Staff was friendly and nice.
Parking lot was gravel and had really deep potholes. Also there was no closet in my room for me to hang my clothes. I've never seen that before. Pillows were sort of crummy too! Not as nice as usual.

Very nice and clean great place to stay
I found Pueblo to be unattractive compared to the other 6 places I stayed in Colorado, but it is reasonably close to Whitewater rafting in Royal Gorge. One good surprise was finding the Water Park downtown. Lot's of restaurants there (we ate at Rosario'
Hotel was quite good for star rating. Pueblo is not so nice (IMO).
The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable, nice, and clean.
Not that I can think of.
Great breakfast, helpful staff
Staff was awesome. My youngest daughter had a minor accident and the staff was extremely professional and courteous in assisting us. The kids and my wife loved the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great, with a great wait staff. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in Pueblo.
We enjoyed our stay here. I meant to check the brand of mattress they use since I would be strongly tempted to purchase one for home. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place is located across from a liquor store and it is close to 'downtown' Pueblo- this is to say that you would not want to spend excessive amounts of time in town. We were in town for a wedding reception and the room worked out well- spacious and comfortable. We even had time to use the pool (next to the highway) and wander around the downtown area. I anticipate returning to Pueblo periodically for family events and I plan to always stay at the Cambria. The traffic noise was not a major problem.
Do not stay at this hotel. I was charged $* after my departure for a missing DVD player. I was told it was in the room, I never saw one or even a place for one. The hotel will not accept my explanation and the charge stands. I left 2 messages for the manager to call me and the calls were not returned.
We are in the Choice Hotels rewards program, so we tend to lean towards staying at their properties to take advantage of their generous rewards program. This hotel is by and far one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed at within their program. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Our room had a separate sitting area with a sofa and flat screen TV. There was also another flat screen TV where the bed is located. The bathroom was incredible and included soaps/shampoos from Bath & Body Works. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
I have been going to Pueblo for years to visit family and have stayed in several hotels. There are some nice, affordable places but the Cambria Suites is far and above the best. The decor inside is modern and pleasant and looks like a hotel you would find in a major city. Upon arrival I decided to upgrade to the 2 room suite because there was 5 of us staying and figured it would be more comfortable with more living area. There were three LCD TV's in the room, a mini fridge, and a microwave. My parents stayed in a one room and I let my little brothers stay in the other king while I slept on the pull-out which was surprisingly comfortable. The thing that topped off the room for us was instead of the common ''French-milled soap'' you find in every other hotel room they had ''Bath and Body Works'' soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room, and the rest of the hotel for that matter, was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and breakfast bar complete with Wolfgang Puck coffee) were top tier in my opinion. After our experience there we will definitely be frequenting them again and again.
