Pros: Pool yard
Cons: Area is very quiet
Pros: The greeting the staff and the accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing
Pros: A very quiet and beautiful property, you can tell the owners of the establishment really care about their business and property. A pretty garden and nice animals on the property, very interesting place to stay. The owners were very sweet to us, they gave us lots of great travel tips about the area, told us about places to go, restaurants to eat at, things to see, etc.
Cons: I didn't realize at the time of booking that the nearest beach (about 5 minutes of walking) was one of the lesser beaches in the area. The water at the "South Beach" (nearest beach) was fairly rough, the sand was rough, there was lots of algae in the water during our visit. Overall, this is a great place to stay, but if you want to visit some of the nicer beaches you will have a longer walk, taxi ride, or need to do a bit of driving.
Pros: Hotel services and breakfast. Hotel is a quite and you could enjoy your holiday. Swimming pool is a clean and there is enough space for all visitors.
Cons: Nice holiday. Service was amazing. Hotel and area around hotel are well mentained. Hostesses are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
This family-friendly Golden Sands hotel is located near the beach, within 2 mi (3 km) of Golden Sands Beach and Cabacum Beach. Nirvana Beach and Sunny Day Beach are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: The food was great, especially the desserts! also good coffee, including capucchino (from a machine). all the staff were very welcoming, we had to change our dates at the last minute and the hotel and helped us a lot. The private beach is about 7 minutes drive with the shuttle bus. it is quite and very comfortable. they serve there cold drinks, food and snacks. during our stay we had a gala dinner and Bulgarian evening at the main restaurant - both were very nice. the room is small, but comfortable. bathroom very clean and nice
Cons: The gym is small and is located underground. it was hot and not very equipped.
Pros: Good location and very clean
Cons: Food was ok but was a bit repetitive. Need to have some more English dishes.
Pros: Very clean. Good food. Friendly and welcoming stuff.
Cons: Too far from the beach. Not much relaxing space.
Pros: Very clean. Good food and great variety. Great quality price.
Cons: Too far from the beach (although bus shuttle provided by the hotel). Not much relaxing spaces.
Pros: Everything was great, clean room, clean sheets, bathroom, perfect view, all kind of meals, awsome people who were ready to give you any kind of information, you have an exchange store at the hotel's entrance.
Cons: The only thing that was a little complicated was the location of the hotel beach, but you have the option to go with a shuttle buss, it is for free, provided by the hotel.
Pros: good food ,extra restaurants and parking
Cons: cleanses needs to be improved
With a stay at Caro Aparthotel in Varna (Varna City Centre), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Sea Garden and Varna Aquarium.
Pros: Good state, clean, decent location for sights. Good TV.
Cons: Was just a bit lacking in kettle etc, and if we hadn't seen someone downstairs to ask for internet password we wouldn't have been given it maybe?
Pros: Location is perfect. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Small room, but quite cozy. I recommend!
Cons: Neighbors were a bit noisy at the morning in the corridor, but it is not Hotel's fault!
Pros: Clean and simple
Cons: The bathroom sink is in the bedroom

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Pros: Very large comfortable room and great breakfast.
Pros: We were really impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. They had everything I could of wished for, for the amount of money I paid. Keep up the great work Hotel Rosslyn!
Pros: Very nice hotel, great facilities like fitness, indoor pool and professional spa services. Compared to other so-called 5 star hotels around Varna, this was the only one that would resemble such a rating on an international scale. If you get one of the upper floor rooms you have an amazing unobstructed view via a full glass front on the ocean. Breakfast is quite diverse and plentiful. Includes indoor and outdoor parking facilities were helpful. The location is also great since it is close enough to the center so you can simply walk there, however it is not really in the middle of it so it is convenient to get there by car. The in-house dining options were very good (as to be expected), on top of it the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Internet was a plus as well, always workin and fast
Cons: The quality of the service personnel was a bit sketchy. The level of English of most staff was very limited (to be fair, this is common around here) so interactions were kept to a minimum. Most staff was however friendly and helpful, while others gave the impression to be annoyed by our presence.

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful. It was a great location near the beach and near restaurants and shops. When the toilet broke, they send someone to repair it right away.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: Beach Hotel
Cons: Small rooms
Pros: The view of the sea, and the space of the room.
