Moto gp To much money for hotel
It is in a really convenient location - close to the Cadiz and Puerto Real yet wiytjhin easy access to Sevilla The pool is great but the area around it is very bare - a few plants would be nice.
Lovely hotel. Nice and clean room and quiet too. The decor was good. Everything was clean. We had the choice to take a full breakfast or just a cup of coffee at the bar. Good parking facilities with a big car park and free. Easy access by road to go to Cadiz, Jerez or Sevilla. Very good value for money! It is easy to get there by car...if not...not sure!
Very close to the city Centre, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, just a walk-away distance - Very noisy street, - The rooms looking to each other through a dirty empty space of the floors were really depressif and a smell of moisture can be felt. Try not to book in of these rooms which exist as two in every floor, - Breakfast, 14,5 euro is too expensive
Easy arrival, generous parking, tasteful and absolutely comfortable room, silence. Good access to beaches and to Cádiz (by car or train). Breakfast was totally inadequate to a 4* hotel. It was served in an austere, unfriendly canteen furnished with plastic chairs. The buffet was shoddy, insufficient in variety as well as in quantity. Juice and milk jugs were empty, there was no water and even bread was a problem! The persistently creaking toaster was also unforgettable.
The cable internet in the room was very useful, the reception staff were polite and very helpful (unlike the cafeteria staff). The restaurant is a mile away at another hotel, and the staff at this other restaurant were very helpful and pleasant. Cheap for a four star, (but in reality it is a 3 star at best). Two of the three cafeteria staff that we encountered made our stay at the hotel a very unpleasant experience. These two individuals were surly, very ill mannered and quite obviously being deliberately obtusive. The only shockingly and deliberately rude staff we have encountered in our 25 years of using hotels all over Portugal and Spain. The hotel has no restaurant, the cafeteria menu lists evening meals without showing the prices. The prices for basics like house wine and even water are not displayed and almost impossible to determine (there is no wine list available). Ants in the en-suite bathroom.
comfortable choice of food limited
The quietness and the staff It was about a mile from the train station , and no buses - better if you have a car
Heavy to find
Comfortable freindly good breakfast Good WIFI access
very helpful lady on the reception (even if she did not speak english). If you travel by car, it's the perfect hotel for an inexpensive trip to Cadiz (10 min. by car) far away from everything.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady on the desk spoke English and Russian fluently and was very knowledgeable about the city. The underground car parking was not easy but very practical and useful.
Freebies Noisy & Small Room
Clean, modern hotel. The fresh fruit and water in the corridors was an excellent touch, and highlights excellent customer service. Not enough information supplied about local area, bathrooms are a little adventurous with the glass walls, it was fine for us but may be a little disconcerting for friends or new couples!
Good hotel in the center of San Fernando. It is necessary take the car to go to the sea side in 5 minutes. The personal was vary polite.
staff in general very friendly, very good facilities, nice location... i called three times to try to get an extra bed and noone was able to give me an answer, they never contacted me back to confirm this even though i especifically asked to get in contact with me so that we could book an extra room somewhere else. There was an obvious lack of organization between the staff.
Nice view and clean room.
Great Location. Very Good looking building and nice breakfast. Some of the facilities in the room were a bit dated. The shower seemed quite old and a little rusty in places.
Peace and quiet but close to everything The bathroom was not as well maintained as it could be and the water from the taps was orange in colour but this didnt spoil our stay.
Front desk people was very nice to us, due the booking reservation have not been received but they look for a room for us. This is not a 4 star hotel.
we arrived in the dark and the lights in our room did not work. They told us dinner was available until 10.30 but the restaurant was closed at 10 pm. The water was cold when we tried to have a bath at 6 pm on the Friday evening. It was hot the next morning.
The pool area was vey clean and well kept. the bungalows were very basic accomodation and were not worth the money. Also the reception staff took money out of the wrong account two days into the holiday to pay for our accomodation without our consent. That upset us and put us off and we moved up to seville a few days later.
Good location, good breakfast, free parking, internet in rooms (kind of) Poor maintenance, internet very spotty, very noisy - day and night. Poor air conditioning.
Access to Cadiz and local beaches. Pools were not open during our visit despite high temperatures and staff failed to control loud group of individuals who kept us up at night. My family did not feel secure.
