Pros: Everything! Lovely hosts, calm and beautiful place, well-equipped room (microwawe, corkscrew, fridge with bottled water for you are a really nice touch), modern bathroom, everything very clean, functioning and not noisy airconditioning. Breakfast was lovely, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking- it’s exactly how you want to have breakfast every day if you could. It is very quiet and easily reachable by car. We had dinner at l’osteria delle pietre 2km away, amazing recommendation (thank you Suzanna). 10 out of 10!

Pros: The hosts were great people, friendly and very helpful and had great suggestions for restaurants and the region. They made fresh breakfast every morning. The view is gorgeous and the B&B lies in a quiet location without being far from conveniences and the city. If I'm ever back in the region I'd definitely come back here.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our holiday (where we actually booked and visited 6 hotels)))) started from that accommodation and it was wonderful! The couple who are owners of that accommodation was so kind, pleasant and ready to help with any questions which could happen: book a table at a cafe, give some tips about discovering the area and so on. The breakfast was great (not Italian where you can get only sweet pastries). The room was new and clean and a terrace was really cozy.

Pros: The modern check-in system, which gives you the freedom to arrive at the property as late as you want in the check-in day. Free parking, available 2 minutes from the property. The apartment was very clean, decorated with seahorses and marine elements and it had all the necessary facilities (including mini fridge and laundry room, which delighted us after a week of vacation). The kids were very excited regarding the aspect of the apartment. Very friendly and kind owners, we had the opportunity to obtain from them any information we needed. Breakfast exceptional, diversified and with quality products (prosciutto, cheese, fruits, juices, milk, cereals, bread, fresh croissants, etc.) The breakfast was taken in a very nice room, with classic furniture and toys for children. The location is at 15 minutes with the car until The train station to Cinque Terre.
Cons: We did not find any negative elements. We had no iron, but personally that did not bother us.

Pros: Very cute and cozy appartments. Breakfast is also nice.

Pros: Sabina and Manuela have been lovely hosts! Very welcoming and of great advice. Manuela speaks really good french. we had a very large family room - the kids immediately felt at home. Sabina kindly provided several items for the kids which were much appreciated. Thanks to the map the ladies provided we easily found the location. Parking is a about 100m away which didn't bother us. Very clean room, newly renovated; between Lerici and La Spezia. if you are looking for a place to stay not far from Cinque Terre, this is perfect (we drove to Riomaggiore in about 45 minutes). 9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location in central (car-free) shopping/restaurants street. Interesting entrance past historic statues, to arrive at BnB on 2nd floor. Very spacious twin room with all required facilities. Very clean. Able to make our own coffee in kitchen area. Good breakfast.

Pros: The building (and unit) was UNBELIEVABLY awesome...and Barbara was "* * * * *" FIVE STARS in her service and kindness. THIS was my FAVORITE place as I walk the Via Francigena across italy! Thank you very much, Barbara!

Pros: Good comms before arrival. Genuine historic place but up to current day standards as well. All good. Interesting place to stay during Via Francigena.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The building this B and B is in is amazing. There are marble busts on pedestals and niches within the grand entrance and continuing up the venerable marble staircase. The host is gracious and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, charming, and clean. The location is in the center of town and with easy access to nearby cities.
Cons: Our bathroom was huge and private to us, but it was outside of our room; however, because there are only 4 rooms, we didn't really see anyone between our room and the bathroom. Parking is about two blocks away and confusing to find the first time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A palace of great history
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The entrance is sumptuous, a real palace. Large entrance hall, delightfully cool. Upstairs it gets damn hot, but air-conditioning (only in rooms) is effective. We stayed 4 nights*, and the landlady quickly adapted to our breakfast routine, which is quite simple but still requires yoghurt, milk, bread and a lot of bananas... Even though it wasn't advertised, we were allowed to use the fridge, namely to freeze a lot of water for our walks on Via Francigena and Cinque Terre during a heat wave. *Sarzana is a pleasant town, with good train connections. The railway station is pretty close, and we were right on the main pedestrian street.
Cons: Some noisy restaurant on the back street, but around midnight everything went calm