Cons: lack of air conditioning
Pros: The good point was the breckfast, plenty of choices.
Cons: Unhelpfull staff, except the manager, who tried to be nice. But fot the little money we paid, it was ok.
Pros: location, the staff did the best to compensate the problems
Cons: very old everything (hotel itself, furniture, bathroom facilities, elevator...); they badly need redecoration
Pros: The hotel is near the beach.Beach was clean and ok, but the hotel it was a nightmare
Cons: Very old furniture, teribil hard smell,at bathroom the trickling was not working At the reception the pos was not working I have to wait 30 min to pay with the card.
Pros: Albena is a nice place.
Cons: It needs a restauration.
Pros: I liked the view and the resort.
Cons: The bathroom was very smelly, the rooms are old, 90's like, the food was bad.
Pros: The city ( albena) is very clean, the beach is good.
Cons: The hotel was bad, not clean, very hard to find parking, the room very small and ugly.....
Pros: Near the Beach, Staff polite I live 30 mins from the resort.
Cons: The hotel is old and of poor standard needs refurbishment, I guess this reflects in the price.
With a stay at Marina Residence Boutique hotel in Varna (Trakata), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Sea Garden and Trakata Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was well run and had modern facilities. The food was very good and plentiful and we had lovely coffee there. There was a pool and a gym, both in excellent condition. The room was very spacious and clean, with good air con that was very quiet. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: The only drawback was that it is on a road that you can’t really walk along and so you definitely need a car to go out and about. Having said that, it is easy to get into Varna or to go up the coast to Golden Sands from there.
Pros: It is very good place. I will recommend it to everyone who wsnt to go in Varna. Perfect place for relaxing. Nice place with very nice swimming pool. Restorant is very nice. Rooms are beautiful.
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, Martin, the waiter was really kind, food was excellent. We’ll be back!
Pros: Nice location, kind and professional staff, very clean
Cons: Breakfast was poor, it could be better.
Pros: Spacious room (deluxe one). Friendly staff.
Cons: Overcrowded pool, a bit overpriced overall.
Pros: Hidden gem of Varna, rooms are big and very clean, very quiet due to green barries of trees which are surounding the property. Restaurant provide boutique menu, price are good and chef is really gifted (tried fried quails) There is a outdoor smwimming pool( no time to try it) with lifeguard on duty. Property offer spa services( need reservation in advance to prepare facilities) Access is posible only by car so have in mind when travel. Will come back for sure.
Pros: Everything is spot on! Great feedback & services. Well done! We are the 5th time here and will return for sure with pleasure!
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, good pool, friendly staff with the exception of restaurant personnel.
Cons: Difficult acces if you do not have a car and this piece of information should appear in the presentation, no acces to a close beach, everybody can smoke in the restaurant and staff consider it is ok.
A stay at Graffit Gallery Design Hotel places you in the heart of Varna, within a 15-minute walk of Sea Garden and Varna Archaelogical Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Nice hotel stylish.
Cons: It’s like the carpet is not clean and facilities are worn down.
Pros: Great location, very quiet, which is unexpected because of the location at one the biggest main streets. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Disability room is not very comfortable for wheelchair user.there is no direct access to the restaurant for breakfast with wheelchair you should go outside on the street and enter from outside door. Coffee capsules available in the room have to be paid extra.
Pros: Perfect bad and breakfast
Pros: Lovely designer hotel. Great decor. Stayed in a 3rd floor room facing the main road. Large room with great design and good room facilities. Loved that the corridor on level 3 had a great scent. Breakfast was fantastic with a very good choice and good quality. We had evening meal in the hotel restaurant for 2 nights and the food and service was very good. Location is good with easy walk to the Gardens, Beach and Shops. Car parked at the hotel costing an extra 23 lev per night.
