10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s such a beautiful historic group of buildings, and in the loveliest of gardens. Our bedroom was charming, very spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! And it’s an excellent spot from which to explore medieval Provins, no need for your car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet oasis with beautiful buildings, garden and service.
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing place - this kind of accomodation in Paris would cost thousands a night! Charming spot!
Cons: Milk sachets on the bedroom so we could have tea
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wish we could have stayed longer... it was so lovely. We stayed in a gorgeous room with a seperate room for our 2 daughters. A huge king bed, lovely plush towels, and gorgeous furniture. It was a great room, along with beautiful gardens and terraces. Breakfast was from 9-10 and was very generous with pastries, fruit, bread and cheese etc. I would highly recommend the town of Provins and everything is within walking distance of this bed and breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really.... It was fine for us, but just to be aware our room had a glass bathroom door (not for the toilet) so depending on your travel mates this might be an issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location and a stunning property. Absolutely loved our time here, welcoming hosts and easy walking distance to all this amazing town offers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property!!! Friendly owner in an amazing town!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was stunning from the beautifully kept garden, even in a Fall, to the perfectly comfortable and decorated bedroom suite. The building itself was a 13th century public bath and the owners have taken a lot of care in the restoration of the buildings which retain so much of their original character. We also had a delicious homemade dinner in the dining room. We would high recommend the Demeure des Vieux Bains as a destination in and of itself as well as a jumping off point for discovering Provins.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely with variety, local specialties, and offered over plenty of time. The room was modern, toilets were separate (like a WC) from the shower and sink.

7.9 Good
Pros: nice b & b but literally in the middle of nowhere. had to drive at least 15 minutes for a restaurant but having said that we found a great Italian restaurant, La Cucina in a small village (just google restaurant when you are at the property and you will find it)The owner for some reason did not tell us about this restaurant when we asked.
Cons: The breakfast was ok but very boring. Both days just jam for on the bread, no cheese, charcuterie, eggs

7.1 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Who said the French are not welcoming to Americans. All was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really accommodating and lovely. We were a bit surprised by the lack of mini bar in the rooms but overall very happy with the accommodation. The spa treatments were well worth the money. Fresh juice at breakfast was fantastic, as were the local pastries and cheeses. Highly recommend.
Cons: The spa area was lovely but a bit too lively for our taste- the facilities were fine and very clean , but lacking In consistence and maintenance ( sometimes the sauna was an acceptable température, sometimes it was too cold) A staff person to keep children from shouting and perhaps offer tisanes or other drinks would have been a welcome addition. We also would have wish for a more complete room service and a in room refrigerator.

7.1 Good
Pros: Nice location and beautiful property.
Cons: Honestly, the hotel is beautiful but the execution is a bit poor at times. Our room looked a bit different than the pictures, with just a bathtub planted in the middle of the room (no shower) - this meant you were forced to take a bath to wash yourself. The room itself was tiny and terribly hot. Breakfast wasn’t ready at 830am and we had to wait until 9am for bread to arrive (annoying as we wanted to leave on time), it took 30 minutes to order a glass of wine in the restaurant the night before, etc etc
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The boutique set up and lovely garden and the restaurant
Cons: It rained the night we arrived
7.5 Good
Pros: Restaurant good. Room very comfortable. Lovely building and grounds.
Cons: Electricity cut out just before breakfast so no coffee available. No-one there to fix.
7.9 Good
Cons: Staff was very friendly and helpful, despite seeming to be overworked. Some of the interior design was bizarre -- black lights in 2019? Electricity (and therefore Internet) went on and off momentarily several times.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The house is beautiful, staff great and food very nice. Must visit. Just two things: There was no hand soap and some left over old body cream and shower gel. Breakfast is nothing great.

Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean with nice touches and exactly what we needed after a long day. Great value for money in this price range. Perfect breakfast and perfect hosts who were super friendly. The wife speaks English which was great for us. Oh - and make sure to eat at "The Cow on the Roof" (or at least thats what it translates to from French) which is within walking distance and has fantastic local food.
Cons: Absolutely nothing ... it was great.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is very nice. Beautiful building and surroundings. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Beautiful living room at our disposal downstairs, including a piano.
Cons: It is a shame there are no food facilities at all. The bathrooms are quite old but functional. It is convenient for the kids there is a bath, but you can't stand up and have a shower. The room was very hot. There was a standing fan but that didn't cover the whole room. General maintenance (indoor and outdoor) could be better.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Chateaux itself is amazing, it's a beautiful place to stay. I particularly enjoyed the doors entered directly into the garden. Service was extremely nice and friendly. We were brought some tableware and as we had food&wine with us it was possible to enjoy an amazing dinner in the great dining room with chimney, paintings etc. And all alone as there were no other people in that wing of Blanche de Castille. )))
Cons: Bathroom very basic and does not correspond to a nice room with kind of historical look. It could be great to have a restaurant or at least a cafe right on place of the property. Also there were problems with Wi-Fi, we have to go outside of a building for getting an internet convection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff extremely helpful, pleasant.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s very beautiful place, lovely rooms, great garden. Truly romantic
Cons: The beds for two are very small, some of them are short as well. It’s not place for families with kids.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Nicole, the host was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Wifi signal strength limited in rooms.

Pros: Staff were helpful when there were difficulties and the breakfast and evening meal were good. No restaurant on a Saturday!
Cons: The Hotel is unsuitable for a guest on foot, difficult acces from the road and poor transport from the station. Not a typical clean white Ibis hotel. I had the impression it was a hotel of another group that had been taken over. A good twenty minutes walk to the old centre,
6.7 Good

Cons: The pillows were too high, there was no air conditioning but there's an electric fan.

Pros: It's close to the medieval city
Cons: Very far from the train station Don't book it off you're not driving The staff was not very friendly nor helpful when requested for help
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Ibis Provins is a gem. It is located just on the edge of Provins, a short walk from the walled medieval city. It has easy access to the bypass, but is situated down a quiet, leafy lane. From our room we saw rabbits and woodpeckers. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was excellent. There is no air conditioning, but a fan was provided and the hotel is shaded by trees, so the bedroom was comfortable even in the heat wave. The breakfast is good, and our bicycles were stored in one of the two conference rooms. The staff are outstanding. Earlier on our cycling tour I had picked up a really bad stomach bug, and I was not well when we arrived in Provins. The reception staff were very helpful and considerate, and took good care of us. In the morning I could not continue cycling. We were able to arrange a second night at the hotel, and the reception staff booked us a large taxi for the next day, so that we could get to our next destination and continue our cycling tour. Thank you.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Free parking
Cons: We found the staff to be very rude especially the overnight lady! She refused to speak to us because we only spoke English! Like she was ANGRY! When I asked for water it was a terrible experience to the point that she told me I should drink it out of the bathroom tap in my room. She was trying to force me to speak French! The hotel dog that roamed the hotel even in the eating area was friendly?!?! The hotel wasn’t that clean and the beds were very uncomfortable! I’m writing this review from an Ibis in Germany and this one is great! Lol
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The room is overly small and unclean.
Cons: The staff does not speak English and was not helpful at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: The car was safe and secure.
Cons: No dinner available.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Room was small and looking a little dated, stayed in room 206 2nd floor was very warm with only a small window to open