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast here and the fun owners. It felt like staying at the house of a family friend. Parking is a bit far from the accommodation, but that's only because you cannot get any closer to the house with a car. I thought the little street you walk down to arrive at the hotel was really cute!
Cons: If you want to pop out for a snack or something to eat you have to take the car down to the main town because Trebiano is very small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice hosts. Lovely, charming, clean and comfortable room! Spacious enough for a family of 4. Fantastic view!!
Cons: No aircon. Really warm during Aug.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was very great experience! Very nice, friendly owners. We came in the late evening, firstly it looked as if we came to a scary movie: little village on the hill, we left our car near church and went along with owner by small paths :) but saying the truth the place was very cozy, with a lot of small things, we have had private enterence. The breakfast was good, the owners were asking all the time is everything ok. They speak only italian and we manage to understand each other. Really great place to stay :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice owners, a beautiful view and a very good breakfast!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Really firendly oldery couple , that were really helpful. Nice views from window Calm place Parking
Cons: Lack of air condition
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good !!
Cons: Breakfast could have been better at the property !
7.0 Good
Pros: A charming medieval town on the hill. Stunning view, nice people. The room is OK, the bathroom is good. Owners are very welcoming, warm, nice, and friendly but unfortunately don't speak any language except Italian and can't speak simple Italian because have no experience in foreign language themselves. A very typical traditional Italian atmosphere that hardly exists nowadays in big Italian cities.
Cons: I wouldn't call this room spotlessly clean, as well as the bathroom. It was terrible heat and we asked for a fan but the lady kept explaining to us that later it will be fresh and we actually don't need it though she knew that we don't speak Italian and can't answer her. In the end, she gave is this ventilator but it took some time and I was already on the edge of fainting. Ventilator didn't help so much, I hardly could sleep due to the heat. In the room, one can hear everything that happens outside, on the stairs or in the street. Owners would knock at your door and offer you food or drink. It is nice in a way but don't expect a chance to stay on your own. In general, I would recommend this property but only to people who speak Italian and are familiar with Italian traditional idea of comfort and privacy.

Cons: On a noisy main street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and a nice style of the room. Very clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great location, near the station, near the shops and historic center, free parking across the street, on a somewhat busy road but not noisy, it's very well isolated. great shower, brand new furniture and squeaky clean. host Massimo gave us tips for visiting and dining and helped us two ladies with our heavy luggage. he was the perfect host, kind and welcoming.
Cons: suggest adding softer pillows, they were a bit hard. we were unlucky with our neighbors coming in and out multiple times till 3 am. the entrance to the first floor opens with a cardkey, as does the door to your room. the entrance door was right next to our room and it slams shut. we were woken up each time. bad luck with the neighbors...

Cons: No conditioner :(
7.0 Good
Pros: Great staff, view, food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Touring all of Cinque Terre can be a challenge unless you locate your base of exploring in the right place - Portovenere is the perfect location - at the base of the ferry to 4 out of 5 towns, walkable and filled with interesting shops and delectable food.
Cons: Very slightly awkward entrance - but the best location in Portovenere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and stunning views
Cons: Very small room for the price paid
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully appointed and renovated hotel in a spectacular location. Room was small but comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was a perfect "10", and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: For $400 a night, we had a view of an inner courtyard with a very small room. There was no communication sent in advance regarding parking/check in which proved to be very inconvenient. We assumed there was a drop off out front and there was not. Accordingly a 20 minute circle back to the hotel on the one way street (behind a garbage truck) was required. Very frustrating. A hotel at this price point should communicate important details in advance of arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This location is beyond beautiful. It is a special, magical place. The hotel staff bend over backwards to help and make your stay perfect. The food is outstanding. Their chef is world class. We had some of the most original and innovative DELICIOUS food ever.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room newly refurbished- great
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was beautiful!! Staff were very friendly and suggested great restaurants for lunch and dinner.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location of this hotel on the water, and the 5th floor terrace overlooking the water. The breakfast was also wonderful. It's a 10 minute walk in one direction to Lerici and the ferry dock, and a 10 minute walk the other direction to another charming town. We loved our time there. I would strongly suggest skipping Cinque Terre. It was just mobbed with tourists, beyond any recognition of what it was even 5 years ago. Porto Venere is lovely, Lerici is lovely. No need to venture any further.
Cons: The AC didn't work in our room (in July). When we reported it, the front desk staff did not believe us, they just said "its working." After 2 nights that were too hot to sleep we insisted they come up to see for themselves. They finally agreed it was broken. Someone came the next day to fix it, and it was slightly better but still not cooling the room to where we could sleep comfortably. This was really unfortunate because other than this, it was a great little place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff.
9.3 Excellent