Cons: Tricky to get onto the one way street for car to be parked by hotel staff, the hotel could really do with providing that information. No staff ID on person apparently there from the hotel to park the car, when questioned he said he’d forgotten to put his badge on, we were clearly concerned that he was actually staff so held onto the keys until this was verified, but the staff seemed to think we were making a fuss. No receipt / ticket given to us for the car by the hotel so no trail on the car being with them, again the hotel clearly thought we were making a fuss. I have always had a ticket for the car provided by a hotel wherever I have had my car parked by a hotel in many different places around the world. The staff member with no ID followed by no ticket for the car, left us feeling very uncomfortable. Our room was far too hot when we checked in and we could not get the room individual controller to work to cool the room. We phoned for help and the person who parked the car arrived and told us that the individual room temperature controllers were now off as it was now ‘out of season’ so the only way to cool the room was to open the room small window vents! We could not believe this! As we were in a main street facing room this of course also let in the street noise! The hotel reception staff never had a hello, good morning etc greeting any time we passed which was lacking in professional customer service. Very mixed feelings about staying here some excellent things and some truly unbelievable and pretty unacceptable things for what is billed as a 5 star hotel which clearly misses that mark based on the above comments. Finally - I did request, via booking.com, a quiet room and a room with a nice view and received neither, and whilst i know it’s only a request, one or the other would have been good and as it was ‘out of season’ the hotel certainly wasn’t anything like full.
When you stay at Dallas Residence in Varna, you'll be near the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Golden Sands Beach and Sea Garden. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great customer service.
Pros: The rooms are located around a big beautiful and quiet garden where you can seat and relax. The area is very quiet so you can really rest in the hotel. The staff attention is perfect, they are always trying to make your stay comfortable. The room is big with all the facilities you may need. You can park your car inside.
Cons: The water from the swimming pool was a bit cold for us but it is just a matter of getting used to it. The beaches nearby are more for locals than tourists.
Pros: Found a suggestive atmosphere in the Residence. You can feel the touch of someone really love the place and his job behind everything
Cons: Wi-Fi connettion in the rooms and the mattress room 204
Pros: Staff was very kindly and smiley. They fulfilled every request we made immediately! Breakfast was very rich and tasty. They seem to overthink of the tools and stuff u'll need at your stay. Great place!
Pros: Extremely friendly staff.
Pros: Very special and unusual. Great location. Walking distance to Black Sea.
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The garden and the swimming pool were very enjoyable. At a relatively short distance we could catch a small train on wheels that would take us to the city centre along the seaside but it started service only at around 10 in the morning. The room was spacious. Everything was very clean and in order.
Cons: The room furniture was old style, with heavy curtains, something we are not used to. There wasn't a good smell in the room and in the bathroom, even though everything looked very clean. The breakfast was not one would expect in a five-star hotel. The city centre was too far away to walk back and forth every day so, I had to take a taxi to go to work. Even though a modern shopping mall and a spa centre were around the corner, we felt a bit isolated.

The sauna can be used for a surcharge. Guest House La Casa is 8 km from Varna and the Golden Sands resort. Cons: Everything awasome, recommend! Thanks Vladimir, he is great owner!
Pros: I was delighted on the guesthouse. The staff were helpful they gave a gift on my arrival. They were helpful and friendly. The facilities were great. Way above my expectation. A pool. Complimentary fruit and water in the room. The food they served was a very high standard. Secure parking. Wow it was great.
Pros: We had a lovely stay at La Casa. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the place itself was really lovely and well kept. We stayed in a one bed apartment and it was extremely well equipped and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and discovered it was so good and reasonable that we continued to eat there throughout our 3 day stay. It was very well located too with just a 10 minute walk into the resort and the beach. Would highly recommend this Guest House.
Pros: We felt like being at home not in a guest house. The staff is quite experienced polite and friendly. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view towards the sea. The garden is so cosy.Well done to the owners. They should be proud of their achievement.Highly recommended place to stay.
Cons: we stayed for one night so i wouldn't say that i didn't like something
Pros: The hotel manager was very nice. We received a little welcome gift which was very thoughtful. Furthermore, we had two complimentary bottles of water and a plate with fruits in the room. The room had a nice roof terrace, you could even see the sea from there. The private parking was very convenient, even though it was not easy to leave because of the heavy upward slope. However, someone from the staff helped us to maneuver the car out of there. I can also recommend the Italien restaurant of the hotel, very delicious pizza. Would totally stay there again.
Cons: We had a bit of drainage smell when we used the bathroom. However, when the bathroom /sink was not used, the smell would go away. I am not sure if the problem was the sink itself, because I could sometimes smell the smell outside on the street there, too.
