Good for families, but be sure to warn the kids ahead of time that there isn't a second bedroom… The living room features to twin size daybeds that convert nicely into beds for sleeping. Our daughter, who is eight, ended up having zero issue with the comfort or location of this daybed. The pool was quite large, and was a huge benefit with our daughter. The room itself was nice as well, we really enjoyed having the full-size kitchen, refrigerator, and washer/dryer in our suite. The proximity to the hustle and bustle of the downtown of Airlie Beach was quite close, and easy, fast drive or very quick taxi ride
Nice pool. Big room and quiet space. Good value for money. Pretty far from the airlie beach town
The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. Distance from town a bit of a problem.
Room was clean and very comfortable. Located near Abel Point Marina, lovely view. Nice quiet location.
Very close to the marina and boardwalk that goes around the coast of Airlie and Canonvale. Lovely grass park and beach across the road.
Not being able to hear people in rooms around me. Comfort.
Close to Pubs and Clubs, the veiw Aged furnishings and surrounds
it was in a good position and had great views from the balconies
comfortable and secure lack of parking
The views and central location. The self catering opportunities. The pool with great view. It is a bit tired but in the process of being upgraded we think.
The hotel was very old and run down, needs a few renovations as the rooms aren't very nice to stay in at that price. I think the price is too much for what you get.
room rates very attractive. No daily room service available unless you pay extra for it.
The room was a decent size The room was outdated, dirty, the cooking facilities in our room didn't work & it was a long walk up a steep hill
that we were away from reception and were not bothered during the stay except if you wanted them.
The location. There is only a short walk to the beach, the swimming lagoon, dining and shopping.
We have stayed at the Terraces a few times and this was by far the best room we have had. Its good to see they're upgrading the rooms.