Pros: The Location is one of the best in the Region. Best views and sundowner. Really great. The Restaurant is great as well and also the Service. Overall I can recommend a stay.

Pros: Our stay began with an adventure; from the train depot at La Spezia on the coast, it was a 40 minute (60 euro) cab ride up the winding roads to the resort, where we were met by golf cart for the final leg thru a narrow walkway to get to the resort grounds...which spilled out to the most gorgeous ocean views below...bring your camera.

Cons: The food I the restaurant dinner and lunch - is not at the level I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is fine.

9.4 Excellent (39 reviews)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Laura was so kind and helpful. Also she has made the best breakfast ❤️
Cons: No air conditioning in the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The town itself is magical with an abandoned 10th century castle in the middle. Located on the top of the hill with the view on mountains and the Ligurian see . The host is extremely friendly and helpful, in the morning she invites the guest to her house for self-made breakfast. The hostel is tidy and furnished in a ligurian style - I loved it. Great starting point for Cinque Terre trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: "Sotto il Castello" is a gem. Everything about the place is just fabulous. Trebiano is a lovely village and Laura's house is right out of fairy tales. The place is an amazing original rustic house with vivid colors, wonderful decoration and well-thought details. It is so surreal that makes you feel that you live in a fairy tale. The balcony has a breathtaking view of green hills and the sea. But the best part of it is the owner, Laura. She is such a lovely person who cares a lot about her guests and makes them feel at home. She is super kind, invited me for dinner all the nights with other guests and friends and prepared amazing food. For me travelling alone, it was like having my time with my family. She is definitely one of the loveliest people I have ever seen. Staying in "Sotto il castello" was not simply a trip, it was a unique experience of staying at a Roman village in a surreal amazing house with an incredible owner who is a super host.At the end it was really difficult to say goodbye to Trebiano and Laura but I will definitely get back soon. I absolutely recommend the place.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was just awesome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All. Rest at Laura exceeded my expectations, although I saw when booking a high hotel rating and photo. Warm, informal reception hostess and amazing views, around the village is full of old villages with history, and more. The hotel is a museum, every thing breathes history. I got inspiration for creativity (I paint and draw pictures). Definitely recommend.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an amazing experience! Trebiano is a very beautiful and old village (1000 years old!). To stay in an old house, typically decorated like an old Ligurian place, was a fantastic experience. I had a car, so driving to the cities around was easy. But the best experience was to interact with Laura. She is the most amazing host I ever encountered while traveling. Very nice person, with an uplift spirit which is always helpful and treats her guests amazingly well! I will come back for sure!
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: overall everything was great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Just few steps away from the town and port area. The hotel had also a free shuttle operating regularly (you can call or txt the driver) between hotel and town / main piazza. Free parking and great breakfast.
Cons: Small rooms but manageable. Dated lobby / common amenities. A bit too expensive for how it looked.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stunning view and great breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Shower was very small but typical of many European hotels.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, especially because we had a car. Parking is a huge problem in Lerici and the fact that the hotel has parking made a huge difference to our experience of the place. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helped with practical advice. There is a shuttle that takes you into town and fetches you as well. It helps a lot when one is very tired after a long day and really not in the mood to climb 400 stairs to the top when the temperatures reach 44 degrees Celsius, even at night! The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly, which is also a huge plus when you are in Italy, as most places in Italy is not well fitted with airconditioning.
Cons: There is nothing I could complain about.
7.0 Good
Pros: good breakfast. quite a few options. very well located on the patio at level 1 overlooking Lerici.
Cons: small rooms. dated lobby and amenities in general very slow and small elevator