Pros: Wonderfull place
Pros: Excellent apartment offering everything you need. And a pizza restaurant downstairs!
With a stay at Efbet Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Varna, just a 5-minute walk from Ethnographic Museum and 7 minutes by foot from Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. Limited parking is available onsite.
Cons: Perfect place.
Pros: Good location. Great selection of breakfast.
Cons: It is good to have simply equipped kitchen. However, it did not work. Dishwasher with dirty glasses inside. It is not convenient for one-bed room apartment with one-floor stairs inside.
Pros: The room îs superb ,the food îs fantastic ,i recomend it
Pros: Everything was perfect- location, hotel facilities, breakfast
Pros: The location is really nice. Clean rooms and everyday the rooms get cleaned thoroughly. Nice staff.
Cons: Airconditioning didn’t work. Told the staff and they would look into it, but it was not fixed. At the end we didn’t really care because the windows could be openend.
Pros: Fantastic Value for Money great staff breakfast was good we did not bother the first night as the picture in the restaurant didn't look appetising we were short on time for our last day so we ordered and it was a lot better than what it looked like on the picture and would have order previously if we had seen. Great Value for Money too
Pros: Thé desk staff were very welcoming. The location is right on the pedestrian walk. Good sleep.
Cons: The fridge did not get very cold and too many mini bar items in it.
With a stay at HOSTEL MUSALA in Varna (Varna City Centre), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Sea Garden and Varna Aquarium. Featured amenities include a business center, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Kind and helpful staff, spacious room, cleanliness, location
Pros: Varna and hotel are wonderful
Cons: Staff is very nice but do not speak well english
Pros: I liked that breakfast was offered. It was quite adequate for the price, only 5 leva. I also liked that the room was comfortable. And the location. Was perfect for one night!
Pros: It was very clean, in a great location with a VERY comfy bed & pillow. The staff were delightful & it was good value. Thanks
Pros: Awesome location!
Cons: Bathroom was really unfunctional, pretty old and dirty for the room with bathroom inside. And there was a sofa just infront of the room's door which lets people on the two side to hear each other.
Pros: Room has enough space for everyone. Nicely decorated with locker big enough for luggage and other items. Bedside shelves. Quite a few showers and three toilets. Great location.
Cons: The dark hair lady during check in was not very friendly and given minimal info unless asked! I was given a set of keys and told where the lift was and left on my own to figure things out. The man in the morning was more approachable. Kitchen sink hasn’t been cleaned and refrigerator smelled. Guests there were dirty and didn’t flash the toilets and leaving food crumbs on salon table.
Pros: Excellent stay. Location is very near to the beach, clubs, and restaurants. I will come back to stay here again.
Pros: The room was really nice, with a comfy bed, nice fresh interior, and a good view of the street below. The lockers were good too. Great location, and the place has an old lift too!
Cons: Breakfast was fine, but at an extra cost. But there was also a charge for leaving your bag there, which I thought was a little tight! The showers worked fine, but were a little dirty. The stairs were quite dark and poorly lit at night.
Between Varna and Saint Constantine and Helena, located next to the panoramic road, Villa Climate Guest House is a 10-minute walk from the beach on a steep path leading to the Black Sea. WiFi is free on site. The air-conditioned at the Villa Climate'с units have cable TV and a fridge. It is 150 metres to the Trakata Bus Station and just further to shops and restaurants. Parking is free on the premises.
Pros: The owner of the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony and view to the see. Room was clean and cosy and had a proper fridge. Bed was comfortable. Good place for staying more than one day and when arriving to Varna with a car. Supermarket and at least one restaurant were very near.
Cons: One guest downstairs smoked on the terrace and therefore I could not leave balcony door open for letting some fresh air to the room all the time I wished. A bit too far from city center to walk (would not be a problem, but seemed that there were not all the way sidewalk for pedestrians, but I can be mistaken).
Pros: Fantastic hotel. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good. The owners are very communicative and very very nice. I loved this place !!! will come back for sure when I am back to Varna.
Pros: Hospitable host - shared local highlights. The room was ready and warm upon my arrival. Parking space, though likely insufficient when fully occupied.
Cons: The location is somewhat easy to miss, as it is just after the crossroad. Let your SatNav guide you to 43.2218, 27.9762. Steep stairs to upper floors might be challenging for some people.
