with city info and sight seeing suggestions, very clean, nice atmosphere, fun bar, relaxing atmosphere
nicely designed rooms, clean, comfortable bed, next to tram station I have not realized that I was booking a hostel, therefore I was really missing TV, wi-fi in a room, free soap, wake-up call, extra towels (we only had 1 per person). I was in town for business so this was a bit of disappointment. However, I will sure stay there again on my private visits to Prague
Modern hotel. Very clean. Restaurant has exellent food. The rock crushing facility oposite the hotel is producing a lot of noise (from 08:00 to 18:00).
Friendly staff and ability to meet people in comfortable setting
The metro station was across the street, beds were comfortable and friendly staff I liked everything
reception staff very helpful. Showers excellent. Minimal noise. very clean. close to public transport just outside the city centre but tram stops right outside and runs 24 hrs a day
Awesome place, while a hostel, was nicer than many hotels I have stayed at. Everything was great.
the location, the staff, the athmosphere, for a city trip its a perfect place to stay internet in the rooms is missing
Great location, unique, nice style and colours of the room, double bed, great shower, helpful people at the reception, nice pub with a great choice of beer at reasonable price We were missing small pillows and hand-towels, the trafic noise was a bit disturbing in the night, and the elevator worked in a strange way