Pros: Besides, I liked everything.
Cons: Breakfast was very simple.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, very helpful personnel (Alex is the best), comfortable beds, big bathroom, room cleaned every day, air conditioning, despite the room is over the train station it is very silent
Cons: The table in the room and the breakfast could be bigger
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, as we travelled by train to/from La Spezia as well as to Cinque Terre. Room was modern, clean & quiet.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast was not enough (just coffee and a piece of pastry)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was its great literally at the station so very convenient as I had an early train next day. Good breakfast voucher the café had great crosants in the morning with coffee /tea
Cons: The Single room I had was fine. Basic good for the night. Rooms are a bit dark with lighting. No lifts in the hotel. Staff very very helpful though with my luggage as there's 3 levels of stairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to train station
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and beautiful spacious clean room. The bathroom very clean. The administrator very helpful and makes all efforts to make you feel happy during the stay, provided a lot of tips for the stay.
Cons: The place does not have restaurant, but a very light breakfast is served across the street.
6.3 Good
Pros: Not much!
Cons: Advice about the number of stairs you have to climb and no lift.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect and convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff. Strong WiFi. Breakfast is fantastic.
Cons: If it actually had offered a room with two double beds for a four-person booking, that would have been ideal and perfect. Providing a makeshift single bed did not make sleeping there any enjoyable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Stuff Alex is helpful when my train from Roma to La Spezia was cancelled. He helped me to check tickets.
Cons: 1. The address on booking is not the same as the address we checked in. Hotel stuff told us that there are three buildings spread over 500 meter on the same street and they took us to the one above the train station. After a noisy night we raised concern and asked refund for part of the room rate but was rejected. 2. The one we checked in was right above the train station and there is strong external noises when train breaks with window closed. There is also strong internal noises from refrigerator and the air con. 3. The hotel claim “breakfast included” on booking but the breakfast was only a piece of bread and a coffee in the coffee shop next door with the coupon given by the hotel. From the receipt by the coffee shop it was 2EURO per person. This is the simplest breakfast we have ever had from hotels we have booked from booking. I don’t think it should claim “breakfast included”. 4. The room facility is at most a 2 star hotel. Quite poor. Over all, the hotel should be rated much lower than the the current one. It made me less trusting the booking rating system which largely influence my choice. In think it is trying to use some of the booking system weakness to mislead customers. If possible, I would like to get half refund. It worth much less than 150 EURO per night. Future customers should ask which room they would get before booking. Or the hotel should list different address with different hotel on booking to avoid misleading customers.
4.5 Okay
Cons: - «Affittacamere Casa Dane» was the most expensive stay per night and at the same time the lowest quality accommodation we’ve met during our 15-day road trip (Milan, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Bologna, Parma etc). The owner seemed to be untrustworthy: On our booking confirmation sheet is declared that private parking is possible and costs13 euros per day, but in person he told us that the cost was 15 euros per day without reason. - No mention that there is no elevator – three flights of stairs (to be considered if you carry heavy luggage) - For the breakfast you have to leave the building and go to a next-door very crowded bar (as it is used mainly by the people going to/ leaving from the train station). The breakfast can hardly be described as a «light breakfast»: One coffee accompanied by a slice of stale focaccia bread or a croissant (according to the receipt it cost 2 euros per person). - Very noisy, as it is situated above the train station. - Misleading photos – in fact the double room is very small.

6.8 Good
Pros: The view from the apartment was incredible. It’s in a great location just outside of the town of Portovenere and it was a nice walk along the water in to town for dinner. The parking was very handy. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room is quite rundown. The shower head was broken so we had to hold it up to shower. There was a large crack in the window that looked out on to the balcony and the fridge had not been turned on for some time and smelled very bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our balcony was just amazing! Room/bathroom was nice and clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. Nice 1,5 km walk to the centre of Portovenere.
Cons: Kitchen was quite simple, had all the basic things, but no microwave or toaster etc... still had all we needed though!