Pros: Very welcoming host Big , clean and comfortable room with balcony . Close to bus stop
Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, air conditioner, good isolated windows and nice view over the Black Sea.
Pros: The politeness of the host is second to none! We had two double beds, own private bathroom and balcony with large umbrella and a sea view. Close to a bus stop. Nice and quiet (when window's shut). Laundry facilities.
Cons: Very poor infrastructure! Local authorities desperately needs to do something to stop putting people's lives in danger while walking alongside the busy main road with so many useless users. Mosquito nets on building doors and windows would significantly improve the overall comfort. Towels change a bit more often for longer stays would be nice.
Pros: Good, clean room. Very helpful owner.
Cons: Quite far from the centre of Varna but near a beach.
Pros: Very nice place to stay.beautiful room with super view.bus to City Center just about 2 Minute walk.supermarket too.the owner is very nice polite person.just wonderfull place to stay.
Pros: Did what it said on the tin!

Pros: Free coffee and tea every day. Very nice staff.
Pros: Very clean and quiet place. The lady from reception knows english and is a nice, smiling person. The swim-pool is clean. You have free coffee / tea.
Pros: The staff - both ladies at the reception were lovely and very friendly. Communication with the manager was very fast and effective. You can have coffee, tea and water anytime downstairs. The view from the balcony - I could see the sea! Little pool for cooling down. Very quiet- as it’s away from the centre.
Cons: Wifi in the room was very weak. Every time you have a shower the water flooded the bathroom. The hotel is on the hill- and the road to the beach is in most parts not paved (uneven gravel).
Pros: Only stayed for a few hours rooms very clean and nice and comfortable, enjoyed breakfast will be booking this hotel again.
Pros: The best place I've stayed at in Bulgaria! Very luxory feeling for an extremely affordable price. The people are extremely friendly and every detail is takan care of. Amazingly clean and well-made, the room was perfect, every day room-service, "all-inclusive corner" at the ground floor with tea and coffee at any time, the balconies are designed in such a was that you never see your neighbours- complete comfort and privacy!
Pros: We stayed with a colleague there. When we expressed unhappiness with the room we got we were offered a better one (huge and luxury - 3 balconies with sea and mountains view). Very friendly and pleasing staff (especially Julia and Krasimir). Away from noisy hotels and in the same time close to the beach. Clean. breakfast was ok. Very kind host who provided transfer service
Pros: The food and staff freindley
Cons: Single duvets on double bed
Pros: staff gave the hotel that family feel they all went that little bit extra, language was a bit of a hurdle but their english was better than my bulgarian so i will have to brush up for my return visit
Cons: The bathroom was horrible
Pros: Nice place, friends and family were also staying there. Pool was a ok to cool off in. Rooms were very clean, air conditioning worked well
Cons: All ok for price, but drinks were a little bit more expensive than the rest of varna.
Pros: Friendly, cosy atmosphere, helpful staff.
With a stay at Boutique Splendid Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Varna, within a 15-minute drive of Sea Garden and Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Varna? This hotel has 538 square feet (50 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was good size and clean. Breakfast was good, location central for everything. Overall great value for money.
Cons: The reception staff weren’t the most welcoming, could be a little more pleasant. Other than that ok.
Cons: Wi-fi internet had very poor signal, we could use internet like we want. Room #101. Parking for car is free but was very hard to find empty spot.
Pros: Hotel was very clean, ideally situated for walking to the Mall, into Town and the Sea Gardens. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast as well .
Cons: Would benefit from ironing board and iron in the room. Bar area not great as it was in the reception area by the look of it.
Cons: Sheets and furniture were quite old looking. Towels and beds could have been more clean.
Cons: 2 keys should be given to the visitors
Nestled on the beach, this Golden Sands hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Nirvana Beach and Golden Sands Beach. Cabacum Beach and Aladzha Monastery are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Located directly on the beach. 24 hour all inclusive + bar. Drinks are basic but hey, you get what you pay for. There is the bar in the lobby (24 hour) , 1 by the pool and another in the restaurant. Food is plentiful and okay. It caters mostly for their biggest market which is the Romanians. Rooms good size and clean. You can walk either direction and there are activities, bars and restaurants. Would I recommend and stop again....Yes, I would.
Cons: Air conditioning in room not great. If you want a lie in, the hotel next door shouts through a loud speaker for its animation programme!
Pros: Rooms large, beds comfy and food excellent.
Cons: We booked a Superior Deluxe Sea View Room 3 mos. before departure which was confirmed. However, when we got there we were not given the room we booked (sea view with a sofa), but placed in the back of the building. After much discussion and pointing out the room we booked in our voucher, we were given the proper room next day. But we lost 2 days of holiday because of this. Also because we stayed for 3 full weeks, it would have been nice to have a RESERVED table in the dining room, and not have to fight for a table for the meals.
Pros: -Location is very nice, right on the beach, very close to the center of Golden Sands. -view from the room, bars and restaurant. Really amazing. -Very comfortable bed. -Some of the staff members were really nice, special thanks to the staff menager Mehmet. - ultra all inclusive, drinks 24/7 included, and you could always find something to eat at any time of the day, even at night. - food was tasty, later we got a little bit bored because it got repetitive, but that was not a big problem. And desserts were really tasty
Cons: -The whole property definitely needs renovation and better organization. Even though the room was nice, really big with sea view. - we had some problems with checking in and our payment, receptionist was VERY VERY VERY SLOW, and didn’t even know English properly. I think that this is unacceptable for receptionist. We had a really hard time understanding each other. (That one lady I don’t know her name, maybe others are better) -FRENCH people. I noticed a lot of discrimination, since everything was in French, the animation team only speaks french, and with french people. They were really friendly with them. And we felt left out and they did not even say HELLO at least once. (If I am not from France and do not wear orange bracelet, that doesn’t meant that I could not understand you) They would avoid us and only approach to french. Everything was in french. Okay I understand that, and I do not expect every language to be included. But at least it would be nice if they used English in their team, as universal language. Or be polite to OTHER PEOPLE. And animation team was really ANNOYING while scouting french people for animations.
Pros: food was good
Cons: one old elevator to 7th floor-must wait 10min for it with a baby stroller..big dissapointment was very dirty private beach every morning..room was not very clean too..
Pros: Ne-ar the beach
Cons: Horrible food. Rooms are clean but don’t look very good. The balcony was above what seemed to be the kitchen, where they throw the remains of soup on the ground. Smelled terrible.
Pros: Very nice room and clean. Lovely outlook to the sea. Friendly staff
Cons: There’s nothing not to like
Pros: We loved the location of the hotel; right on the beach and a 5-10min walk on the promenade to the center of Golden Sands. The beach was pretty clean, and the sea was also clean and awesome to swim in. We actually really liked the food - especially breakfast and dinner. It wasn't completely different every day, but there was an ok variety of it. It's nice that they have the open terrace, so we sat outside for every meal and enyojed the view on the sea. As all inclusive guest you always have fresh water and alchoholic and non-alchoholic drinks by hand - which are also quite good may I add. The room was clean, which is my biggest concern anywhere I go. The maids were definitely the nicest and frendliest out of all staff and they did a great job with cleaning and tidying up our room. The staff behind the bar and at the reception were also kind of friendly and eager to help. Beach, shops, food, friendly people - go and explore it, we were actually pleasantly surprised about everything, as it was much better than some of the reviews say - and that goes for the whole Golden Sands, not just the hotel. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Golden Sands, no matter in which hotel you'll stay - but I would recommend the Kaliakra Palace hotel as well, since it's actually a nice value for the money.
Cons: The beach part that belongs to Kaliakra hotel was a little dirtier than the neighbour's ones, also the sun beds could be cleaned at least quickly every morning - we cleaned them ourselves everyday, which is not a big deal, but I think it's still the hotel's job to take care of that. A lot of kitchen staff doesn't smile or say anything when you thank them - it feels like they're in a bad mood all the time or they're just sick of their job. You run into some like that at the reception as well - no smiles or kind words. I guess ti depends on who you run into. Although the room was clean, it was clearly dated, because we had a carpet and dark curtains in our room. The bathroom is quite functional but in need of a handy man to tighten some nails - part of the shower fell out, the shelf in under the mirror kind of fell in my hand, the toilet made squeaky sounds everytime you sat and stood up. A 10min maintance visit would fix all of that. However, we paid an insanely low price for this hotel beacuse we caught a special discount, so I wasn't really mad about all that. There are definitely way nicer rooms with a nicer view in the Kaliakra hotel (we saw them when they were cleaning them and the doors were open), so don't be discouraged to pay a bit more and actually enjoy and see why this hotel has 4*. Oh, just forget about using the elevator - there's 2 small ones for max. 4 people, so we rather walked the stairs then throw away an hour a day on waiting for the empty elevator. As I said, no big deals or big problems, but it's not the same as a 4* hotel in Greece, which you can expect of course. I, however, still recommend it.