Cons: Everything was good!
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice place and view.
Cons: I didnt like to have so close our neighbours... I thought that it was better..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Do expect a decent, spacious apartment with a wonderful view. The nights were cool and quiet. One can walk to Potrovenere old town in 20 mins, to the local beach in 5 mins, to supermarket and restaurants in 10 mins. A parking garage is a bonus, with sufficient places for all guests.
Cons: Do not expect any luxury. The apartment is OK, but very basic. The mattress was so hard I had back pain every morning. Some parking places are OK for a mid-sized car, but some are only for micro-cars - one night I was parking within literally 10 cm on each side. But all in all we were very satisfied.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked this at the last minute. It was a nice accommodation with lovely views and lots of space in the apartment and a patio. The location was great for the area we wanted to explore - Tks
Cons: Nothing - all was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view on the bay, comfortable rooms, and garage as an additional and important plus for this particular hotel. Also, Portovenere is an amazing place which has to be visited by everybody who loves Italy.

6.3 Good
Pros: Clean , nice bed, atmosphere and nice location. Great city for shopping Eating and drinks and transit to Cinque Terre and trips from Harbour ( 20 min walk)
Cons: Expensive breakfast. Biggest problem is lack of parking. Be aware it is very difficult to park in La Spezia streets every lot is full and you pay from 8-8 pm. You can park at train station for 24 € day . At hotel they have 8 spaces parking and charge 20€ /dayfor it ! Need to reserve in advance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff coperative
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean and staff were fantastic
6.8 Good
Pros: New large modern-style hotel. Very clean, cool design, nice stuff. Great location! Close to the Station and the city center.
Cons: There were several fire alarms installed in the room that were flashing bright green lights throughout day and night. We found it very disturbing during the night when we were sleeping. Also the rooms are very loud, in terms of constant noises coming from the vent, the air conditioner and the minibar. It was really unpleasant. Finally, they have strange (in my personal opinion) conditioning system. When we turned off the air-conditioner it was still blowing cold air. We had to call the reception and they turned it off from their computer. It was OK. But we couldn’t turn it on the next day as it was blocked by the stuff, so we had to contact the reception each time to turn it on/off. Also, a tip for fellow tourists - in case it rains have your own umbrella ready as the hotel font have any to lend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Poet was modern, impressively appointed and we found the staff to be very helpful and breakfast was one of the best on our trip.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice breakfast, very clean rooms
Cons: You can hear the neighbour room easily! Was loud. Make sure you do not stay on the first level

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: helpful staff gave us tips about getting about by public transport. lovely spacious room with sea view. quiet and comfortable bed.lots of choice for breakfast.free parking outside was very convenient.
Cons: all was fine but I would have liked a couple of empty glasses in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast are really good, full continental breakfast with Italian food like prosciutto cotto or mozzarella and also sweets like torta di cioccolato or cornetto con cioccolato. Room had amazing view from balcony to sea and big windows to look at it even if its raining.
Cons: Elevator is slow, it take time to arrive at floor and inside is too warm. Maybe is good to ask before if guests need everyday towel/bedclothes change- let's try be more ecological
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Very friendly staff. Location and view excellent. Very quiet and restful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Just a few minutes walking will bring you to the beach. We were lucky to get a room with a spacious balcony so that we could chill out at night. The restaurant was very nice, too.
Cons: The safe box in the room was working every second time, so better do not use it.

Cons: -there is re-construction site of old villa in front of hotel, so there is noice and also the beach is bit difficult to access, since the stairs under construction as well. -beach is very close to hotel, but in summer beach is bit overcrowded and partly owned by another hotel. Owners/ staff of the other beach hotel are not friendly to the beach visitors