Cons: They don’t have a bigger car park
Cons: Cleaning missing

Pros: Every thing is good in the hotel. And the rooms are very good.
Cons: Friendly staff and very nice facility.
Pros: The rooms are very spacious and with luxurious design. Rooms are clean. The location was a bit far from the center, but there was a shopping mall in the area where we found what we needed. Beds were comfortable.Good breakfast and polite staff. There was a nice view to the harbor in one of our rooms. Good value! Recommended for business trips.
Cons: Everything was good. Thank you. The only thing we disliked was the unpleasant smell in the bathrooms(coming from the sewage).
Pros: Everything was just perfect! Room was huge! I’d stay there again!
Cons: Instead of having a buffet table for breakfast they have a menu with the same options and you have to choose from the menu. But other than that everything was great!
Pros: The location
Cons: The smell in the room was terable
Pros: Great price good location delicious and simple breakfast.Really polite and nice staff.
Cons: No hair dryer and kettle in room. But staff bringed when I ask.
Pros: First of all, the hotel was very nice, with an elegant interior design. The rooms were very big and very pleasant to the eye. The bed was huge. Everything was clean. It was also cheap. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options but it was a la carte, not buffet. In front of the hotel there is a view of the black sea and a part of Varna industrial port, which, along with the green scenery, blue water, and the yellow cranes, make a very beautiful view. I totally recommend the hotel. They also have a parking where you can see your car from the room's window.
Cons: I wish there were more things to do inside the property like a restaurant (their bistro only served breakfast) and maybe a spa. I do not have anyhting to complain. It was a perfect trip.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Hotel by a busy road and very noisy if you’ve got the windows open( no problem if the windows are shut. There is no sea view as the trees in front of the hotel obscure it. Breakfast very average.
Pros: The breakfast was good! It was nice to wake up to fresh pancakes and coffee.
Cons: You couldn't bring foor nor drinks to room according to signs in the wall.
Pros: Breakfast good but not out of the usual. Location great for the beach and town but overlooking a busy road.
Cons: Noisy road. Needed some renovation outside and balcony. One receptionist very nice and the other was abrupt.

Pros: Clean, cozy, confortable.
Cons: Parking. The police did not allow us to enter by car and the parking is too far..
Cons: Excellent location, fabulous accommodation, very friendly staff. All spot on.
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Nice selection
Cons: The parking situation was difficult. I had to persuade the police to let me into the Sea Garden Park. They had just changed to rules about driving in the park, I guess. Also, the location was not really that close to the beach, as I had believed. It was a good walk to get there. Not horrible or anything, but I thought it would be closer to the water.
Pros: The rooms are modern designed and very comfortable! The stuff is polite and professional. The location is perfect.
Cons: I will recommend the restaurant down - the lobby bar to work and my colleague had some complains about the coffee machine. The isolation of the rooms its not so good, perhaps in the next renovation could be done something about this - all the noises from the stairs and the corridor are to be listen in to the room. I would recommend the stuff to instruct the guests to keep quite in the areas of the stairs and corridors - a lot of the tourists let their kids to run and scream around and they have long and loud conversations in the corridor.
Pros: The location in park near from city center, very quaiet area with free parking place in courtyard. It is OK for one night stop and visit Varna city.
Cons: Room very small.

Pros: This hotel is amazing, the staff, the animation team, the kids club, everything has been perfect for us !!!!
Pros: The rooms are big and confortable, the slides from the pools. We also liked the fact that we could reserve an italian night with a better food than the one from the main restaurant. The kids club was very usefull.
Cons: The food is not something special. It s a lot of food indeed, but very ordinary. The pools have very cold water. No caffe frappe for free...it s so simple to do one..why not? The icecream sucks