8.6 Excellent (649 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel il Nido in Lerici, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Gulf of La Spezia and 11 minutes by foot from Eco del Mare. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: Beautiful surrounding, Room service was great. Food at breakfast various. Perfect service during morning and on the beach. Food offered during lunch time at the sea bar was really tasty, nicely served.
Cons: I ordered apartment for 5 people. We did not have a balcony, neither a clotheshorse,, therefore trying to dry towels, swimsuits etc. for 5 people was really difficult. 1st communication with the reception service- they blamed us why we do not have all ID cards when they really told us not to go without them to the reception desk. Pictures do not show how many stairs you have to make to get to the reception and breakfast in the morning and down to the sea. Coffee at the bar near the sea was served in plastic caps which is really shame for Italy.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location (view to the see)
Cons: We stayed only one night and have small kids. In this combination, I would not recommend this hotel. For one night you can properly use the beach only in the evening. Check out is at 10AM and you can not use the beach and park even for another 2 hours (which was not mentioned at booking, only after the confirmation came). If you are staying for several days probably and w/o kids it can be an alternative. For the parking you need a code, which you only get at check in. At this street is no place even to stay for couple minutes, so it can be good for a guests to get this code in advance via email, as many other hotels do in this kind of situations. There is no dinner offered, even the view from the cafeteria is very great. So you can see there are a lot of small things, which are not convenient. I don’t really get why the rating is so high for this hotel. It is an good average, but not 9 something stars. I traveled many years and stayed at many many Italian hotels, especially at Toscana.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel just in the Beach but very much stairs to climb up and down from the room to the beach
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: We arrived in time for a beautiful sunset swim, but the tide had brought in leaves and pollen making it difficult to swim without getting covered in debris from the trees. Of course we don't blame the hotel for the tides and leaves falling from trees, but we were not allowed to have a final swim before checking out the next morning when the water was clear. The staff was very unfriendly and strict about being out of our room at 10 am and not staying a minute longer! Even though we were willing to pay for a late check out, this option was not offered to us. It's a beautiful place, but not a place to relax and enjoy, unless being charged for every tiny convenience is relaxing for you. Every where you look in this place there is a rule or guideline about something. It is not very inviting atmosphere and the staff is not very helpful.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with a great private beach
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Tellaro is an enchanting location. Food is excellent and the sea is clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! :) STAFF: people come first! the very friendly and attentive staff in this hotel made us feel really at home! THANKS! :) CLEANLINESS: is their top! Everywhere within the premises is clean: the room, restaurant, stairs, corridors, beach, etc... PRIVATE BEACH: only hotel guests can access to this small but very clean coarse sandy beach. There are many but very safe steps to reach out from the main building (Nido 1) but every 15-20 steps, there is a "pit-stop" with either sun beds/umbrellas or table/chairs for resting/relaxing . A beach lunch/snack bar is just 30 steps above the sandy beach, which offers light lunch (we recommend pizzas and focaccie from their oven) without moving away from the lovely sun and beach, and we could even charge the bill to our room (so cash-free!). The hotel beach towels, sun beds and umbrellas are included in the room package, plus changing rooms and shower/water tap are available to getting washed/changed up before leaving. Their life guard was around to leave us peace in mind while enjoying the crystal clear sea (graded "Bandiera Blu") and sunbathing with our 2 young active children. Though we are not, but keen users may even enjoy their kayaks for free. BREAKFAST: is SUPERB! From savory to sweet, they have almost everything to ensure we start our days with good breakfast, comprising cappuccino/espresso. Besides freshly squeezed orange juice, there is also very rare honey served directly with the bee hives and a gluten-free corner for the needy. LOCATION: a last Economic Quadruple Room was available for our family (2+2), small but cosy, located at Nido 2 building just across the road of the main Nido 1, only 2 mins stroll to several real good restaurants and 5 mins more to Tellaro downtown. PARKING: is private inside their premises and FREE!!! A very crucial advantage in a touristic area like Tellaro where finding a parking space is otherwise a great challenge (or headache!).
Cons: Though we were not really disturbed, but as the sound proof of the room door versus the corridor is not sufficient, a notice to remind the hotel guests to be considerate during sleeping hours and keep noise minimal could be useful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has an incredible location and its own view. Parking was a bit problematic. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast and the beach bar were significantly above our expectations from a 3-star hotel.
Cons: Our room was very small, and the parking was problematic. I was unhappy with both breakfast ending at 10AM and a strict check-out policy at 10AM.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great, breakfast was very good.
Cons: Small rooms and lots of steps. No staff to assist with luggage
